I used to copy/paste results from soccerway.com or footballresults.org because there the results of a whole season were available on one page. I wrote myself a little spreadsheet that would extract the team names and the scores into different cells in a row and it suited me just fine.
but now I haven't done it in this way lately as I changed to football-data.co.uk so I dont know how it is now. I think both of those sites changed the format in which the results are displayed so I could be a bit more difficult to copy/paste them.

I have been using football data myself, but I have problems to copy the matches into excel. It seems like all info ends up in only one cell.
Do you know how to change that?
hehe, it will be difficult to explain, as I have different language version and wasn't using eng version since two years. But let's try
1) Data from the main menu
2) something like "text to columns" (you have to mark what you want to edit)
3) hmm then you tick "constant width" (at least that's how it called in my version)
4) you have to mark wit hthe arrows when you want to divide the colums
Hope it helps in 1%

You seem to be talking about csv files with data seperated with comas. I would advocate what George did but instead of the 3) point would choose "with separators" and mark "comas" in the next step. Then you don't have to mark each column you want to seperate.

I created a spreadsheet that uses results from betexplorer.com.
All of the results are in one single page, and it provides me with average number of goals scored home and away for each team and all the leagues. It also gives me an overvview of the results for any given league for any given team. All I have to do is to paste the results.
However, the results from betexplorer.com are not suitable for teamform.
I would be willing to trade my spreadsheet if someone could send me his with a frame in excell in which I could paste the results of the league, and it would automatically give me all the results for every single team in the league classified by date, so that I could manage teamform.
I hope this was clear enogh.
Maycj, I guess your excell file is similar to mine. Maybe you have some usefull suggestions for me?
