    Bet365 is stealing money

This is incredible what happened to me at BET365 poker room.

I have that account for many years, and it has never been any problem with it. It has been verified in any was possible. However, a week ago I downloaded the poker, and deposited some money there. I'm not much of a poker player, I was playing for fun. The first day I lost 4 tournaments in a row. Second day, I seat at the Oklahoma LP heads up table and waited for some opponent to seat.

After few minutes someone take the seat, and we start playing. He or she was really bad player. I mean, really bad. OK, on few big hands I have luck, since I won having higher flush. In a nutshell, I won approx 250 euros from him. After that, he/she left, and I continued to play, and won 3 other tournaments in a row.

Then I transfer some of the money to my sports account, and made a withdrawal request. An hour later, I received an e-mail that my poker account is frozen, and the money are back again on that account. BET365 reversed my money from my sports account to my poker account without my permission. I contacted them, and after few days I received this e-mail:

Following an investigation by our Network Poker Security Department, we are no longer able to offer our services to you. Evidence from the investigation has indicated that collusion had taken place with another player.

All money in respect of this activity has been frozen by our Poker Network Partner, iPoker.

Thing is, they are not presenting my any evidence about collusion play, not a single one. I didn't know who was I playing against, and I have no idea which country he/she was from. They are stealing my money just because they think that some of the hands were rigged, but they are not pointing out what hands and why they think so.

Basically, they are stealing my money without explanation.

Well i am not a poker playah, but probably the mug that so easilly lost to you seemed suspicious to them and maybe he was making some kind of rollover or something with bonus money. So bc of him they suspected you both are transfering money this way... i hope you can sort it out positively

It's not about the fish. The 3 tours you won, did you play with the same people?

No, every tournament was versus different player.

Anyway, I will contact Casinomeister and SBR, see what can they do about. Where is Bet365 licensed anyway? On Malta?

If it is licensed on Malta, that is very bad, Malta LGA is worthless in this kind of situations.

An update on the issue. I have received an e-mail from Bet365, and their decision is to take away the money I won, and give it back to that person I played against.

Can't believe this is happening. How is this even remotely possible?

Bside, do you know where is ipoker regulated? I can't find anything on their site.

Wow, that is surprising! I have never bet on it, but I have always considered it as an honest and trusted platform with a very good image. I am now very surprised to read so many bad reviews and stories about it. Thank god I have never had such problems. I play poker, slots and I bet through a very good agent 103.109.101.65/MewahBet/JudiOnline/vip-club-mewahbet where I am VIP user, so I am always calm about my money.
