To know the opinion of the public

Hello everybody,

i would like to know if it''s possible to know definitively the opinion of the public for soccer and basketball matchs ?

exemple :
Roma-Inter
Asian handicap : 0
odds : 1.80 - 2.10

but the odds go up and down....
how be sure that inter will be the underdog until the start of the match ?

any calculation or website please ?

People through ages learn how to predict market fluctuations. It is very complex process and you never be sure of a single event ("IF INter will be Underdog")

There is no website or calculation. Observe trends at Tip-ex or similiar software and gain experience to learn it.
