    Friday 15.03.2019 Valerenga - Stromsgodset:

Club friendly played at Valerengas home stadium. Both teams are using artificial turf at their home stadiums.

    Game start: 13:30 CET

Valerenga (11-9-10) ended at the 6th position in Eliteserien 2018, and Deilas young side will remain a outsider for Eliteserien 2019. Good signings in Johan Laedre Bjordal (Def - Zulte Waregem, Belgium), Herolind Shala (Mid/Att - Start), Deyver Vega (Mid/Att - Brann) and Matthias Vilhjalmsson (Att - Rosenborg), and the Oslo side have a wide squad with players capable of claiming a place in the starting lineup.
Amin Nouri (Def - Oostende, Belgium) and Felipe Carvalho (Def - Nacional, Uruguay) have left on loan deals, while club veteran Daniel Fredheim Holm (Mid/Att) has signed for OBOS-Liga side KFUM Oslo.
Valerenga latest friendlies: 1-1 against Rostov, 2-1 against Kongsvinger, 3-0 against Nomme Kalju, 3-2 against Bodo Glimt and 2-0 against Tromso.

Stromsgodset (7-10-13) ended 13th in Eliteserien 2018, and they were only 2 points from Start on a relegation spot in the end. They were clearly the biggest underachievers in Eliteserien 2018 then, and coach Bjorn Petter Ingebretsen has a big task to bring them back to their former heights (Champions in 2013, 2nd place in 2012 and 2015)
Stromsgodset were 5-4-6 at home, and 2-6-7 on the road, in Eliteserien 2018.
First choice goalkeeper Espen Bugge Pettersen (Kee 22/0) has retired, and reserve goalie Pal Vestly Heigre (Kee 1/0) has signed for Sandnes Ulf.
Former key defender Kim Andre Madsen (Def 2/0) has signed for 2.Div side Asker.
Key players Francisco Junior (Mid 18/0 - Vendsyssel, Denmark), Eirik Ulland Andersen (Mid/Att 28/6 - Molde) and Tokmac Nguen (Mid/Att 28/7- Ferencvaros) have also left.
The Drammen side have signed several U-23 players like Viljar Myhra (Kee - Odd), Nicholas Mickelson (Def - HamKam) and Haldor Stenevik (Mid - Brann), and two new signings Martin Spelmann (Mid - AGF, Denmark) and Yacouba Sylla (Mid - Mechelen).

Stromsgodset will most likely start like this (from Stromsgodsets website):

    Viljar Myhra
Lars Vilsvik, Jakob Glesnes, Mounir Hamoud, Jonathan Parr
Kristoffer Tokstad, Johan Hove, Herman Stengel, Martin Ronning Ovenstad
    Sebastian Pedersen, Mos Abdellaoue

Bench: Morten Satra, Nico Mickelson, Lars Satra, Henning Hauger, Yacouba Sylla, Martin Spelmann, Amahl Pellegrino, Marcus Pedersen

    Valerenga - Stromsgodset ended 1-4 in 2018.

Valerenga have showed signs of promosing relations up front against easier opponents earlier in their pre-season, and I like the progress the team have been doing so far this pre-season. 4 straight victories for the blue and whites.
Stromsgodset have not impressed in pre-season, but they have made two new signings in Spelmann and Sylla, and the newcomers are likely to enter the game as reserves during 2nd half, together with key striker Marcus Pedersen, that has just returned from long term injury.
The guests have struggled earlier during pre-season, but they are closer to get their key players back to a strong starting XI now. That being said, players like Spelmann, Sylla and Pedersen will need more time to be well adapted and match fit, and the newly signed goalkeeper Viljar Myhra (former Odd reserve goalie) will need more games to be fully adapted to the rest of the Stromsgodset squad in match situations.
Ejuke, Finne and Shala have impressed over time for Valerenga now, and new signing Matthias Vilhjalmsson will surely be eager to show that he will be the teams top scorer up front. Good chance for the Oslo side to claim their 5th straight victory today imo.

Pick: Valerenga (-0.5 AH), 9/10 stakes, odds 2.15@Unibet. Good luck!

      Valerenga - Stromsgodset 1-1 FT.

Valerenga scored first with another class goal by Bard Finne, and they had quite good control of their 1-0 lead for most of this game. In the final seconds of the 2 added minutes, Stromsgodset scores on a bad clearance though, and makes it 1-1. Pick lost.

Saturday 16.03.2019 Stabak - Ullensaker Kisa:

Club friendly played at Stabaks training ground, on artificial turf.

        Game start: 14:00 CET

Stabak (6-11-13) ended 14th in Eliteserien 2018, and ended on a relegation playoff spot. They defeated Aalesund in the playoff though, and the Baerum side will once again fight at top level in Norway.
Veteran winger/attacker Daniel Braaten (Att - Brann) has been signed.
Daniel Granli (Def 29/0 - AIK, Sweden), John Hou Sater (Mid/Att 23/0 - Beijing Guoan), Filip Valencic (Mid 6/0 - Inter Turku) and Moussa Nije (Mid/Att 15/1 - Partizan Beograd, Serbia) have left.

        Ullensaker/Kisa (11-10-9) ended 5th in OBOS-Ligaen 2018, and were a clear playoff candidate then.
For this season, coach Vegard Skogheim has left, and former Aalesund coach Trond Fredriksen will make his debut season as coach for the yellow and green.
Nicolay Solberg (Mid/Att 23/10 - Fredrikstad) and Lars Jorgen Salvesen (Att 12/8 - Sarpsborg 08) have left.
Magnus Grodem (Mid) has joined on season loan from Valerenga.

        Ullensaker Kisa - Stabak ended 4-3 in a pre-season friendly in 2018.

Pre-season battle between Stabak that won the relegation playoffs in Eliteserien, and Ullensaker Kisa that were one of the playoff teams that fought for promotion from OBOS-Ligaen.
Stabak have, for once, a capable starting XI ready to start the season a couple of weeks before the season opener, and no need for 8 bosman players just before deadline this time. Kassi, Brynhildsen, Ohi and Boli will be hard to stop also in the 2019 season.
Ullensaker/Kisa had a squad capable of promotion last season, but they were eliminated in the playoffs.
Now coach Skogheim, and key players like Solberg and Salvesen have left. Ullensaker Kisa have not showed any signs of problems scoring so far in pre-season though, 4-0 against Elverum, 4-0 against Sandnes Ulf, 3-4 against KFUM and 0-1 against Kongsvinger in their latest friendlies.
Even though its just a friendly, it should be a good chance for Over here imo.

Pick: Over 3.5 goals, 9/10 stakes, odds 2.41@Marathonbet. Good luck!

Stabak - Ullensaker Kisa 2-2 FT.

Two goals by top scorer candidate Franck Boli for the hosts, while Ullensaker Kisa once again prove they are capable of scoring against pretty much any side in OBOS liga/bottom half Eliteserie sides. 2-2 and Over was good.

            Sunday 17.03.2019 Viking - Egersund:

Club friendly played at Vikings home stadium, SR Bank Arena.

            Game start: 18:00 CET

Viking (20-1-9) won OBOS-Ligaen 2018, and promoted back to Eliteserien at first attempt.
The Stavanger side have signed Samuel Fridjonsson (Mid) on loan deal from Valerenga, as well as Runar Hove (Def - Floro) and Axel Andresson (Def - Reading) so far.
The dark blue and whites have won 5-1 at home against local rivals Sandnes Ulf, 2-0 win against OBOS-Liga side Sandefjord, 1-5 loss against the reigning Russian champions Lokomotiv Moscow, and 1-1 draw against Odd, 2-2 against Aalesund and 1-2 against Dinamo Brest in their latest friendlies.
Zlatko Tripic (Mid/Att) got injured in the warmup in front of the Dinamo Brest game, small doubt?
Andre Danielsen (Def/Mid) and Even Ostensen (Att) have been out with injuries lately.

Egersund (12-8-6) ended 4th in 2.Division Group 2 in 2018. The yellow and blacks have a reputation for being very hard to defeat at home, 5-6-2, with goal score 20-10, last season, as well as being known for their Cup eliminations of tonights opponent Viking (3-1 in 2017) and Start 2-1 (in 2018) in front of their home supporters at Idrettsparken.
For this season they have signed several key players for 2.Division level, like Kevin Jablinksi (Def - Raufoss), Erixon Danso (Mid/Att - Sandnes Ulf) and Markus Naglestad (Att - Hodd).
Jorgen Olsen Overaas (Def) has signed for Ranheim.

Egersund - Viking ended 3-1 in the Cup in 2017.

Viking have promoted back to the top division at first attempt, despite all their economical problems the latest years. The Stavanger side have a very thin squad, but their first choice XI are more than capable of being a mid-table Eliteserie side at their best.
Egersund have really showed ambitions for their 100 year anniversary, and one by one, key players for 2.Division level have arrived in Egersund the latest months.
Viking have showed signs of what they are capable offensivly during pre-season, but they have had two minor set-backs in their latest friendly games, and coach Berntsen will most likely demand a better performance over 90 minutes against easier opposition back home in Stavanger. Egersund lost 0-3 against Sandnes Ulf earlier this week, and the guests are capable of playing much closer to OBOS liga level than that.
The Over line will most likely be set very high here, but I think Viking will be better structured tonight, and my call will be Under here.

Pick: Under 3.5 goals, 9/10 stakes, odds 1.80@1xBet. Good luck!

              Viking - Egersund 4-0 FT.

Viking with full control from start here, 1-0 at HT, and scored the 3-0 goal in the 85th minute. 2 minutes in overtime they get a penalty to make it 4-0 though. Under 3.5 lost.

                Monday 18.03.2019 Ranheim - Levanger

Pre-season friendly played at Ranheims home stadium Extra Arena. Both teams are using artificial turf at their home stadiums.

                Game start: 18:00 CET

Ranheim (12-6-12) ended 7th in Eliteserien 2018, and impressed a lot as a newly promoted side then.
The Trondheim side have lost Aslak Fonn Witry (Def 26/2 - Djurgarden, Sweden) and Kristoffer Lokberg (Mid 28/6 - Brann) since last season.
Former Ranheim defender Jorgen Olsen Overaas (Def) has returned from Egersund, Adria Mateo Lopez (Mid/Att) has been signed from Levanger, and Ivar Sollie Ronning (Att) has arrived from HamKam.

Levanger (3-6-21) ended as the bottom side, and relegated from OBOS-Ligaen 2018. Pretty much their entire first eleven has left, including key players like Faye Lund (Kee), Adria Lopez (Mid/Att), Jo Sondre Aas (Mid/Att) and Robert Stene (Att), as well as their head coach Roger Naustan. Former Levanger coach Magnus Powell has made a comeback in charge of the white and reds in front of this season.

Ranheim - Levanger ended 6-1 in 2017. (Levanger - Ranheim ended 2-4 in the Cup last season)

Pre-season battle between Eliteserie side Ranheim, and the newly relegated 2.Division side Levanger.
Levanger were really struggling in OBOS-Ligaen 2018, ended up as the bottom side, and they were 20 points behind Jerv on a safe spot then. Most of their first eleven is gone, including all key players, as well as their coach.
Comeback coach Magnus Powell will have to build a new squad for this season, and these pre-season games will have to be used for the new players to adapt.
Ranheim have lost a couple of key players since last season, but im sure well see a well prepared Trondheim side here tonight.
The hosts have won clearly against easier opposition so far during pre-season, 4-0 Stjordals Blink, 6-1 Kolstad, 4-1 Byasen, 5-0 against Orkla, and they defeated "big brother" Rosenborg 1-0 three weeks ago.
Ranheim are normally very solid against local teams in pre-season, and they should have a solid chance against Levanger tonight.

Pick: Ranheim (-2.5 AH), 9/10 stakes, odds 2.43@1xBet. Good luck!

                  Ranheim - Levanger 2-1 FT.

Ranheim took initiative from start and had a 2-0 lead at HT. Ranheim changed their team in 2nd half, and even though they had several chances, they never got to score more goals in the slippery conditions. Instead Levanger scored a late goal to make it 2-1. Pick lost.
With only 12 days left to the season opener, well stop the pre-season bets here. Thank you for following!

                    Saturday 06.04.2019 Egersund - Sola:

Club friendly played at B&G Banen, Egersund, at artificial turf.

Game start: 13:00 CET (14:00 Local time)

Egersund (12-8-6) ended 4th in 2.Division Group 2 in 2018. The yellow and blacks have a reputation for being very hard to defeat at home, 5-6-2, with goal score 20-10, last season, as well as being known for their Cup eliminations of Viking (3-1 in 2017) and Start 2-1 (in 2018) in front of their home supporters at Idrettsparken.
For this season they have signed several key players for 2.Division level, like Kevin Jablinksi (Def - Raufoss), Erixon Danso (Mid/Att - Sandnes Ulf) and Markus Naglestad (Att - Hodd).
Key players at 2.Div level like Jorgen Olsen Overaas (Def), Roy Miljeteig (Mid/Att) and Kevin Beugre (Att) have left though.

Sola (17-4-5) won 3.Division Group 3 in 2018, and has returned to 2.Division level after two years in 3.Division.
Sola were clearly best at home last season (10-0-3), but its likely that the newly promoted side have got a boost, and will be ready to put up a fight in the start of 2019.
The squad is based on many young talents, and former Sandnes Ulf attacker Morten Eriksen (35) leading the way up front.

                    Egersund - Sola ended 0-2 in 2016.

Local club friendly between a promotion candidate, and a newly promoted side that defeated Bryne 4-1 one month ago.
Egersund have really showed ambitions for their 100 year anniversary, and one by one, key players for 2.Division level have signed for the yellow and blacks the latest months.
Sola have promoted from 3.Divisions, and it will be interesting to follow their many talents at 2.Div level this season.
Egersund disappointed a bit earlier during pre-season against Eliteserie side Viking (0-4), and OBOS-Liga side Sandnes Ulf (0-3), but then again, Egersunds main strengths are up front, and the attacking trio Sumareh, Naglestad, Danso should be a guarantee for goals at 2.Division level in 2019.
I like Egersunds chances in their final pre-season battle, and they will be very hard to stop at home this season. Money back if they win by one goal.

Pick: Egersund (-1 AH), 9/10 stakes, odds 1.97@1xBet. Good luck!

                      Egersund - Sola 4-3 FT.

Egersund scored 4 goals, including two goals by top scorer candidate Naglestad, but they may struggle to fight Fredrikstad for the promotion this season, if they allow teams like newly promoted Sola 3 goals against at home.

                      Even money today.

                      Final stats for Pre-Season 2019 (15W-4V-13L):

                      +26.44 Units
