Valerenga - Nomme Kalju 3-0 FT. Pick void.

Valerenga scored 2 early goals, but 2-0 looked like the final score until a penalty was awarded close before the end, and the Norwegians sealed the win with a 3-0 goal. Money back today.

      Thursday 21.02.2019 Linense - Sandefjord:

Pre-season friendly played at neutral pitch at Complejo Deportivo Arroyo Enmedio, Spain. (Home advantage)

Game start: 11:00 CET (PS! Early game start)

Linense (9-10-6) are holding the 8th position in Spanish Segunda B Group 4 (3rd level).
Linense have only allowed 17 goals against in 25 league games (goalscore 24-17), but the hosts are playing this friendly in the middle of an active week with league games, and we might see many rotations and this game being used as a training session.

Sandefjord (4-11-15) were unable to prevent relegation from Eliteserien 2018, and they ended up as the bottom side then.
First choice goalkeeper Eirik Holmen Johansen (Kee 29/0 - Brann), Victor Demba Bindia (Def 16/0 - Wihdat) and Stian Ringstad (Def 14/1 - Stromsgodset, loan deal ended) have left.
The Vestfold side have played 1-1 against Fram Larvik, 0-0 against Skeid, 1-0 against Estonian side Nomme Kalju, and 0-2 against Viking so far during pre-season.

      No mutual games.

      Pre-season battle between a Norwegian OBOS-Liga side (2nd level) and a Spanish Segunda B side (3rd level).
Sandefjord showed signs of a interesting change in the club, even though they relegated last season under Spanish coach Marti Cifuentes.
Their possession based gameplay with Spanish trio Tito, Enric Valles and Rufo Herraiz showing the ropes, can absolutely prove succesful in OBOS-Ligaen 2019.
Hard to tell how much Spanish Segunda B side Linense will put into this game, but they rarely allow many goals against. All Sandefjords 4 pre-season games have ended Under 2.5 so far.

Pick: Under 2.25 goals (Asian line), 9/10 stakes, odds 2.02@Unibet. Good luck!

Thursday 21.02.2019 Lokomotiv Moscow - Viking:

Pre-season friendly played at neutral pitch at Marbella, Spain.

        Game start: 16:00 CET

The reigning Russian champions Lokomotiv Moscow (8-4-5) are holding the 5th position halfway into the 2018/19 season, and their break is over in less than two weeks.
Lokomotiv Moscow won 3-1 against Eliteserie side Haugesund 11 days ago.

Viking (20-1-9) won OBOS-Ligaen 2018, and promoted back to Eliteserien at first attempt.

The Stavanger side have signed Samuel Fridjonsson (Mid) on loan deal from Valerenga, as well as Runar Hove (Def - Floro) and Axel Andresson (Def - Reading) so far.
The dark blue and whites won 5-1 at home against local rivals Sandnes Ulf last week, and the 19 year old talent Kristian Thorstvedt (Mid/Att) scored a hat-trick then. 2-0 win against OBOS-Liga side Sandefjord on Monday.

        Vikings squad in Marbella:

Iven Austbo, Amund Wichne, Erik Arnebrott

Axel Oskar Andresson, Runar Hove, Tord Johnsen Salte, Viljar Vevatne, Rolf Daniel Vikstol, Adrian Nilsen Pereira, Sondre Flem Bjorshol, Sebastian Sorlie Henriksen

Andre Danielsen, Ylldren Ibrahimaj, Samuel Fridjonsson, Johnny Furdal, Fredrik Torsteinbo, Kristian Thorstvedt, Lasse Berg Johnsen

Usman Sale, Petter Bakken, Zymer Bytyqi, Zlatko Tripic, Tommy Hoiland

Viking - Lokomotiv Moscow ended 5-1 in 2002.

Pre-season battle between the reigning Russian champions and newly promoted Eliteserie side Viking.
Viking have their main force up front, and they have won their latest pre-season games against easier opposition clearly. Lokomotiv Moscow should get to many good chances against Vikings defense as well.
Ill back an Over 3.5 here.

Pick: Over 3.5 goals (Asian lines), 9/10 stakes, odds 2.10@Unibet. Good luck!

Linense - Sandefjord 3-2 FT. Pick lost.

Sandefjord were favorites against a reserve minded Linense, but the Spanish Segunda B side took control immidiatly, and Sandefjord were 2-0 down at HT. Many changes and goals for both sides in 2nd half, and Sandefjord have still a long way to go to reach their goals.

Lokomotiv Moscow - Viking 5-1 FT. Pick won.

The Russian champions took charge from start, and never looked back. 3-1 at HT, and Vikings defense had to allow 5 goals against in the end.

            Friday 22.02.2019 Raufoss - Strommen:

Pre-season friendly played indoors at Raufoss former home stadium, Storhallen. Strommen are also using artificial turf at their home stadium.

            Game start 18:00 CET.

Raufoss (16-5-5) won 2.Division Group 1, one point in front of the big promotion favorites Fredrikstad.
The yellow and blacks started a bit shaky in pre-season, but they faced a couple of teams playing at higher level then.
In their two latest games, they have kept a clean sheet against Tom Nordlies newly promoted Skeid (1-0) and against very capable OBOS-Liga side Ullensaker Kisa (0-0).
Kevin Jablinski (Def) has signed for Egersund.

Strommen (12-2-16) ended 11th in OBOS-Ligaen 2018, in a season with many highs and lows. Coach Espen Olsen has left, and former Moss coach Ole Martin Nesselquist are now in charge of the grey and reds.
Chinedu Ezeh (Mid 10/0 - Lillestrom), Moses Ebiye (Mid/Att 12/6 - Lillestrom), Emil SIldnes (Mid 29/6 - HamKam), Alexander Ruud Tveter (Att 15/2 - Sarpsborg 08) and top scorer Sindre Mauritz-Hansen (Att 25/17 - Stabak) have left.
Marius Berntzen (Kee - Tromsdalen), Havard Thun (Def - Moss), John Olav Norheim (Def - Floy) and Sivert Gussiaas (Att - Molde, loan deal) have been signed.
Strommen have lost 1-4 against Eliteserie side Valerenga, 1-2 against OBOS-Liga side Hamkam and 1-2 against Eliteserie side Stabak, while they have defeated newly promoted OBOS-Liga side KFUM Oslo 4-2, so far in pre-season.

            Raufoss - Strommen ended 4-5 in 2016.

Meeting between two OBOS-Liga sides, that may both be fighting in the bottom half of OBOS-Ligaen 2019.
Newly promoted Raufoss are often playing well in early pre-season, due to indoor facilities that can be used during the entire winter. Strommen will always be hard to predict, but they have lost their coach, and many players, including their top scorer Mauritz-Hansen (Att 25/17) since last season.
Rarely low scoring games between these sides, but Raufoss have kept a clean sheet against two trigger happy teams in a row now, and if they keep another OBOS-Liga side to a tight and even low scoring win, they will gather much confidence in their defensive abilities as they step up from 2.Division level.
Strommen are rarely playing 0-0 draws, and they will be a handful to stop if they are allowed too many chances on counters. They have signed Marius Berntzen (Kee) from Tromsdalen, and a couple of defenders Thun (Moss) and Norheim (Floy), and new coach Nesselquists big task for Strommen to reach the next level, will be to build new solid relations in their defensive part.
Both teams are capable of scoring 3 goals or more on their own, but I believe both sides coaches will be more interested in building good defensive relations for their new players against equal OBOS-Liga opposition here.
Money back if 3 goals scored.

Pick: Under 3 goals, 9/10 stakes, odds 2.40@Unibet. Good luck!

Friday 22.02.2019 Molde - Nomme Kalju

Pre-season friendly played at neutral pitch in Marbella, Spain.

              Game start 16:30 CET.

Molde (18-5-7) finished 2nd in Eliteserien 2018, and the blue and whites should be rated among the main title contenders for Rosenborg in Eliteserien 2019.
They will have to deal with the loss of star talent Erling Braut Haland (Att 25/12 - Red Bull Salzburg) up front though, as well the loss of their manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer (until Manchester United make up their minds if they want to sign him as permanent manager or not).
Molde have signed Martin Bjornbak (Def - Bodo Glimt), Kristoffer Haraldseid (Def - Haugesund), Fredrik Sjolstad (Mid - Kongsvinger), Eirik Ulland Andersen (Mid/Att - Stromsgodset), Mathis Bolly (Att - Greuther Furth) and Erling Knudzon (Att - Lillestrom) so far.
Isak Ssewankambo (Def 4/0 - Ostersund), Stian Gregersen (Def 14/0 - Elfsborg - loan deal), Petter Strand (Mid 26/1 - Brann), Babacar Sarr (Mid 27/4 - Yenisey), Tobias Svendsen (Mid/Att 8/0 - Sandefjord - loan deal), Daniel Chima (Att 11/3 - Lava Spring - loan deal) and Erling Braut Haland (Att - 25/12 Red Bull Salzburg) have left.

Nomme Kalju (25-11-0) are the reigning Estonian champions, and they won the league without any defeats last season.
They will play Champions League qual later this summer, and this might be a good test against close to first round qual level teams.
Nomme Kalju have lost 0-1 against Sandefjord and 0-3 against Valerenga in their latest friendlies.

              No recent mutual meetings.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaers Molde ended 2nd in Eliteserien 2018, and they may very well fight in the top also in 2019. That being said, star attacker Erling Braut Haland (Att 25/12) is gone, and Solskjaer will normally be Manchester United manager during the first months of Eliteserien 2019.
Nomme Kalju were undefeated as they won the Estonian Meistriliiga 2018, and their next goal have to take another step against European clubs.
Two poor defeats against other Norwegians sides 0-1 against Sandefjord and 0-3 against Valerenga lately though.
Molde have performed decent so far during pre-season, and won 2-0 against rivals Aalesund one week ago. They will focus on building relations up front, as they have a new trio in Knudtzon, James, Bolly, that all have the pace to create lots of trouble for any side in Eliteserien 2019.
Molde will be favorites here, but assistant Moe will most likely do a lot of testing in these pre-season games. Very high Over/Under line, and Ill go for another pre-season under here.

Pick: Under 3.5 goals, 9/10 stakes, odds 2.20@WilliamHill. Good luck!

Raufoss - Strommen 4-3 FT. Pick lost.

A close 1-0 result at HT as expected, finished in a goal bonanza in 2nd half.

Molde - Nomme Kalju 3-1 FT. Pick lost.

Molde were the better side, but a couple of penalties for both sides made this game go Over 3.5.

Two games with expected performance in the 1st halfs, but both games eventually ended Over this time.

                  Monday 25.02.2019 Lokomotiv Moscow - Sarpsborg 08

Pre-season friendly played at neutral pitch at Marbella, Spain.

                  Game start: 18:00 CET

The reigning Russian champions Lokomotiv Moscow (8-4-5) are holding the 5th position halfway into the 2018/19 season, and their break is over in less than two weeks.
Lokomotiv Moscow have won 3-1 against Eliteserie side Haugesund, and 5-1 against newly promoted Eliteserie side Viking lately.

Sarpsborg 08 (11-8-11) ended 8th in Eliteserien 2018, but the blue and whites advanced to the Europa League Group stage (Group I) for the first time, and they were the runner-ups in the Cup 2017 and ended 3rd in Eliteserien in 2017.
In 2019, Sarpsborg 08 will not be playing Europa League games, and the Ostfold side will be a big outsider in Eliteserien this season.
Branns top scorer Steffen Lie Skalevik (Att) has been signed, as well as Sheldon Bateau (Def - Krylya Sovetov), Nicolai Nass (Def - Heerenveen), Wilmer Azofeifa (Mid - Santos de Guapiles), Jonathan Lindseth (Mid - Mjondalen), Lars Jorgen Salvesen (Att - Ullensaker Kisa).

Joonas Tamm (Def 25/2 - Flora Tallin - loan deal expired), Joackim Jorgensen (Def/Mid 24/0 - Start), Rashad Muhammed (Mid/Att 13/1 - Erzurumspor), Tobias Heintz (Mid/Att 23/2 - Kasimpasa), Mikkel Agger (Att 22/3 - Viborg) and Patrick Mortensen (Att 28/12 - AGF) have left.
Sarpsborg 08 have won 4-0 against Valerenga, 2-0 against Hacken, 3-1 against Flora Tallin and 3-2 against Ventspils. They played 3-3 draw against CSKA Moscow, and 1-2 loss against Zenit St Petersburg and 0-2 loss against Ullensaker Kisa ("Reserve team") so far during pre-season.

Sarpsborg 08s expected starting lineup (published on the clubs website):

                  Alexandr Vasyutin
Jon-Helge Tveita, Sheldon Bateau, Nicolai Nass, Joachim Thomassen
Ole Jorgen Halvorsen, Kristoffer Zachariassen, Matti Lund Nielsen, Jonathan Lindseth
Steffen Lie Skalevik, Jorgen Strand Larsen

                  No recent mutual games.

Pre-season battle between the reigning Russian champions and newly promoted Eliteserie side Sarpsborg 08.
Lokomotiv Moscow will have their final tests before league start on Saturday, and the team have won clearly against two other Eliteserie sides the latest weeks (3-1 Haugesund, 5-1 Viking).
Sarpsborg 08 have written history for each season lately, and the blue and whites are absoltely capable of adding another milestone to their record books in 2019 at their best.
They have made many changes in front of the 2019 season though, and they will need these pre-season games to establish a new medal contender side.
Lokomotiv Moscow have the firepower up front to cover the Over by themselves on a good day, but then again, Sarpsborg 08 are more than capable to score themselves if Lokomotiv Moscow are rested some of their key players here.

Pick: Over 3.5 goals, 9/10 stakes, odds 2.21@Pinnacle. Good luck!

                      Monday 04.03.2019 Start - Jerv

Pre-season friendly played at neutral pitch in Marbella, Spain.

                      Game start 16:30 CET.

Start (8-5-17) ended 15th in Eliteserien 2018, and the Kristiansand side relegated to OBOS-Ligaen.
They have kept most of their players, except for Hakon Opdal (Kee 4/0 - Brann), Carl Elliot Kack (Def 28/2 - Djurgarden, Sweden), Niklas Sandberg (Def 15/0 - Haugesund) and Herolind Shala (Mid/Att 14/3 - Valerenga).
The yellow and blacks have signed Joackim Jorgensen (Def/Mid - Sarpsborg 08) so far, and many young players have returned from loan deals.

Jerv (8-11-11) ended 13th in OBOS-Ligaen 2018, only 2 points in front of Asane (that ended up losing the relegation playoff).
The yellow and blues reached to playoff finals in 2015 and 2016 (they faced todays opponent Start in the playoff final in 2015), and even though the Grimstad side have struggled the latest seasons, they are more than capable of fighting in the top at their best.
Key center-back at OBOS-Liga level, Simon Larsen, has been signed from todays opponent Start.
Brice Wembangomo (Def 28/1 - Sandefjord), Andreas Hagen (Mid 25/1 - Fredrikstad) and Tor Andre Skimmeland Aasheim (Mid 11/0 - Bryne) have left.

Jerv - Start ended 1-0 in a pre-season game two weeks ago.

Pre-season battle between two teams that have fought some key battles against each other the latest years.
Jerv have a good mix of high level OBOS-players, and former Start players like Simon Larsen (Def) and Daniel Aase (Mid/Att), that both could have been key players for the Kristiansand side. Instead they are both playing for the yellow and blues, and coach Arne Sandsto (former Start and Odd) have many years experience from top level in Norway.
Jerv defeated Start 1-0 two weeks ago, and they have won their two latest pre-season games 1-0.
Start played a 1-1 draw against Eliteserie side Brann, 0-1 loss against Jerv, 1-3 loss against Haugesund and 0-0 against Nest Sotra so far during pre-season.
1-0 for Jerv when these teams met 2 weeks ago, and we will most likely see another close game between these rivals tonight.

Pick: Under 2.5, 9/10 stakes, odds 2.05@Pinnacle. Good luck!

                        Start - Jerv 1-0 FT.

Start took the lead close before HT, and kept the one goal lead until the very end. Pick won.

                          Tuesday 05.03.2019 Asane - Sogndal:

Pre-season friendly played at Asanes home stadium Myrdal at artificial turf.

                          Game start: 17:00 CET.

Asane (9-6-15) relegated from OBOS-Ligaen 2018, and former Brann coach Mons Ivar Mjelde has left the Bergen side.
Morten Roessland is now in charge of the orange and blacks, in Asanes upcoming season in 2.Division Group 2.
Nicolai Harris (Def 26/2) has signed for Lysekloster, while Jonas Hestetun (Mid 27/3) and Senai Hagos (Mid 9/0) have signed for Nest Sotra.
Former Norway International team attacker Erik Huseklepp (Att 20/6) has signed for Fyllingsdalen.
Michael Ogungbaro (Mid 25/3) and Dennis Antwi (Att 24/6) have returned to Start after ended loan deal.
Hakon Lorentzen (Att 28/5) is out of contract, but he has been on trial the latest weeks.

Eirik Wollen Steen (Def - Bodo Glimt) and Stefan Aase (Mid - Floro) have been signed.

Sogndal (15-6-9) ended 4th in OBOS-Ligaen 2018, and failed to promote back to Eliteserien at first attempt.
Akeem Latifu (Def 29/2 - Mjondalen), Reiss Greenidge (Def 8/0 - Arendal), Kjetil Waehler (Def 15/2 - Retired), Nikita Baranov (Def 12/0 - Beroe Stara Zagora), Bjoern Helge Riise (Mid 8/0), Lars Christian Kjemhus (Mid/Att 20/1), Kasper Nissen (Att 1/0 - Floroe) and Trond Olsen (Att 4/0) have left.
Former Sarpsborg 08 and Viking midfielder Steffen Ernemann has been signed.
Markus Brandsrod (Mid/Att 3/0) has joined OBOS-Liga side Jerv on a loan deal.

                          Asane - Sogndal ended 1-2 in 2018.

                          Meeting between a newly relegated 2.Division side, and a OBOS-Liga promotion/playoff candidate.
Asane relegated from OBOS-Ligaen 2018, and star coach for OBOS-Liga level Mons Ivar Mjelde has left, as well as 6 regulars. That being said, Asane have played well during pre-season with 1-0 win against Nest Sotra, 4-0 win against Fyllingsdalen, and if they sign Lorentzen up front, Asane may very well fight for a comeback to OBOS-Ligaen at first attempt.
Sogndal failed to promote to Eliteserien last season, and many players have left this winter. The squad is still capable of fighting in the upper half of OBOS-Ligaen 2019, but one by one the established veterans have left/retired since last season.
Rarely high scoring games when Sogndal is involved, and Asane will most likely use this game to measure their first elevens level against a solid OBOS-Liga side. Money back if 3 goals scored.

Pick: Under 3 goals, 9/10 stakes, odds 2.03@1XBet. Good luck!

                            Asane - Sogndal 0-3 FT

Very few chances, but Sogndal were very efficient up front. They get a penalty to get 2-0 up at HT, and controlled the game into a 3-0 win in the end. Pick void tonight.

Thursday 07.03.2019 Levanger - Stjordals Blink

Pre-season friendly played at Levangers home stadium TOBB Arena. Both teams are using artificial turf at their home stadiums.

                              Game start: 18:30 CET.

Levanger (3-6-21) ended as the bottom side, and relegated from OBOS-Ligaen 2018. Pretty much their entire first eleven has left, including key players like Faye Lund (Kee), Adria Lopez (Mid/Att), Jo Sondre Aas (Mid/Att) and Robert Stene (Att), as well as their head coach Roger Naustan. Former Levanger coach Magnus Powell has made a comeback in charge of the white and reds in front of this season.

Stjordals Blink (7-7-12) ended 11th in 2.Division Group 2 last season, and it was only the goal difference that seperated them from Flekkeroy that relegated then.
Two clear victories in their latest friendlies 5-0 (Verdal) and 6-0 (Steinkjer), and one defeat against Eliteserie side Ranheim in their pre-season opener (0-4).

Levanger - Stjordals Blink ended 3-3 in a club friendly last year.

Pre-season friendly between two local rivals, that will face each other also in the season opener in 2.Division Group 1.
Levanger were really struggling in OBOS-Ligaen 2018, ended up as the bottom side, and they were 20 points behind Jerv on a safe spot then. Most of their first eleven is gone, including all key players, as well as their coach.
Comeback coach Magnus Powell will have to build a new squad for this season, and these pre-season games will have to be used for the new players to adapt.
Stjordals Blink were very close to relegate to 3rd Division last season, and they will have to improve their away stats (3-3-7) to avoid fighting against relegation again in 2019.
Very positive performances against 3rd Division teams lately (5-0 Verdal, 6-0 Steinkjer), and the guests rarely back down easily in these local derby games.
Even though Levanger have lost many players + their coach, they can still win this, but should they be clear favorites against a mid-table 2.Div side? No.
Stjordals Blink can absolutely win this, and odds 3.50@Unibet can be worth a long shot.
Ill go for the X2 Double Chance at odds around 2.

Pick: X2 (Double Chance), 9/10 stakes, odds 2.02@Unibet. Good luck!

Levanger - Stjordals Blink 2-2 FT.

Stjordals Blink took charge from start and went 2-0 up early in 1st half. Levanger equalized to 2-2 before the break though, and it stayed that way for the rest of the match. Draw seemed like a fair result in the end. Pick won tonight.
