    Denmark Superligaen 15-18 Feb

Well a disastrous 1st round for me, hope for better in this next one..

AC Horsens - Vendsyssel FF. Odds have risen on Horsens, and theres value on them imo as they seem more ready than their opponent right now and haven't changed as much in the break. Theres no question in my mind that they are the better side and they won 1-0 in Vendsyssel last year.
Horsens played a 0-0 with bottomside Hobro on a very bad pitch and truth be told I don't know if the one in Horsens is much better. Under have been in my mind also for that reason but odds are too low. Horsens have defender S?ren Reese doubtful but should have a full squad apart from that. Horsens have only won 1 game at home so far, playing many draws which speaks against a home win.

Vendsyssel have tried to strengthen their squad, having brought in 6 new players but judging from the performance from those that actually made their debut in the 0-1 loss to FCM they definitely need to time to adjust and get in better playing shape because the level in that game wasn't good imo. The positive for Vendsyssel is that their defense is working fine and they will try to build from that until the offense kicks into higher gear..

Vendsyssel can be a difficult opponent for anyone in the league - the potential in the squad is good - but Horsens are a good team and should be able to score, as they do in almost every game. Horsens haven't had the best defense especially at home which is a concern, but no doubt they will have had worked on that during the break. I expect to see an improvement from them, the cleansheet in Hobro being the 1st step. Therefore I'm going for a home win -.25 @ 1.,87 Bet365 with medium stakes. GL

Other than Horsens I don't fancy much - it's a really tricky round imo - one could expect goals in FCN - Hobro, Esbjerg - Br?ndby games but odds are not valuable in my mind.

I'm very interested in Vejle to score @ 1.68 Pinnacle when they visit Odense. They won 2-0 in the first game over S?nderjyskE, new striker Kjartan Finnbogason scored 1 goal and now topscorer key striker Allan Sousa is back from suspension. It's true Vejle have been bad away from home so far and have scored just 4 goals in 10 games but I think their gameplay has deserved more goals, f.e. in Randers and Hobro they could've scored and against AGF they played really well in a 1-2 undeserved loss. OB is wounded after they were demolished 1-6 against FCK and they want to get back on track naturally playing now at home. Maybe they will win, but I think it won't be easy also because captain key mid Janus Drachmann is suspended here. OB have normally a pretty solid defense and won convincingly 2-0 in Vejle last year. Still considering Vejle's qualities and OB's situation after a hurtful defeat I think odds are really tasty on Vejle managing to get on the scoresheet.

In addition to Vejle to score theres odds 2 @ Jetbull on both teams to score, seems good odds as OB are likely to score too. I don't bet there so will have to take slightly lower odds (1.95 @ Bet365).

Rafa, what's your opinion on Sonderjyske - AGF?
I was thinking AGF DNB maybe. With better morale and H2H they should at least get a draw.
No new missings/suspensions since last gameweek for both teams as far as I know.

Hi Sinbad. AGF dnb doesn't sound like a bad choice to me. S?nderjyskE still have some key injuries and the new coach ideas isn't fully implemented yet whereas AGF was good against Esbjerg and got a deserved win. S?nderjyskE are traditionally solid at home but I don't expect AGF to lose tomorrow. With that said it's still a no bet for me but GL if you bet.

I'll try AGF DNB at around 2.00 with low stakes.

Randers will welcome FCK on Sunday. They got a solid win against AaB, 3-0 in very convincing performance still AaB is the worst home side based on points in the league so will take with just a little pinch of salt. FCK won 6-1 over OB even with Fischer and N'doye out. The former is still missing while N'doye is doubtful.

Randers are stronger than in a long time, but have a bad record against FCK and I believe Theres good odds on FCK over 1.5 @ 1.92 Pinnacle.

FCM welcomes rival AaB on monday. FCM didn't play very well against Vendsyssel but won 1-0 on a bad pitch with a lot of wind. They will perform better here at home imo. AaB welcomes back important players; Defender Jores Okore and mid Oliver Abildgaard from suspension. Best offensive player (imo) Lucas Andersen is suspended though. I expect a home win and @ 1.51 Jetbull is alright for me (I took @ 1.5 at my local). GL

Horsens have named a big squad, 22 players, all the best are there but it does suggest Theres some doubtful ones unfortunately. Vendsyssel have named the same squad as the one against FCM, so still several players out but a decent squad. Odds are going up on Horsens, but still pretty confident about them IF Theres no serious absences. We'll see tomorrow I guess..

                      Thank you!
Mortensen sure seems to be a quality addition for Aarhus.

For today, I'm leaning towards OB at home vs. Vejle. Odense is a solid side and doesn't deserve to be trashed 1-6 in my opinion, even against FCK. I expect a strong reaction today in a first spring home game.
Vejle - OB finished 0-2 in August 2018.
Drachmann out for OB, Allan and Davidsen in for Vejle.
Odense -1 at around 2.05, low stakes.

PS. I liked the article on OB official site, saying "Jakob Michelsen has selected the 18 players who will send Vejle home to Jutland on Sunday afternoon without points."

Interesting news: Br?ndby have fired Alexander Zorniger...allegedly they now want FCN coach Kasper Hjulmand!

Well that is, maybe, correct decision from one point of view and bad from another. Dont know what expectations had in Brondby, but this season were pretty bad. Still, they lost some key players from last season. You cant expect to sold players and be always competitive.Than again, last season, Brondby lost title that 99% of people tought they won. They threw away all good work they had done in last few matches.
So, time will tell. I didnt watched BIF this season. Last season were attractive but without succes in the end (won cup "only"). Results are important. More than the way you get to them.

FCM are nearly at full strength, just winger Gustav Wikheim is an important missing.

Odds on FCM @ Danske Spil (Local) are @ 1.38 currently. Hope for a good result tonight!! GL

                              Very interesting indeed.
It will be interesting to see where Zorniger goes.
