Alert! 12bet.com grabbed my 3744 $ !
Hello.
3 weeks ago I registered and deposited 1500 $ in 12Bet.com and I received their 20% bonus, it was 300 $. The rollover what I must be done was 18000 and I did it painfully because its x10 time rollover while he have a limit 750 $ on football bets. So, after I done rollover, my account balance was 5244 $ and I requested a withdraw 5000 $. Next I received an email with request ID photo and I sent them my scans of ID. After one day I received email about investigation about shared IP and finally I received email with their decision about deducted from my account all my winnings and bonus and I had only 1500 $, so they grabbed my 3744 $. And whats the point. I was very confused and I was tryied explain all that situation. In my country be the biggest and monopoly communication company, his name is Telekomunikacja Polska and he is biggest internet operator of Neostrada internet. That internet have variable IP and somethimes someone have similar IP even if someone lives further 500 km. And that internet use few milions peoples in my country. I explained they its not my fault and why I must have that big cost like 3744 $. I sent him my paper bank statement also. And so? All the time they talk about his terms and conditions and their decision is finally. This is crazy, its not shared IP, its not my fault, and he dont want understand that and I lost 3744 $, that rules its their key to grab money. And next why they deducted from my account all my winnings during I played by my deposit 1500 $? I want to warn you, because maybe next time when you will be want withdraw big money, they found rules to grab your money. For me it was biggest scam behaviour in my bookmaker career. Regards, be careful with 12bet.

i think it is possible that you have 2 accounts under 2 names...and 1 acount bet home the other bet away...this way...u lose small on spread but u can get the turnover fast. This happen on many matches and the ip is same and at the same time.

Asianconnect you are from 12bet.com? I asking 12bet.com about any proof but they dont tell me anything and I told him to check my bets (it was many bets) but all the time they talks about his terms and conditons and they dont show me any proof of my nonsens "shared IP" Its the same situation like provider AOL in United States where IP is similar to many users.

i don't think asian culture is give player bonus and pursue his IP, usually asian bookies never heard they give bonus in asian markets, it is european bookies invention and maybe some european employee copied bonus 'idea' into asian bookies and tries to make career licking magament's b...s for 1 euro per hour and they only accept this not knowing about situation

Why would anybody open a second account here , if there are many similar asian bookies, with almost the same design, offers, and odds?

That is too bad bro..
If you really are not aware that there is someone using the same IP address that you have then 12BET should really consider your case..
but I think 12BET is pretty much a good company.. Although for them to take your funds like that it is a different story..
I would suggest that you try to communicate with them once again to straighten up the issue..
Goodluck..

The problem was not about dynamic IP.
It was the fact that you requested a huge withdrawal (90%) of your balance, the moment you completed your turnover, and got the bonus.
Even if you were using static IP, the same thing would happen to you.
Your situation:
(a) started with 1500
(b) got 300 bonus
(c) ended up with 5244 after a while
This is why you got flagged. And pawned.
You are right, you are correct. You followed the rules to the letter.
But sadly, they have your money.
And they have the God rule- we can do anything we want.

But he has right to do them huge bad reputatuion everywhere and I fully understand him
Besides if bookie does not like how he dealt with bonus why did not they confiscte bonus earlier?
The balance 5244 or 3744 was his WON IN GAME money - everything more than bonus amount is clear theft

is 12bet licensed? you can report to their licensing body? may not help you getting your money back but hopefully it can at least stop them doing this again in the future?
i know in the UK there are companies like IBAS which help as a mediator or similar...i'm not an expert on this but check the site out:

Normally, I would say something extremely sarcastic regarding this ignorant comment.
But not this time.
You were not here in the last board, during the Nachoman fiasco.
Briefly, Nachoman was conned close to half a million by another Philipines betting site. (yes, the amount is correct)
During the last update, he was telling us of his quest to sue the whole philipines govt. or something like that.
Since it's not in CNN, I assume he's still unsuccessful.

i have heard and experienced many problems with asian bookmakers, especially those in Southeast Asia - they really dont have any regulations and dont care about bad reputations, its quite common for them to steal. remember that many of them are affiliated with organised crime in some way or another ... its always safer to bet with the bigger european bookmakers, although of course every bookie is out to fcuk with us so nobody is ever totally safe.
good luck with everything, i hope it works out

Sad to read stories like these really. I should thank you though cause i was considering "entering" on asian bookie and 12bet had my preference. Not anymore, not until this "mystery" is solved. Good Luck!
