What happens if home / away teams are switched by bookmaker?

I noticed that sometimes for an upcoming game (especially in smaller leagues in small countries) the bookmaker has the home / away team switched.

So for example if there is a game on saturday Team A - Team B, then you might find at the bookmaker site:

    Team B - Team A: 2.9 / 3.4 / 2.6 (home / draw / away odds).

At another bookmaker you might find
    Team A - Team B: 2.85 / 3.4 / 2.7 (home / draw / away odds)

I wanted to ask, what happens after the game, especially if you bet on Team B on the first bookmaker and Team B won. Will the bookmaker still pay?

Same thing might happen on betfair, what happens if the teams are accidentally switched there?

Usually they notice this before the game start and they will void your bet.
If not they will claim back your winnings in 99,99% of the cases. If not you are lucky but they might notice when you try and withdraw your money, in which case they will claim back your winnings anyhow. There is no market for this kinda thing, the bookmakers have really good (for them) T&C which you agreed to when signing up.
