to be honest, the turkish team hasn't been playing good lately,
Belgium Turkey 3-3
Turkey Czechia 2 - 2
Azerbaijan Turkey 1 - 1
Turkey Ghana 1 - 1
Turkey Estonia 1 - 1
Saoudi Arabie Turkey 0-1
All draws, with only one goal difference against Saoudi Arabie, its a shame, they have such a great team.
I think this game will end in a X, but that's always risky ofcourse..

But more realistic for me is the draw.

Indeed - and no one's even mentioned any odds yet
Odds from Bet365
Angola vs Turkey 3.75 3.25 1.80
Thinking that Turkey will have an easy walkover match seems silly to me - after all, Angola are the ones preparing for the WC, not Turkey. 8)
Turkey's latest friendly games (as far as I know all have been played in Germany, but I could be wrong, so please correct me if I am )
2006-05-24 BELGIUM vs TURKEY 3-3
2006-05-26 TURKEY vs GHANA 1-1
2006-05-28 TURKEY vs ESTONIA 1-1
2006-05-31 SAUDI ARABIA vs TURKEY 0-1
Not exactly an impressive track record. Angola on the other hand only played one preparation match for the WC, against Argentina, and they lost that 2-0.
I'm 75% sure I won't be betting on this match, but if I do end up betting, it would be on a draw. I'd wait for lineups before putting any money on it though.
Expected lineups would be appreciated too.

It is obviously that turkey plays without motivation
Maybe good bet on this game is Angola to win - with small stakes
Odds 3.80 in expect

hey..bud1982..you had better stop talking of us Turks as "turkeys"...this is not a place for stupid jokes..(or "the most stupid joke of the world "should i say?)...i may write a pm to admins..havent they recognize you..?..be careful..
This is an advice and sports discussing forum
Well our team did not play bad in these last games..but the handicap is that we conceed goals too easily as the defence of the team (as the whole team) is being re-constructed by Fatih Terim..he searched for a left back in these matches and finally has found one.(we were leading against belgium 2-0 but bad mistkes come from defence and 2-2).and our offence is so good and they can score at any time..all of the strikers are of a good quality..but yet the team is so young and some players play together for the first time..and also there are so many new names in squad..but it would be benefitable here that i can say some key players really play very good as they play for the national team for so many years..So i don't think Angola can beat our national team..I have not watched both Angola and Ghana but i can say that Ghana found the goal against us, by chance ..so the odd 1.8 is so cool..and that odd is the nominee for the best bet of the day for me.. ..and half time draw and second half Turkiye can be a good bet..
I would be glad if i could be of a little help to you friends..see you all..

After these draws Turkey won against Saudi Arabia and I think this was the match witch brong confidence at the team. So I think that Turkey will win at this match.
Nenraith you say that our team make silly mistakes at defence but if you watch the last match i sure you saw that the defence was very good (Can Arat - Gokhan Zan). I cant find the starting 11 yet but I'm sure that Fatih Terim will entrust to Can and Gokhan again.

Thanks for the lineups popo.
With those, I'm not sure what to make of this game, though. Turkey certainly have the most impressive side player-by-player - Nihat, Sanli and of course Altintop are great players, but I'm not really familiar enough with the Angolan side to say if they're able to match them.
It's good to hear that Terim seems to have found his defensive line-up now though - I didn't see the game against Saudi Arabia, but in the previous matches, especially against Belgium, I was disappointed by the defensive organization, which seemed to have dropped quite a bit since the WC Qualification matches where Turkey only conceeded 9 goals in the 12 matches of the group stage. They still seem to have some trouble scoring though, so the draw attracts me more than a clear win by any side, though a x2 double chance might be ok, but odds 1,30 don't really interest me much.
All in all, I think this will be a no-bet for me.

draw again
hi everybody from Turkey..I want to picks about turkey-angola match.
turkey national team play like at home but turkey dont play full performance in trainning matches nearly all of them is draw.also Fatih terim looking and testing young and new players at trainnig matches. a friend who isi from israel gave nearly correct line up.but probably fatih terim changed lots of player at the match.turkey draw 5 match except saudi arabia.we needed a winning saudi arabia match cux newspapers and media didnt like national team,we have taken a winnig than we can continue to draw ..we know that Turkey national team is very strong and squad is great I think but Turkey get win only if a match very important they turn like warriors otherwise they dont care traning matches.Turkey forward is very strong and probably make score but defence is really bad.we eleminated by swiszerland unlucky thanks to stupid defence players.angola will be at WC so they will play seriously..angola-Turkey 1-1 is the score

Hy guys first i want to congrat the turk members on their win against Saudi Arabiq because it was very crucial.Second I want to say that Turkey had something like a curse on during last matches except the last match because they played better in almost every match but they coulndn't win(that helped me win lost of money on DRAW picks :twisted .With the quality of their offensive players and don't think that the Turks will have many problems missing Gökhan Ünal .Angola is prepearing for the WC but I don't see them doing much good against the Turkish National Team.Till now everything is fine i just hate the odds that r like 1.55 that some on showed so im suggesting playing TURKEY to win in medim bets around 4/10 in 1.85(sportingbet) and continue betting in live betting after we see how the turks play so i want ask will some tv program show the match?!

HI DUDES,
I'D LIKE TO DRAW YOUR ATTENTION THAT THE TURKISH TEAM IS SHAPING UP THEIR SQUAD FOR EURO2008 FINALS...INDIVLDUALLY ALL PLAYERS HAS THEIR OWS SKILLS BUT AS TEAM WORK ALWAYS FACING PROBLEMS ESPECIALLY SUCH FRIENDLY MATCHES WHERE THE MOTIVATION IS EXTREEMLY LOW.
THE POINT HERE MOSTLY NEW FACES IN THE SQUAD AND YOUNG PLAYERS WHO ARE WILLING TO PROOVE THEIR ABILITIES FOR THEIR FUTURE.
RE TODAY'S MATCH I THINK THAT THE MATCH WILL THE BATTLE OF THE ABILITIES AND TEAM WORKERS.I SUPPOSE ANGOLA WILL BE MORE AGGRESIVE AND FIT AGAINST TURKISH TEAM WHICH ALWAYS CAUSES
EASY MISTAKES FOR TURKISH PLAYERS
IF ANGOLA VALUES THE MISTAKES THEN WHO KNOWS A SUPRISE MAY ARISE OWISE I SEE A CLEAR DRAW HERE
Please turn off caps lock, seems like you are shout on us here / Hill

this game will be like Saudi game... can end with a draw or 3,4-0 for Turkey... Angola's athletic players can cause problem (not that they play good but they can unmake Turkish players' game style) maybe this is what they gonna do in WC. Turkey has got a huge offencive power but this midfield is not enough to feed forward line its the reason of all draws in recent friendly games. Hüseyin looses alot of balls, cant carry the ball, Murat is too young and unexperienced like Can (he is doing ok)
If you add the concentration and ambition problem of most players you can see why the results were bad for Turkey. I guess Terim already knew what's gonna happen so he chose very weak rivals for friendlies.
value lies on draw here and on Under 3 goals but if i bet on this game it will be definetly live betting.

Guys, i will only add something, ment for those who didn't watch the match Argentina-Angola !
I know that Argentina has a powerful team, but i just can't imagine how a team as Angola, WC participant, can't be able to create anything.
I saw nothing from Angola, one big ZERO.
Midfielders didn't exsist at all, attackers didn't get a single ball and were very slow, and defenders were just average.
2:0 defeat may say that Angola isn't that bad, but only if Argentinians wanted to create more and score more, the result would have been 7:0.
There is one player in Angolan squad ( the only white guy, i can't remember his name), and he was their main weapon. He holds the ball most of the time, takes FK'S and corners ... he does everything, but he couldn't do that properly against Argentina.
Turkish players played 3 matches in a row, and they might be exausted. That's the only reason why i won't bet here. But if Turkey takes this match seriously, and if they still have strenght ( for 60 minutes at least), i'm sure they'll beat the Angola i saw against ARG, anytime, anywhere !

latest decision ( lethe-exper_Turkey)
we think this match a lot..in our opinion we win this match cause we looked what did angola do and we saw nothing and samuel etoo said that "angola qualified from group thanks to 50 degree hot and very bad stadium like potato field..."we expected a draw cuz odds better than turkey's winning but we believe that turkey can wiin by 8 player against to angola and we have tuncay,nihat,nuri,alt***305;ntop brothers and ect..angola cant make goal and we bet that angola can any score to Turkey.. we bet with little money for Turkey draw but if someone bet with big money you can full trust turkey.. our local offers is 1.55.. bet and win
