    Thanks Macot!!!

Just wanted to say thanks for posting your well-reasoned and often accurate snooker (and other) tips. You're a real asset to the forum and one of the reasons why I visit the site. Thanks!!!

I really thank you for your praise, but I need to be modest. I really did not deliver a lot during recent years.
More or less on the same level.
But it is true, last season i was profitable on Snooker and I will try to repeat this in 2017/18 too.
Good luck all and thank you for nice words, that motivates me even further.

PS: a tip for the finals which started (there is live betting available).
I would take Ryan Day to win, he improved mentally a lot during last season and I think he will win his first ranking tournament today. Odds are about 2,00

Amazing! That was a really nice tip. I missed it because I was not online but still... You've really got a sharp intuition when it comes to snooker. It's really nice of you to share your insight with us.

I wonder whether snooker may be "easier" to predict than soccer where you have 22 players instead of 2 plus tactics, all kinds of stuff going on behind the scenes, referees, the pitch, the weather and just plain luck involved...

It is easier, also because I played billiards for 15 years competitively here in Slovenia and know the mindset of the players.
And of course i live snooker so it makes it a bit easier, too.
          Cant wait for next tournaments.

Praise him for what, staking 242 units (!) in a single day in a desperate attempt to recover the 160 units lost this month? All Europa League games, all based on recent results and not a word about missing players and other important factors. His gambling strategy of taking random over bets with odds above 2.00 is clearly not working and his crazy correct score picks make this website look like a joke run without adult supervision.

And yet he's in profit overall and contributing. Where is your contribution?

Statistically, his ROI is 0% and if I'm not mistaken, most of his profit came years ago from a couple of picks with odds way above 100. He's been losing consistently ever since. But you're right that I haven't contributed with anything.

It is all true and I don`t deserve praise until my results recover if they ever do.
I was working on these games for myself and decided to give previews on the main site.

But honestly, I am not so keen to run for units anymore, lost any selfrespect long time ago. Those times when I did well were long gone now.
Thank you still for nice words and also I accept the critical ones.

typical cockiness, where is your contribution? maybe at some time several bettors won with the picks of Macot, maybe others are praising him for contribution/documentation

Well, I'm amazed. For me an invaluable contribution of Macot lies in his posting his picks, keeping threads going and maintaining the website. The way I see it every pick is a suggestion - you're free to take it or leave it. But Macot's contribution has gone far beyond posting picks. Through his contributions, he's kept the site going. Not just on the POD which involves a lot of administrative-type work. I do think Macot deserves to be recognized for everything he has done on the forum.
