Lay 0-0 - Benfikista's goal !

As you all know this "strategy" is to lay the 0-0, or the no goals result.
I will use betfair for my goal, and will take the odds as is, so if by any means you have any doubts, please ask.

I won't say I am going to win much credibility by posting this thread, but still, I have seen it done for a few times, so I'll try it myself.

I'll start off with a Bank of 100 units, and my goal is to double my money, and then restart the attempt until I reach 300 units (final goal). So I will "divide" my race to 300 units in two.

Please feel free to ask any questions, criticize, compliment, or whatever... But plz don't be disrespectfull...

Final word for Baal's attempt... I'll try and show you had a point

Liability : 98.80 units
Possible Winnings : 7.24 units

One simple question that I have. How can you be sure that someone will match your bet?
Your strategy is based on the assumption that someone will match all the money that you are offering....Which is not a very good assumption...

No Darkside, in order for me to be sure, I lay the event on odds of betfair, which means, I simply sell my bet, cause I only accomodate someone's odds. If visit betfair.com, you'll see what is the price requested for Ireland v China score 0-0 is 43 euros @ 14.00.

It's only an advice, not a tip.

Because odds over 10's give high liabities, and there are several matches lower than those odds, why not try to pick one of those matches?

Why bet for a lay of 0-0 between Benfica- Casa Pia, let say @20's?

No value, although odds around 10 should give a 1,1 of backing bet (which is also poor value).

Well Nuno... In my humble opinion, that is the exact problem of this system... the wrong choice of games just based on odds.

I think it is much more valuable to lay a 0-0 on a Benfica v Casa Pia @ 20.00 than a France v Switzerland @ 10.00... get my point ?

Two first ones were won, but still long way to go. This time I am taking a much riskier lay on 0-0, very risky indeed :

I kinda kept "betting" since my virtual banks always went broke 8). But here's another to tip to get more out of your strategy.
Did you ever consider laying 0-0 on the supposed "over 2.5" matches? I think those are also relative "safe" matches, because the ppl will think that it's a game where will be a lot of goals.

Hi deadmaster... what can I say ? IMHO, the under/over has 2 equally important factors : statistic and luck, so ... Let me give you an example :
Last wednesday, Chelsea v Arsenal (did u see how many of us where tipping the over 2.5 goals ?), it ended 0-0 !

So I guess you could follow that "strategy", altough I don't think it is best one, because not only (IMO) the risk is the same in a (suposed) under match, but also the odds are much higher which means much more liabilty !

End of story for my adventure... I only managed to achieve half of initial bank which not only is insuficent, but is also very poor judging by me.
