After my account got limited, I've started my account verification process to withdraw my money. I have provided everything they've asked. After skype video talk all they are telling me is: "We apologize for late response as we are still on coordination with our senior compliance team. We will inform you as soon as we got feedback from them. " No additional information is given. Why does Asianodds88 need so many documents and why it takes so long?

Limits are pinnacle are control by pinnbet. If we can control limits, we will set it no limit.

As for more detailed kyc, this is normal procedure. Kyc process is not long if you are to compare it with european bookies.
