Norway Eliteserien, OBOS Ligaen, 2 Division, Toppserien 2020

The Coruna virus have done a lot of harm this year, and most Sports have been on hold the latest months. 2 months later than planned, Eliteserien 2020 are ready to make their season debut on Tuesday 16th of June, and even though Sports may not be first priority for most right now, its good to see some things slowly going back to normal.
Im confident there is profit to made this season, as the match schedule will be harder then ever before, due to the delayed start.

    Tuesday 16.06.2020 Aalesund - Molde:

Both teams are using artificial turf at their home stadium.

Max amount of spectators: 200 (as good as closed game)

    Game start: 18:00 CET

Aalesund (25-4-1) won OBOS Ligaen 2019 in style, 14 points in front of 2nd placed Sandefjord, and they won all 15 games at Color Line Stadion then.
Aalesund were 15-0-0 at home, with goal score 44-12 in OBOS LIgaen 2019.
Nenass (Mid 17/0) and Torbjorn Agdestein (Att 20/10) are most likely out.
Sondre Fet (Mid/Att 18/2 - on loan to Bodo Glimt) and Aron Throndarson (Mid/Att 27/6, OB, Denmark) are gone.
Simen Bolkan Nordli (Mid - HamKam) and Sigurd Haugen (Att - Saint-Gilloise, Belgium) have been signed in front of this season, and it will be very exiting to see promising duo in Orange and Blue this season.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Molde (21-5-4) won Eliteserien 2019 with ease, 14 points in front of Bodo Glimt. The Blue and Whites seem more than strong enough to fight for the title again, but they have lost two key defenders (Gabrielsen, Forren), and the reigning champions may use some time to build up a new solid center back duo.
Molde were 8-3-4 on the road, with goal score 31-21 in Eliteserien 2019.
As mentioned, Center back duo Vegard Forren (Def 19/0 - Released) and Ruben Gabrielsen (Def 26/2 - Toulouse, France) are gone.
Also at the backs, Molde are having problems, as Kristoffer Haraldseid (Def 28/1) will most likely miss the entire 2020 season with injury.
Kristoffer Haugen (Def 20/0) and Ohi Omaijuanfo (Att 27/15) are also likely to miss the season opener.
The Blue and Whites have signed the talented duo Marcus Holmgren Pedersen (Def - Tromso) and Ola Brynhildsen (Mid/Att - Stabak), as well as a couple of young defenders have arrived back home after loan deals.

    Aalesund - Molde ended 0-3 in 2017. (Molde defeated Aalesund 5-2 in a pre-season friendly 28.02.2020)

Local rivalry in the season opener, unfortuantly for both sides, without spectators (200 spectators max at each stadium allowed in the first round).
The Battle of Romsdal starts off the Eliteserien 2020 season on Tuesday, as the clear winner of OBOS-Ligaen will face the clear Champion of Eliteserien at Color Line Stadion.
Both teams have lost some key players since last season, and especially Molde are missing many steady defenders since last season.
Aalesund have to try to exploit this in the season opener, as Molde are forced to use less experienced players.
Open games between these two teams often ends up with high scoring games. Molde have a wide squad in midfield/attack, and many possible goal scorers. Closed games should benefit the away sides more than normal, and Molde have won 13 of the 14 latest mutual games home/away. Molde won 5-2 in a closed game earlier this pre-season.

Pick: Molde (-1.5 AH), 9/10 stakes, odds [email protected] Good luck!

    Tuesday 16.06.2020 Sarpsborg 08 - Valerenga:

Both teams are using artificial turf at their home stadium.

Max amount of spectators: 200 (as good as closed game)

    Game start: 20:30 CET

Sarpsborg 08 (5-15-10) struggled against relegation last season, and Swedish coach Mikael Stahre is hired to help the Blue and Whites reach their potential in time to come.
Strong pre-season form as normal (2-1 Odd, 3-1 Sandefjord, 4-0 Start in their latest games).
Anton Saletros (Mid - loan deal from Rostov, Russia) and Mohamed Ofkir (Mid/Att - Sandefjord) seems like good signings that will claim places in their first eleven.
Sarpsborg 08 were 4-9-2 at home, with goal score 18-16 in Eliteserien 2019.
Jorgen Horn (Def 6/0) is most likely out for the season opener.

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Valerenga (8-10-12) did also underperform in Eliteserien 2019, and new coach Dag Eilev Fagermo has been signed from Odd in front of this season.
Fredrik Oldrup Jensen (Mid - Zulte-Weregem, Belgium) has been one of Fagermos key players in midfield at Odd, and will most likely be in charge of Valerengas midfield in Eliteserien 2020.
Adam Larsen Kwarasey (Kee 18/0), Brage Sandmoen (Mid 0/0) and Magnus Grodem (Mid/Att 1/0) are out.
Aron Donnem (Mid 25/6) is doubtful.
Valerenga were 2-6-7 on the road, with goal score 16-24 in Eliteserien 2019.

    Sarpsborg 08 - Valerenga ended 1-0 in 2019.

Sarpsborg 08 underachieved big time last season, and new coach Mikael Stahre has been signed in front of this season.
Many good performances in their latest pre-season games, and Sarpsborg 08 will always be hard to defeat at home.
Valerenga have also changed their coach for this season, and it will be interesting to see how Fagermos changes will impact Valerengas gamestyle in Eliteserien 2020.
Sarpsborg 08 have won 3 straight home games against Valerenga (1-0, 3-0, 2-0), and even though the hosts will miss their home supporters here, the Blue and Whites have won 5 of their 8 latest home debuts (5-2-1) in Eliteserien.

Pick: Sarpsborg 08, 9/10 stakes, odds [email protected] Good luck!

      Wednesday 17.06.2020 Haugesund - Brann:

Both teams are using natural grass at their home stadiums.

Max amount of spectators: 200 (as good as closed game)

      Game start: 20:30 CET

Haugesund (9-13-8) ended 7th in Eliteserien 2019 and Runner ups in the Cup. The white and blues seem to remain a mid-table side, that are very capable at their best.
The host were 5-6-4 at home, with goal score 22-17 last season. (10-2-3 in 2018)
Martin Samuelsen (Mid/Att 28/6) will surely be missed, as he has returned to Hull City after ended loan period, but Haugesund have done some interesting signings as well.
Finnish striker Benjamin Kallman (Att 11/3) has been signed from Inter Turkku, and he played well for Cup winners Viking (on loan) in the final part of Eliteserien 2019. He proved solid form as he scored twice against Brann in a pre-season friendly (3-0) 2 weeks ago.
Alexander Ammitzboll (Mid/Att) has joined Haugesund for the rest of the season on loan from Danish side AGF, and the young talent may make his way straight into the first eleven in the season opener on Wednesday.
Alexander Stolas (Def), Joakim Vage Nilsen (Def/Mid), Christian Grindheim (Mid), Torbjorn Kallevag (Mid/Att) and Ibrahima Wadji (Att) are all doubtful for the season opener.

      ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Brann (10-10-10) ended 9th in Eliteserien 2019, a clear disappointment after claiming the 3rd position in 2018.
The Bergen side were 5-4-6 on the road, with goal score 18-21.
Captain Vito Wormgoor (Def 28/5 - Columbus Crew, USA), Eirik Holmen Johansen (Kee 3/0 - Kristiansund on loan deal), Ruben Yttergard Jenssen (Mid 26/3 - Tromso) and Veton Berisha (Att 26/3 - Viking) have all left. Ralf Fahrmann (Kee) was supposed to give Brann a boost on a short term loan deal, but due to the Coruna outbreak, he will not play any games for the guests.
Ali Ahamada (Kee - Kongsvinger), Ole Martin Kolskogen (Def - Asane), Vegard Forren (Def - Molde), Jon-Helge Tveita (Def/Mid - Sarpsborg 08) and Daniel Pedersen (Mid - Lillestrom) have signed for the red and whites.
First choice goalie Hakon Opdal (Kee 27/0) and Jon-Helge Tveita (Def/Mid) are out.
Taijo Teniste (Def 26/1) and Fredrik Haugen (Mid 14/2) are doubtful.

      Haugesund - Brann ended 1-1 in 2019. (Haugesund - Brann ended 3-0 in a pre-season friendly 30.05.2020)

A West coast battle starts off the season, as Haugesund and Brann face each other for the second time in 3 weeks (played a season friendly in the end of May).
Brann have many doubts at the moment, as star defender Wormgoor has left, and first choice keeper Opdal is injured.
Reserve goalie Holmen Johansen has left for Kristiansund on loan, and its likely new signing Ali Ahamada is their starting goalkeeper against Haugesund.
Vegard Forren (Def) has been one of the key defenders for reigning champions Molde many seasons, but was released from the club a couple of weeks ago. Brann managed to claim the defender on free transfer, and will most likely be their replacement for Wormgoor in the opening games. He may not be 100% match fit though, and will need to time to adapt.
Haugesund shaped up in the final end of last season, and they only lost away against champions Molde in their final 11 games (3-7-1), as well as reaching the Cup final.
They won 3 of their 4 latest home games (3-1-0), and Niklas Sandberg (Mid/Att 19/6) scored in all 4 of them (Sandberg scored penalty goals in Haugesunds 3 latest home games)
New striker Benjamin Kallman scored 3 goals in his 9 latest Eliteserie games for Viking last season, and scored twice against Brann in a pre-season friendly 2 weeks ago.
Brann have allowed 3 goals against in each of their two final pre-season friendlies.

      Picks:
Benjamin Kallman (Haugesund) to score, 5/10 stakes, odds [email protected]
Niklas Sandberg (Haugesund) to score, 5/10 stakes, odds [email protected]

      Good luck!

        Wednesday 17.06.2020 Start - Stromsgodset:

Both teams are using artificial pitch at their home stadiums.

Max amount of spectators: 200 (as good as closed game)

        Game start: 18:00 CET

Start (19-5-6) made an incredible turnaround in the playoff final last year, as Lillestrom were 4-0 up (5-2 total) with 15 min remaining, but Starts miracle striker Martin Ramsland (Att 13/9) scored a hat trick in the final minutes to secure promotion on away goals.
Start were 11-2-2 at home, with goal score 30-14 in OBOS-Ligaen 2019.
Henrik Gjesdal (Def), Damion Lowe (Def 23/2) and Martin Ramsland (Att 13/9) are all expected out.
Isaac Twum (Mid 27/0) and Adeleke Akinyemi (Att 1/0) are doubtful.
Espen Hammer Berger (Def 20/0 - Sandnes Ulf) and Aron Sigurdarson (Att 30/13 - Saint-Gilloise, Belgium) have left.
Former key attacker in Brann and Start, Steffen Lie Skalevik, has been signed on loan deal for the rest of the season.
Henrik Gjesdal (Def - Kristiansund), Vegard Bergan (Def - Bodo Glimt) and Eirik Schulze (Mid - Sogndal) have also arrived in Kristiansand in 2020.

        ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Stromsgodset (8-8-14) did also do quite a turnaround last season, unfortunatly for those who followed my season bets in 2019, as they changed their coach and half the squad, and managed to turn a hopeless situation into survival from relegation in the last round of Eliteserien 2019. Very impressive work by new coach Henrik Pedersen and his squad.
Stromsgodset were 2-5-8 on the road, with goal score 12-26 in Eliteserien 2019. (They claimed their 2 wins, and were 2-2-1 in their final 5 away games when it mattered the most)
Once again a lot of changes in the Drammen squad, but Jakob Glesnes (Def 30/0 - Philadelphia Union, USA) will be the hardest to replace.
Ari Leifsson (Def - Fylkir, Iceland) and Janis Ikaunieks (Mid/Att - Liepaja, Latvia) are likely to be involved in the starting lineups as new signings.
Prosper Mendy (Def) and Mathias Gjerstrom (Mid) are expected out.
        Duplexe Bangou (Def) is doubtful.

Start - Stromsgodset ended 1-1 in 2018 (Stromsgodset are 7-4-0 home/away against Start in the league since 2011)

Battle between two teams that managed to turn things around in their final game last season, and make their place in Eliteserien 2020.
Start have lost 1-2 against Odd and 0-4 against Sarpsborg 08 in the last 14 days, and they seem reduced compared to the 2019 season.
Steffen Lie Skalevik can prove to be the key signing that will give a spark to Starts ambitions to avoid relegation as newly promoted side, if back at his best.
Stromsgodset have lost key Captain Jakob Glesnes since last season, but the squad surely got a boost from turning things around under new coach Pedersen last season. New signing Janis Ikaunieks (Mid/Att) has scored in 3 pre-season games in a row, and will be very interesting to follow this season. Most bookies doesnt dare to offer odds on him yet. Capable midfielder Mikkel Maigaard (Mid/Att) has stepped up to be a Stromsgodset captain in less than a year, and are normally secure on penalties.
Lars-Jorgen Salvesen (Att 13/7) scored many key goals for Stromsgodset last year, and he knows Start better than most, as the Kristiansand striker spent many years in the club.
Start have injuries on key players + some key players have left since last season, and Start didnt impress at all in the 0-4 loss against Sarpsborg 08 last week.
While Start seem reduced, Stromsgodset have momentum after 3 wins the latest weeks (2-1 Mjondalen, 1-0 Stabak, 3-0 Raufoss), and new signing Ikaunieks has scored in all 3 games. Ill go for a high odds chance on him to score in his 4th straight game, and the hosts may struggle in defense here.

        Pick:

Janis Ikaunieks (Stromsgodset) to score, 8/10 stakes, odds [email protected]
Stromsgodset scores on penalty - Yes, 2/10 stakes odds [email protected]

        Good luck!

Cheers Macot! The match schedule gives no breathers from the very start, and im sure the width of the squads (and quality of the squad rotation players) will prove very decisive in Eliteserien 2020. Lets claim some more profit!

Sunday 21.06.2020 Bodo Glimt - Haugesund

Bodo Glimt are using artificial turf at Aspmyra. Haugesund are using natural grass at their home stadium.

Max amount of spectators: 200 (as good as closed game)

                Game start: 18:00 CET

Bodo Glimt (15-9-6) ended 2nd in Eliteserien 2019, and the talented Northern side started Eliteserien 2020 off with a bang as well, as they teared Vikings defense down 4 times, to claim a 4-2 win.
The host were 10-4-1 at home, with goal score 39-12 in Eliteserien 2019.
                Marcus Andersen (Kee) is out.
New signing Joshua Smiths (Kee) will most likely have to finish his 14 day quarantine period, before he can start playing.
Marius Lode (Def), Morten Agnes Konradsen (Mid) and Ole Amund Sveen (Att) are doubtful.

                -------------------------------------------------------------------------

Haugesund (9-13-8) ended 7th in Eliteserien 2019 and Runner ups in the Cup. The white and blues seem to remain a mid-table side, that are very capable at their best.
They disappointed in the 1-2 loss at home against Brann in the season opener, and many players have to step it up for the team to give Bodo Glimt a real fight here.
The guests were 4-7-4 at on the road, with goal score 22-20 last season.
Ibrahima Wadji (Att) is suspended until 19th of July.
Thore Pedersen (Def), Alexander Stolas (Def) and Joakim Vage Nilsen (Def/Mid) are doubtful.

Bodo Glimt - Haugesund ended 2-2 in 2019. (3 goals or more in the 3 latest Eliteserie games in Bodo: 2-2 in 2019, 0-3 in 2018, 3-4 in 2016)

The big surprise from 2019, keeps on impressing also in 2020. Layouni (Att 21/10) and midfield starlet Evjen (Mid/Att 29/13) are gone, but another set of players stepped up in the same fashion on Tuesday (4-2 win away against Viking).
Haugesund seemed a bit off at home in the season opener against Brann, and the Bergen side won 2-1 deserved in the end.
The white and blues are normally clearly best at home, but they were one of the few that claimed a point from Bodo (2-2) last season.
Bodo Glimts "new" star to shine, may very well be Jens Petter Hauge (Att 1/1). The winger scored 7 goals in 28 games in Eliteserien 2019, but due to the hard competition in Bodo Glimts quality season, Hauge only started 8 games, and scored 4 goals when he was a starter (he also scored 3 goals as a sub). He once again scored as a starter in the season opener against Viking on Tuesday, and he will benefit on Bodos many possible goalscorers to cover at the moment. Hauge should be one of Bodos first choice penalty takers as well imo.
Philip Zinckernagel (Att 30/6) was one of the key players behind Bodo Glimts success in 2019, and like Hauge, impressed with goal and assist against Viking in the season opener.
Zinckernagel performed clearly best at home last season, with 5 goals in 15 home games. 11/4 as starter at home.
Most bookies offer under 3 in odds for both players, while Betsafe/Nordicbet offer 3 for Hauge, and 4 for Zinckernagel at the moment.

                Picks:

Philip Zinckernagel (Bodo Glimt) to score, 4/10 stakes, odds [email protected]
Jens Petter Hauge (Bodo Glimt) to score, 6/10 stakes, odds [email protected]

                Good luck!

                  Saturday 20.06.2020 Mjondalen - Sarpsborg 08:

Both teams are using artificial pitch at their home stadiums.

Max amount of spectators: 200 (as good as closed game)

                  Game start: 18:00 CET

Mjondalen (6-12-12) secured their place in Eliteserien in the final round last season, and ended 13th in the end as a newly promoted side.
0-0 draw away against Stabak in the season opener, and both teams seemed far from top form then.
The brown and whites were 5-6-4 at home, with goal score 22-22.
Vamouti Diomande (Mid/Att 0/0) is out.
Alexander Betten Hansen (Def 1/0) is suspended.

                  --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sarpsborg 08 (5-15-10) struggled against relegation last season, and Swedish coach Mikael Stahre is hired to help the Blue and Whites reach their potential.
Strong pre-season form as normal (2-1 Odd, 3-1 Sandefjord, 4-0 Start), but disappointing 0-1 loss at home against Valerenga in the season opener.
Sarpsborg 08 were 1-6-8 on the road, with goal score 12-24 in Eliteserien 2019.

                  Mjondalen - Sarpsborg 08 ended 0-0 in 2019.

Battle between two teams that ended on same points as Tromso and Lillestrom, but both teams avoided relegation due to goal difference.
Mjondalen are not the easist team to predict at home, as they either play low scoring Unders, or goal bonanzas.
Far from goal bonanza away against Stabak last round (0-0), and Sarpsborg 08 also struggled up front against Valerenga (0-1) in the season opener.
Mjondalen - Sarpsborg 08 ended 0-0 last season, and its been 3 low scoring unders in the latest mutual home games in the league.

                  Pick:

Under 2 goals (Asian Line - Money back if 2 goals are scored), 9/10 stakes, odds [email protected] Good luck!

                    Sunday 21.06.2020 Sandefjord - Start

Sandefjord are using natural grass at Komplett Arena. Start are using artificial turf at their home stadium.

Max amount of spectators: 200 (as good as closed game)

                    Game start: 18:00 CET

Sandefjord (19-8-3) ended 2nd in OBOS-Ligaen 2019, 14 points behind top side Aalesund.
Top scorer in OBOS Ligaen 2019, Pontus Engblom (Att 27/19) has signed for Swedish side GIF SUndsvall.
Marcos Celorrio Yecora (Att) has joined from Real Sociedad Reserves.
Sandefjord shocked Odd away in the season opener (2-1) as clear underdogs.
Sandefjord were 12-2-1 at home, with goal score 22-8 in OBOS-Ligaen 2019.
Marc Vales (Def) and Enric Valles (Mid) are out.
                    Stefan Mladenovic (Att) is doubtful.

                    -----------------------------------------------------------

Start (19-5-6) made an incredible turnaround in the playoff final last year, as Lillestrom were 4-0 up (5-2 total) with 15 min remaining, but Starts miracle striker Martin Ramsland (Att 13/9) scored a hat trick in the final minutes to secure promotion on away goals.
Start were 8-3-4 on the road, with goal score 24-17 in OBOS-Ligaen 2019.
Start played a 2-2 draw at home against Stromsgodset in the opening round.
Henrik Gjesdal (Def) and Martin Ramsland (Att) are expected out.
Isaac Twum (Mid) and Adeleke Akinyemi (Att) are doubtful.

                    Sandefjord - Start ended 0-0 in 2019.

Battle between two newly promoted sides.
Sandefjord were very efficient away against big favorites Odd, and claimed all 3 points in the season opener (2-1). The game was very close though, and no goals were scored before the 83rd minute.
Start opened their season with a 2-2 draw at home against Stromsgodset. They didnt impress, but they were equally good as their opponent.
Sandefjord at home, have often ended in small controlled wins lately. They were 12-2-1 at home last season, and only allowed 8 goals against in 15 games.
Under 2 goals could be a value option here. The teams played 0-0 as OBOS-Liga promotion candidates last season, and 7 of Sandefjords home games ended in 1 goals or less scored in 2019. 3 games ended in exact 2 goals, and 5 games ended in 3 goals or more.

Under 2 goals (Asian Line - Money back if 2 goals are scored), 9/10 stakes, odds [email protected] Good luck!

                          Wednesday 24.06.2020 Haugesund - Kristiansund:

Haugesund are using natural grass at Haugesund Stadion. Kristiansund are using artificial turf at their home stadium.

Max amount of spectators: 200 (as good as closed game)

                          Game start: 18:00 CET

Haugesund (0-0-2) ended 7th in Eliteserien 2019 and Runner ups in the Cup. The white and blues seem to remain a mid-table side, that are very capable at their best.
The host were 5-6-4 at home, with goal score 22-17 last season. (10-2-3 in 2018)
Two straight losses so far in Eliteserien 2020, 1-2 at home against Brann, and 1-6 away against Bodo Glimt yesterday.

                          ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Kristiansund (1-1-0) ended 6th in Eliteserien 2019, and they have established themselves in the top division now, much because of their strong home performances.
The guests were 3-4-8 on the road, with goal score 10-25 in Eliteserien 2019.
Defensive solid 0-0 draw away against Rosenborg in the season opener, and full domination of Aalesund 7-2 at home yesterday.

                          Haugesund - Kristiansund ended 0-0 in 2019.

Tough start for FK Haugesund, with two losses, and 8 goals allowed against in 2 games.
Kristiansund impressed with solid draw away against Rosenborg in the season opener, but yesterdays 7-2 win against Aalesund was pure joy to watch. Hat-trick hero Amahl Pellegrino showed signs of his top potential, and one by one KBKs players scored, and got a key morale boost for the upcoming games.
Often close and tight between these two teams. Draw in both meetings last year. Both teams won at home by one goal in 2018, while Kristiansund won both home and away by one goal in 2017.
The Kristiansund +0.5 AH odds has already dropped very low, Ill go for the Kristiansund +0 AH (money back if draw) odds at 2.38 here. Sure, coming to Haugesund will not be an easy task, but in KBKs recent form, they sure are capable to get something here when they start combining their runs up front.

                          Pick:

Kristiansund (+0 AH), 9/10 stakes, odds [email protected] Good luck!

                            Wednesday 24.06.2020 Aalesund - Brann:

Aalesund are using artificial turf at Color Line Stadion. Brann are using natural grass at their home stadium

Max amount of spectators: 200 (as good as closed game)

                            Game start: 18:00 CET

Aalesund (0-0-2) have got a very tough return to the top division, 1-4 loss at home against rivals Molde in the season opener, followed up by 2-7 loss away against another local rival Kristiansund have sure not done wonders for the morale.
Aalesund were 15-0-0 at home, with goal score 44-12 in OBOS Ligaen 2019.

                            ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Brann (2-0-0) have been the better team in both games so far, and deserve to stay undefeated with victories against Haugesund (2-1 away) and Viking (3-0 at home).
The Bergen side were 5-4-6 on the road, with goal score 18-21.

Aalesund - Brann ended 3-3 in 2017 (The teams met earlier this year during pre-season, then the result ended 3-1)

Aalesund have really got a rough start, with two defeats and 11 goals conceded, but im sure they will be eager to revenge this on Wednesday.
Brann have fought well so far, and they managed to use the best of their key players Bamba and Koomson last round (3-0 against Viking), and then it was just a matter of how many goals they would score in the end.

                            - Both teams first two Eliteserie games have ended Over 2.5 goals
                            - Brann went over 2.5 goals against 5 of the 7 bottom half teams in 2019 (8 of Branns 15 away games went Over 2.5 in Eliteserien 2019)
                            - 12 of Aalesunds 15 home games in OBOS-Ligaen 2019 went over 2.5 goals.
                            - The two latest mutual games at Color Line Stadion have ended Over 2.5

                            Pick:

Over 2.5 goals, 9/10 stakes, odds [email protected] Good luck!

                              Wednesday 24.06.2020 Odd - Valerenga:

Both teams are using artificial turfs at their home stadiums.

Max amount of spectators: 200 (as good as closed game)

                              Game start: 20:30 CET

Odd (0-0-2) lost as big favorites at home against newly promoted Sandefjord (1-2) in the season opener, and lost 0-1 away against Stromsgodset yesterday.
The Skien side were 12-3-0 at home in 2019, with goal score 31-14.

                              ----------------------------------------------------------------

Valerenga (1-1-0) won a close tough battle away against Sarpsborg 08 in the season opener (1-0), and they ended up with a 2-2 draw at home against Stabak yesterday.
The guests were 2-6-7 on the road, with goal score 16-24 in 2019.
Herolind Shala (Mid 2/1) would normally be suspended after being sent off against Stabak, but the referee aknowledged the situation as a mistake, and Shala will not be suspended away against his former side Odd.
Former Kristiansund attacker Benjamin Stokke (Att) has been signed from Danish side Randers.

                              Odd - Valerenga ended 1-1 in 2019.

Special day at Skagerak Arena, when the new Valerenga coach Dag Eilev Fagermo returns for the first time to the club he was in charge of since 2008.
Odd have struggled in the opening games, and the top scorer in Eliteserien 2019, Torgeir Borven, has signed for Rosenborg, and will join them when his contract runs out (some new UEFA rules may postpone the day he can join them though).
Until now Borven plays for Odd, but he has not looked as sharp as usual so far.
Valerenga have fought two tough battle-games, and ended up with 4 points.
Both teams have limited quality squad rotation players, and we may see some fatigue due to the tough schedule, after the special pre-season build up.
Fagermo knows every player at Odd, and every inch of Skagerak Arena better than most, and will surely have an tactical advantage going into this game. Low scoring Under is in the cards though.

                              - Both meetings between the sides ended Under 2.5 goals last season
                              - Valerengas 6 latest away games in Eliteserien have ended Under 2.5 goals

                              Pick:

Under 2.5 goals, 9/10 stakes, odds [email protected] Good luck!

Edit: Herolind Shalas suspension has been lifted, due to the referee admitting he was wrong last game.
