I think we might see a litlle surprise here(8.05 HW!!! wow!), Bayern is a team that likes to mess things when it's huge favourite....I rate Maccabi at the same level, if not higher than Mainz who teached a football lesson to this overrated Bayern ......I saw the israelian team against Salzburg and they were very good, fast attacks, good posesion and agressive playing....These guys will give their best in front of a fanatic crowd and Bayern is without Klose and Toni(!!).....The odds are too low in my opinion for AW, the best option that i see is over 2.5, or both teams to score.....

Well,
i'd like to spend a few words on this match. I see odds for Bayern are dropping everywhere. Of ocurse Bayern has a far superior team but ... please 1.40 to win? Naaaaa.
I'm absolutely on a 1X here, value.
I watched both teams this year. Bayern still needs some time, they had some luck against Borussia who could lead 2-0 and where controlling the game. Without that 1-1 from Gomez i don't believe Bayern could have won so easily. Moreover i see them always playing not that good (Werder, Mainz, etc ... crappy matches) and they really are Ribery&Robben-dependent. Without those 2 they are not a top-team. But of course they are supposed to play. The defence and the keeper are not good enough for a team who wants to be competitive in CHL.
Maccabi has some good players in there and at home they play quite a nice football, with support from their fans, could give some surprises and definitely can score a score to current Bayern's shaky defence. I really don't see current not in form Bayern so favourite ... of course they have experience, quality from some players, but not at this odds.
I'm still thinking about Over(2.5) or 1x here ... but definitely i won't never play Bayern at this ridiculous odds.

Central defender of Maccabi Dekel Keinan (8/0) comes back in the starting line up today, after 1 round of suspension.
While unavailable are young 18 y and Tiago Dutra John Jairo Culma (9/0) who's suspended for this match. Eial Strahman (new arrival from River Plate) is also available for this match, most probably will start from the bench.
In Bayern Mark van Bommel,Luca Toni,Martín Demichelis,Andreas Görlitz and Miroslav Klose are all still unavailable.
Van Gaal has doubts, regarding who to put on the defensive left part Edson Braafheid or Danijel Pranji***263;,Hamit Alt***305;ntop and Thomas Müller are fighting for the starting t-shirt on the right side of middfield while Franck Ribéry abd Ivica Oli***263; for the offensive left part.
Probable:
Maccabi Haifa Football Club: 1 Nir Davidovitch - 27 Eyal Meshumar, 21 Dekel Keinan, 5 Jorge Teixeira, 17 Peter Tsepo Masilela - 16 Mohammad Ghadir, 7 Gustavo Boccoli, 23 Biram Kayal, 15 Eyal Golasa - 20 Yaniv Katan (cap.), 9 Vladimir Dvalishvili (19 Shlomi Arbeitman)
FC Bayern München: 22 Hans-Jörg Butt - 21 Philipp Lahm (cap.), 5 Daniel Van Buyten, 28 Holger Badstuber, 4 Edson Braafheid (23 Danijel Pranji***263;) - 44 Anatoliy Tymoschuk - 8 Hamit Alt***305;ntop (25 Thomas Müller), 31 Bastian Schweinsteiger - 10 Arjen Robben, 7 Franck Ribéry (11 Ivica Oli***263;) - 33 Mario Gómez

Maccabi Haifa is VERY overrated.. Come on, Meshumar can stop Robben? Teixeira can stop Gomez? NO WAY
Quality is for sure on Bayern's side.. And don't forget that the game will be play at Ramat Gan and not at Kiryat Eliezer

Bayern has tradition of screwing up bettors when they are strong favorites.the line on the German team despite the missing players is fair since there are still huge quality differences between a team with 280 million euro annual budget vs a team with 8 million annual euro budget.Haifa will not be playing at their home field but at the National stadium which will be packed, all tickets sold out already by last week, the Israeli coach ,a joke for itself declared will do best they can to end with some points out of this match.the strong part of the Israeli team is the offensive part while same can be said about the German side, therefore in light of 2 weak defenses the 1st bet in reasonable line seems to be over, however the Israeli coach asked his players to try and slow the game down so they not fall of their legs before its over(LOL),a point to all is the weak dfense of Haifa, see how withion 15 minutes they were trailing 0-3 vs the Karachi team at home and even in local league where they lead the table for now they had easy 3 games vs 3 of the weakest teams which qualified this season from 2nd division and each of those managed to score against Haifa as well, therefore seems to me only question is how many goals the Germans score, the weather might be little hard on the Germans but still not good enough to slow them down.
I have Bayern in parlay to increase return for today and OVER is another good choice for this game.Perhaps the Israeli team manage to score one ,German i expect to score at least two if not more vs the Israeli defense and the crappy GK they have.

Maccabi Haifa - Bayern Munchen
Bayern finally find their game. They are very strong in attack and they always score a lot. That will continue in next Bayern matches...
And at this moment they can beat anyone.
Louis van Gaal like attacking 4-3-3 formation, and after Ribery is back, that finally bring results.
Because Bayern defense sucks, their philosophy is to score more than the opponent.
Bayern always score, but they concede at least one goal in almost every match, especially away from home, and Maccabi is one good attacking-minded team who can bring a lot of troubles at Bayern funny defense.
Bayern to win, but Maccabi to score, easy bet on goals...
Over 3.5 (5/10)
cs: 2:4 (bet for fun)
Good luck

Even though Bayern had a bad start of the season difference in quality is still enormous. Maccabi took advantage of Platini's new system and lucky draw, they dont have what it takes to compete with best European clubs. Bayern finally got their game together against Dortmund and Wolfsburg with Robben and Ribery recovered. Today's missings arent that important, with Klose and Toni out there are still Gomez and Olic available and both of them are very dangerous. Van Bommel will be missed most, but it would take like 10 injuries for Bayern to make this an even game.
my picks
Bayern @ 1.50
Bayern -1 EH @ 2.15

I understand u guys 1.40 for bayern away at israel...but being honest, the league difference is more than twice.. and the worst thing for israelian team is that bayern is UPTREND and the worse thing is other 2 teams r quite dangerous !!! they need this 3 pts..

Really? I don't believe so honestly watching their last 4 games ... of course there is huge difference between the 2 sides, but Bayer has a terrible defence as for now.

I only Think off Ribery, Robben, Gomez and Olic. Guys This is a Clear 5-0 win for Bayern. Maccabi without Experience players. with the fact they dont play at homeground and bayern will take advandge of this. If Loui lose this game..It will sure be the end of his carriere. Baknker To me ..!!

Fair score would be 0-1 or 1-2
0-3 does not reflect the game, but congratulations to those who won their bets
I had Macabi Haifa +1.25 @ 1.90 and could easily made a sure bet at min 75 at 0-1.
Bayern was defitively happy with the 0-1, Van Haal put a defensive MF for Robben, so i decided to keep my position. Haifa simply had a mental problem in the last 10 mins, stopped playing completely. Shame on them
