Max amount of spectators: 200 (as good as closed game)

    Game start: 20:30 CET

Rosenborg (1-1-2) fought well, and got their first win of the season away against Brann (2-1) after a 90th minute goal on Sunday.
Caretaker manager Trond Henriksen got a victory in his first game in charge this season, after coach Eirik Horneland was sacked last week.
The top scorer is Eliteserien 2019, and the top goalscorer so far in Eliteserien 2020, Torgeir Borven (Att 4/6) has been signed from Odd, and will be available for play against Valerenga (that he scored 3 goals against one week ago).
Rosenborg are 0-1-1 at home, with goal score 2-3-
The Trondheim side were 11-3-1 at home, with goal score 34-16 in Eliteserien 2019.
Birger Meling (Def 3/0) is suspended.
Per Ciljan Skjelbred (Mid - Hertha Berlin) has joined Rosenborg, but will have to await quarantine period before he can be available.
    ----------------------------------------------------------

Valerenga (2-1-1) won 2-1 at home against Viking on Saturday, and new coach Fagermo are undefeated at home at Intility Arena (1-1-0).
The Oslo side are 1-0-1 on the road, with goal score 2-4.
A lot of mess from officials regarding Herolind Shala (Mid) being suspended or not, but as it looks right now he will be available to play here.

    Rosenborg - Valerenga ended 3-0 in 2019.

Rosenborg have finally signed the top scorer Torgeir Borven from Odd, and the Trondheim side can finally get, hopefully, a positive distraction from the sacked coach, hunt for replacement, and their underperforming season so far.
The home side showed character as they fought out the tough and tight battle away against Brann into victory (2-1) in the final minutes, and the signing of Borven can not only equal more goals by him, but more opportunity for the rest of the players, as the opponents often use 2-3 players to stop him.
Valerenga experienced that first hand one week ago, Wednesday 24.06, as Odd and Borven won 4-1, and Borven scored 3 goals, against his former coach Fagermos new side.

    - Rosenborg have won 10 of the 11 latest mutual games at Lerkendal against Valerenga in Eliteserien
    - Rosenborg have won 9 of the 11 latest mutual games at Lerkendal against Valerenga in Eliteserien, by 2 goals or more
    - Torgeir Borven scored 21 goals in 30 games in Eltieserien 2019, and hes scored 6 goals in 4 games so far this season.
    - Borven scored two goals or more in 4 of 30 Eliteserie games last season, and in 2 of 4 Eliteserien games in 2020.
    - Borven scorer 3 goals for Odd against Valerenga (4-1) one week ago.

Rosenborg are not in a normal state, and the perfect debut for Borven, and the clear sign of things to change in Trondheim, are not 100% obvious. Then again, Borven has showed multiple signs the latest seasons, that he can score at anytime, and what a timing it would be if he scores in his debut, and help Rosenborg their first home win of the season.
Borven are normally first choice on penalties, but Rosenborg have other alternatives like Helland as well.
Unibet always call bets void if the anytime goalscorer/multiple goalscorer player isnt included in the starting lineup, and there is a chance Borven will not be in the starting XI, as the transfer was done the day before the game.

    Pick:

Torgeir Borven (Rosenborg) to score, 6/10 stakes, odds [email protected]
Torgeir Borven (Rosenborg) to score 2 goals or more, 4/10 stakes, odds [email protected]

    Good luck!
Info: Torgeir Borven is not in the starting XI for Rosenborg tonight, both the x1 and x2 goalscorer bets on him are void

Its very likely that Rosenborg will sign a new coach soon. The most likely candidates are the former Rosenborg coaches, Trond Sollied (former Lokeren, Gent, Lierse among many other clubs), and Denmarks head coach until this summer, Age Hareide.
Sollied has confirmed a personal interest in taking the job in the media lately, lets see what the Rosenborg board will decide.

Very hard question, but heres my point of view.
Rosenborg fought well away against Brann last round, and the counter attack play seems to suit them better at the moment. Their clear struggle, are to create enough trouble for their opponents at home.
Former captain Mike Jensen (Mid) was maybe the best player in Eltieserien for many years, and the creative spark behind Rosenborgs attacking gameplay. Trondsen, Konradsen and Jensen were a midfield line all opponents would respect and lay low against.
Tagseth, Lundemo and Zachariassen that played against Bodo Glimt, are players many teams in Eliteserien believe they can not only stop, but play better against, and therefore, Rosenborg will not get the respect of the other teams laying low against their current players.
That may change when long time Bundesliga player Per Ciljan Skjelbred (Mid) returns (within 2 weeks from now - Quarantine). He is hoped to take over Mike Jensens key playmaker role when he comes back. If Konradsen also gets back in shape, Rosenborg will have a capable midfield line in Konradsen, Zachariassen, Skjelbred. (Trondsen will have to play left back if Meling will leave, Lundemo will leave by the end of July, Asen, Trondsen and new talent Tagseth alternatives on the middle)
The team will surely get a boost from getting a new coach, with clear ideas how to play, and a "new" midfield line with Konradsen, Zachariassen, Skjelbred can turn things around, not to mention if they succeed to include top scorer signing Borven well into their team.

Norway Toppserien 2020 - Season bet:

1 day left to the season opener in Toppserien, and we will see the new Rosenborgs Womens side (former Trondheims Orn) play in the season opener.

LSK Kvinner have won 6 straight league titles, but they have been rated as outsiders this season, as many former key players have left.
The Canaries have kept experienced key players like Haavi, Lofwenius and Bachor, but theres no doubt we will see a much more young talent based LSK side in 2020.
Cathrine Dekkerhus (Mid) and Sophie Roman Haug (Att) have struggled with injuries, but may be potential key players if back at 100%
LSK Kvinner were 15-5-2 in Toppserien 2019, and won the league 4 points ahead of Valerenga, 6 points ahead of Klepp, and 10 points in front of Sandviken.
LSK Kvinner have won the Cup final the two latest years, and Valerenga was defeated 5-1 last year.

          -----------------------------------------------------

Sandviken are aiming for the top, and they impressed a lot at times during the 2019 season. They have the top scorer Cordner (Att 22/17) up front, that will be very hard to stop also in 2020.
Sandvikens first choice XI are more than good enough to fight in the close race for medals/title, but the Bergen side are lacking the width to rotate much.
7-1-3 were only one win from be equal with reigning champipons LSK Kvinner at home, but they still have some work to do on the road.
          They were 12-4-6 overall.
Big outsiders, I dont think its time just yet, but Sandviken are step by step moving closer towards the very top.

          ----------------------------------------------------

Valerenga ended 2nd, only 4 points behind LSK Kvinner last season. Very strong away stats last year 8-1-2, and they have made a interesting signing in Synne Jensen (Att 22/16) from Roa. The Oslo side have many possible goalscorers, and will be very hard to
mark out of games for their opponents.
The Norwegian International team striker Isabell Herlovsen (Att) sure is another top scorer candidate for them, but long term sickness
New coach for the Valerenga, Jack Majgaard Jensen, has won titles with Rosengard in the Swedish Damallsvenskan, and seem like a good choice for Valerenga.

Are Valerenga ready to take the next step, and become champions in Toppserien? Yes, they may be ready, and the title race may become very even this season. LSK Kvinner have 6 straight league titles though, still the same coach, and even though many young talents have replaced their former stars this season, they will fight in the top again. LSK Kvinner needs some luck with players like Dekkerhus, Haug and Captain Haavi that all have been out with long term injuries, but in top form, they can be decisive in the title race.

I agree that Valerenga should be favorites this season (2.55), but we may see a very close title race this season, and 5.00 in odds for the 6 straight titles winning LSK Kvinner cant be left untouched imo.

          Champions Toppserien 2020:

LSK Kvinner, 5/10 stakes, odds [email protected]

            Results Thursday 02.07.2020:

Kristiansund - Molde 2-2 FT (Over 3.5 goals) Won.

These Romsdal derbies are crazy..either low scoring and tight, or wide open with a special nerve to the game. This time the game included both. Close and low scoring in 1st half, open and nailbiting in 2nd half, topped by a last minute penalty goal. Well take a lucky win everyday!

Thanks mate. Time will tell about this. IMO they should sack their coach in the end of last season. I really didnt like the way they played.
great job for Kristiansund and Molde. Seems like Kristiansund can be surprise package this season. At least they are scoring for fun in first matches.

Friday 03.07.2020 Stjordals Blink - Ranheim:

Both teams are using artificial turfs at their home stadiums.

Max amount of spectators: 200 (as good as closed game)

                Game start: 18:00 CET

Stjordals Blink won 2.Division Group 1 last season (18-6-2), and promoted instead of big spenders Fredrikstad then.
The hosts were 10-2-1 at home, with goal score 38-10 in 2.Division Group 1 last year.

                ------------------------------------------------------------

Ranheim ended up as the bottom side in Eliteserien 2019 (7-6-17), but ended 7th in Eliteserien 2018 (12-6-12), and the Trondheim side are very capable at their best.
The blue and whites were 3-4-8 on the road, with goal score 15-25 in Eliteserien 2019.

No recent mutual games. Ranheim - Stjordals Blink ended 3-1 in the Cup in 2017. (Stjordals Blink - Ranheim ended 0-2 in pre-season one week ago)

Trondelag battle between two teams who were two levels apart last season.
Sjordals Blink impressed as they kept many ambitious sides behind them, and promoted from 2.Division last season. The success of the attacking duo Lillebo/Stokke will be key to survival this season.
Ranheim had a bad run of form when it mattered the most last season, but they have showed how strong they can be over time now, and im sure they will fight for promotion/playoff this season.
These teams met in Stjordal for the final pre-season game one week ago, then the game ended 0-2.
Ranheim are often well prepared in front of their season openers, even though this has been a very special build-up for all sides.

                Pick:

Ranheim (-0.5 AH), 9/10 stakes, odds [email protected] Good luck!

Trondelag rivalry in rainy weather made this game quite the fight, but Ranheim were always most dangerous in front of goal, and kept their lead until the end.

                    Saturday 04.07.2020 Valerenga - Aalesund:

Both teams are using artificial turfs at their home stadiums.

Max amount of spectators: 200 (as good as closed game)

                    Game start: 20:30 CET

Valerenga (2-2-1) fought well away against Rosenborg last round, and ended up with a 1-1 draw in the end.
The Oslo side are undefeated at home, 1-1-0, with goal score 4-3.
Adam Larsen Kwarasey (Kee 0/0) is long term injured.

                    ----------------------------------------------------------

Newly promoted Aalesund (0-2-3) lost 1-3 at home against another relegation candidate Mjondalen last round, and the orange and blues have allowed 17 goals against in 5 games.
Aalesund are 0-1-1 on the road, with goal score 3-8.
First choice goalkeeper Andreas Lie (Kee 5/0), Daniel Gretarsson (Def 4/0), Fredrik Carlsen (Mid 1/0), Nenass (Mid 0/0) and Jordon Mutch (Mid 0/0) are out.
Sigurd Haugen (Att 5/1) is suspended.

                    Valerenga - Aalesund ended 5-1 in 2017.

Valerenga have, beside from the Odd game, fought well and got the most out of their games, even though they are not at 100% yet.
They are undefeated at home under new coach Fagermo, and young talent Osame Sahraoui (Mid/Att) impressed and gave Valerenga a new creative spark against Viking (2-1) in their latest home game.
Aalesund did not play bad at all in their latest away game (1-1) against Stromsgodset, and the orange and blues deserved all 3 points then.
For this game, a couple of key players are out (Goalkeeper Lie and quick attacker Haugen), and Aalesunds morale cant be at top right now, with 2 points and 17 goals allowed against in 5 games.

                    - 3 penalty goals have been scored in Valerengas 5 Eliteserie games so far.
                    - 2 penalty goals have been scored in Aalesunds 5 Eliteserie games so far.

Valerenga have started promising at home, and should have a good chance to claim all 3 points at home, against the struggling newly promoted Aalesund.

                    Picks:

Valerenga (-1.5 AH), 4/10 stakes, odds [email protected]
Valerenga to score a penalty goal - Yes, 4/10 stakes, odds [email protected]
Aalesund to score a penalty goal - Yes, 2/10 stakes, odds [email protected]

                      Saturday 04.07.2020 Avaldsnes - Lyn

Avaldsnes are using natural grass at Avaldsnes Idrettsenter. Lyn are using artificial turf at their home stadium.

                      Max amount of spectators: 200

                      Game start: 13:00 CET

Avaldsnes (9-7-6) ended 5th in Toppserien 2019, and ended up as a mid table side, far from the top and with clear margin from the relegation battle.
The West Coast side have lost their Brazilian trio Giovana (16/9), Duda (18/4) and Brena (9/1) since last season, as well as Ana Jelencic (Def 8/0), Rebekah Stott (Def 22/0), Aivi Luik (Mid 11/0), Dejana Stefanovic (Mid/Att 9/5) and Cecilie Pedersen (Att 2/0) among others.
Former top scorer in Toppserien Elise Thorsnes (Att) has been brought back to Avaldsnes for this season.
Andrea Norheim (Mid/Att) is coming home from Olympique Lyonnais and Pitea, and it will be very interesting to see her progress this season.
The Australian International team players Clare Polkinghorne (Def) and Katrina Gorry (Mid) may be solid improvements, but will not be available for this game.
Avaldsnes were 6-3-2 at home, with goal score 22-15 in Toppserien 2019.

                      ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Lyn (4-8-10) ended 10th in Toppserien 2019, and had to play the relegation playoff finals against Floya (7-1 total).
The Oslo side were 2-4-5 on the road, with goal score 10-19 in Toppserien 2019.
Camilla Huseby (Def 22/0 - Djurgarden), Noor Eckhoff (Mid 22/0 - Kolbotn), Vilde Hasund (Mid/Att 22/4 - Sandviken), Linn Huseby (Mid/Att 23/3 - Roa), and Maren Hagfors Thoresen (Att 15/1 - Stabak) have left.
Kirvil Odden Sundsfjord (Kee) has been signed from Roa, and many young talents will once again feature in the Lyn squad in Toppserien 2020.

                      Avaldsnes - Lyn ended 3-1 in 2019.

Avaldsnes have been one of the most ambitious Toppserie sides for many seasons, and International team players from Norway, Iceland, Australia, Brazil etc have been signed with the ambition to claim the league title the latest years.
The 2020 edition of Avaldsnes are much reduced though, their Brazilian stars are gone, and key attacker Cecilie Pedersen struggled with injuries and decided to retire last season.
There are still good players in the squad, and Elise Thorsnes is normally a guarantee for goals up front.
Lyn have survived two seasons at top level now, and the many young talents have gained key experience now, even though it may be another hard fight against relegation.

                      - Avaldsnes won 2 of 11 home games with a -1.5 handicap last season.
                      - Lyn kept a +1.5 handicap in 9 of 11 away games last season.
                      - Avaldsnes did win 3-1 at home against Lyn last season, but the 3-1 goal came in overtime, and both Avaldsnes goal scorers (Giovana x2, Duda) are gone since last season.

                      Pick:

Lyn (+1.5 AH), 5/10 stakes, odds [email protected]
Lyn (+1.5 AH), 5/10 stakes, odds [email protected]

Newly promoted Start (0-2-3) lost 0-1 away against Haugesund last round, and the Kristiansand side are winless in their opening 5 games. Their only comfort are that Aalesund and Sarpsborg 08 have started even worse, but they will have to start claiming points, especially at home to avoid relegation.
Start are 0-1-2 at home, with goal score 4-10.
Henrik Gjesdal (Def 0/0) and Afeez Aremu (Mid 2/0) are out.
Isaac Twum (Mid), Espen Borufsen (Mid/Att) and Adeleke Akinyemi (Att) have also struggled with injuries.
Martin Ramsland (Att 0/0) may do his comeback after long term injury here.

                        --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Viking (1-1-3) won their first win of the season, 2-0 at home against newly promoted Sandefjord last round.
The Stavanger side are 0-0-2 on the road, with goal score 1-5.
Arild Ostbo (Kee 0/0), Runar Hove (Def 3/0), Sondre Flem Bj?rshol (Def 0/0), Yann-Erik de Lanlay (Mid/Att 0/0), Jefferson de Souza (Att 3/0) and Even Ostensen (Att 5/1) are out.

                        Start - Viking ended 0-1 in 2016.

"The Battle of the South" starts off the 6th Eliteserie round this Saturday, unfortunatly with limited fans attending.
Start have been involved in many high scoring games so far, but often ended up at the losing part.
Except for the Odd game (0-5), Start have produced a lot of good chances and goals at home against Stromsgodset (2-2) and Molde (2-3).
Viking have also struggled to produce the wins so far, but they won 2-0 in their last game, they have 4 straight victories away against Start at Sor Arena, and they have got their new key striker Veton Berisha (Att 5/2) going with 2 goals in his 3 latest games.
Lots of will, and energy in these rivalries. Even though both teams have struggled a bit, I believe both teams aims to score the most, more than defend for points tonight.
Over could be a good choice, ill go for a couple of special bets tonight.

                        - All of Starts 3 home games so far have ended with 4 goals or more scored. (2-2, 2-3, 0-5)
                        - Both of Vikings away games have ended in 3 goals scored (0-3, 1-2)

                        Picks:

Avaldsnes - Lyn 5-2 (Lyn +1.5 AH) Lost.

Start - Viking 1-1 (Penalty Start or Viking) Lost.

Valerenga - Aalesund 2-2 (Valerenga -1.5 AH, Penalty) Lost.

A very tough betting day today, Lyn started well against Avaldsnes, but Avaldsnes proved themselves from the very best later on.
Start - Viking was a awful performance by both sides until the final 15 minutes, disappointing stuff.
Valerenga - Aalesund could and should? have penalty given, and could have been given for both teams. Adekugbe sent off for diving instead. Valerenga struggled to dictate the game, finished the game better, but too late.

Watched Start Viking whole match ! It hurt my eyes.First half without any tempo. In second Start tried something but without quality upfront. Again they conceded without giving oposition a chance (Viking scored from individual effort). I expected more from Viking to be honest. They should do better with players they have. About Start seems like they energy faded. Think they can have tough season.
Didnt watched Enga and Aalesund just saw second yellow for Valerenga. Or that was penalty or most stupid diving that i ever seen.
