I don't know if it's a specialistic terminology but i call it as you said.

2.40 is overpriced offer or 'valuebet' (because has 'value' - is better than estimated)

below 2 is underpriced offer

And 2.00 I call 'fair odd'

I'd like to know a few English betting terms.

What do you call odds higher than estimated odds? Example: The odds for home team winning is 2,00, but you can get odds 2,40 elsewhere. What kind of an odds is that 2,40? (over price odds, value bet, or what???)

What do you call the odds 2,00 in our example above? (marginal odds or what???)

What if the odds is smaller than 2,00? what would that be called??
