You have to wait circa 2 days yet, know i am celebrating Xmas (in Poland 26th is still a relgious holiday)
and i am watching 2 superb films.
I mentioned once that totalitarianism is coming (and one of the film is about it : "Year 1984. Totalitaranism 2.0" (unfortunetely only in polish with people i appreciate much i.e W.Gadowski, Karon, Ziemkiewicz) and 2nd is a lecture by a very good trader, creator, known as Independent Trader, author of many books
who talks and warns about Big Reset
(Wielki Reset - najwyzej ocenione wystapienie na XTB Masterclass 2020)

Both films you will find at Youtube. I will share with you soon one more film in german/polish about Covid pandemic (a great lecture by international expert)

I mentioned that i will give you present, i am a veracious man so first of it is a great lesson from G.Orwell ( Eric Arthur Blair acctually).
He created a great, prophetic book (1984) just after a WWII and many things in this book materilized and being materialized now many decades later.
Not many people know or remember that he was not a prophet (of course he could have some prophecies for example in dreams)but he had a huge knowlege.
1 He is very often recognised as the best chronicler of english culture of XX century.
2 He observed and faught in spanish Civil War from 1936(he was shot in throat!). So he was involved in the best possible lesson: PRACTISE.

So if you take a lesson from Orwell and be damn good having (maybe not huge as he) big knowledge about the presence (in any field, it can be soccer/hockey/any other sport or economy/ history) you should be able to predict future quite well.

      =====
Wroclaw-UNIQUE City that has: one of 4-5 the most beautiful Town Hall and Market square in whole Europe (the biggest medieval market square in Europe with Town Hall and pillory!). VENICE of the North (over 100 bridges, 5th place in Europe!) 1 of 7 new ZOO wonders of the world (only 4 are located in Europe!),People's Hall(UNESCO Heritage) and 200+ m skyskraper with 200m above the ground viewpoint! The city that contributed to 13 Noble Prize winners (Alzheimer worked and died here, Creuzfeld and above all M.Copernicus worked and lived here). You will surely meet very nice and hospitable people. Still quite cheap in comparison to western Europe.
And Wroclaw is also the best place in Poland for business according to 809 chiefs of companies in a survey "Business Environment Assessment Study"
Wroclaw-the Meeting Place. So when are you going to Visit Wroclaw and Poland?

This was really unbelievable 17 rounds of the season, take a look at the table first:
        1. Amica(Lech) Poznan 19 12 5 2 37:13 41
        2. Pogon Szczecin 19 10 7 2 35:16 37
        3. Rakow 19 10 5 4 36:22 35
        4. Radomiak Radom 19 9 8 2 28:16 35
        5. Lechia Gdansk 19 9 6 4 33:23 33
        6. Wisla Plock 19 9 2 8 29:26 29
        7. Gornik Z. 19 8 4 7 27:26 28
        8. Stal Mielec 19 7 7 5 26:26 28
        9. Cracovia 19 7 5 7 25:26 26
        10. Slask Wroclaw 19 6 6 7 30:30 24
        11. Jagiellonia 19 6 6 7 24:31 24
        12. Piast Gliwice 19 6 5 8 26:26 23
        13. Wisla 19 6 3 10 21:30 21
        14. Zaglebie 19 6 2 11 20:36 20
        15. Leczna 19 4 6 9 19:36 18
        16. Warta Poznan 19 3 7 9 14:24 16
        17. Legia 18 5 0 13 19:30 15
        18. Termalica B-B. 18 2 6 10 20:32 12
Radomiak are a newcomer and have as may points as 2nd best team of previous season Rakow (PC and SC winner), and 20 points more than best team of last season Legia that is 2nd last
Stal Mielec that miracously saved a spot in Ekstraklasa last season is 8th having 4 points more than Slask (played well in Europe this summer reaching 3rd round and winning first game) and have 13 points more than big Legia. And Legia won first two games in Europe and with a better (even with ok coach, Golebiewski was a big misunderstanding) should have still play in Europe.
Slask started very well (as i wrote 3rd round in Europe, won first game they), had 450 record in Ekstraklasa after 9 games and then lost 7 games from last 10!

Yes Legia according to statistics after winning first 2 games had 97 procent to finish at least in 3rd spot. And showed that can screw it up. They are first ever team that finished in EL group stage on last place despite winning first 2 games
and by far the worst def. champions in Europe (15/18 points per game!)

Radomiak are probably only such a team in Europe that as a newcomer did not loose first and all 8 games with teams that were or are in best 5 (last season/this season).

I did not remember in last 25 years 2 teams that played in Europe and made such a big downhill ride in Ekstraklasa (Legia and Slask)
Slask have some explenation as they were robbed by referees in 4 games (big mistakes and lack of wins in those games, they should have won at least 3 of them)

My biggest mistake as bettor in Ekstraklasa was claiming with big confidence (circa 7.5/10) that Stal would be relegated.
Some positive thing is that i was able to change mind (they made a really good transferes after the start of the season) and say sorry+
had nice profit in last 3 of their games (2 here+ succesful warning)

I had a profit in Piast- Stal (main bet 1:1 CS+ smaller other bets), Slask to win with Stal by one goal, and Stal -WIsla Plock, Wisla dnb and Wisla -0.25 AH from 0:2 CS when 0:2 in 2nd half (this bet not here)
and succesful warning was Stak- Lechia- Stay away as it could be 1x2, and it was 3:3 and Stal could even won (they led 1:0, later make 3:3 from 1:3 and had some chance to win)

and another big surprise in a season of big number of suprises is that 5th last season Warta is now 3rd worse team and may be relegated after a season

I will finish a summary and give you one more precious advice after New year

Now i can share with you how to reduce/loose weight. You should know those rules (eat less, make some excersise, eat light meals at the evenings...) so i won't repeat them. But i have to point out 2 rules i obey and that are succesful.
First of all. Sugar. Beware of sugar, it is everywhere, even in products it should not be included.
Sugar blocks your weight loss. You can eat less, excersise but if you don't reduce a sugar your results may be dissapointing.

2nd rule is short nap. SHORT Nap(between 11.45 and 17.00) has many advantages and i take a short nap once during a day when i am a bit tired and hungry. After a nap my hunger quite often is reduced so i can withstand circa 1,5 hour more w/o an eating.

The most important opponent for each team in Ekstraklasa:

Amica(Lech): first of all Legia-huge rivarly (fans from Poznan and other cities hate Legia more than Legia's fans team and supporters from Greater Poland), later Pogon, games vs Wisla Krakow (13 tittles) are also prestrigous, in next season clash with Widzew will be important for them(fans had a very small and short ally in the past but now big enemies when hooligans of Widzew conquered in Poznan couple flags of team from Greater Poland, ultras group was disbanded) There is also some rivarly between Poznan and Wroclaw so clashes with Slask also are partly vital
of course also Warta are also quite important opp. as there are team from the same region, Warta played almost whole life in Poznan (so even the same city, now the players live and train also in Poznan but play in Grodzisk Wielkopolski)

Pogon -first of all Amica(Lech)-they fight also for fans in Zachodniopomorskie voivodeship (to a lesser extent) and mainly in Lubuskie
Legia, ex long term ally and it's very good oppor. to promote own name
Cracovia, in 1993 hooligans from Krakow killed in Chorzow (Poland NT game) fan from Szczecin using a knife
Lechia, quasi derby of teams from the north

Rakow- certainly Legia, Amica i.e strong teams and also team from Slaskie voivodeship as they fight for the fans in the region (the same region)
fans of Rakow have small number of enemies, one of biggest is Widzew (probably in Ekstraklasa next season)

Radomiak: Legia (the same region, now ally, a good opportunity to promote own name), partly Slask (Slask have an long term ally with Motor, enemy for Radomiak's fans and fans from Lublin are visiting near Radom with Slask during games), probably Amica (very strong team, big firm as Lech) and Wisla Krakow (big firm)
Lechia -certainly Legia, Amica, Wisla Krakow (long term ally but later bad relations with some part of Wisla's fans)
also Lechia, quasi derby of the norfth (especially now when there are only 2 teams from north in Ekstraklasa)
WIsla Plock- nr 1 is Legia, derby of region, they don't like with Wisla (fans, there is also a rivarly which team is better)

Maybe i won't add every time strongest teams if no extra reasons. Almost all teams are motivated vs top/strong teams

Gornik Zabrze - Piast (derby, also many fans of Gornik leave in Gliwice), Legia and Widzew (for fans of Gornik these teams are their enemies)
(Rakow, to a lesser extent Rakow because Gornik are too weak to fight for Europe but they may be at least the best team in Slaskie voivodeship)

Stal Mielec , hard to say but probably Legia, fans of Stal do not have many enemies

Cracovia- Wisla (derby arch-rival), Lechia, Legia, Widzew, (Slask, fans' enemies but i doubt that players here are motivated vs Slask, Slask won couple years ago 3 games in a row in Krakow and led very long until last minutes in 4th one, it would be rather impossible if players were really motivated
and it took place when Slask had a long ally with biggest rival of Cracovia- Wisla, now no fans of Wisla on away sector with Slask vs Cracovia)
Cracovia have many enemies and are not liked in many cities (also in Szczecin, so i could add here Pogon as well)

Quite often one side is more motivated vs a specific opponent than the second side:
Fans of Lech supporting Amica hate more Legia than Legia hate Lech (the same with players)
Pogon are more motivated vs Cracovia than 2nd side
KGHM Zaglebie are more motivated vs Slask than Slask, the same with Piast Gornik, Wisla Plock vs Legia etc
