At first glimpse we can see good chances for home win at Strasbourg, as Tours are terrible away (only managed to steal points from teams in bad shape and incapable of scoring like Ajaccio or Brest), while Strasbourg has very good home game stats. Possible scores 1-0, 2-0 as i really believe that Tours will not score.
The derby Caen-Le Havre can go only one way in my opinion, as the hosts have a history of good home matches again Le Havre and also both teams are in good shape; the home advantage will settle this dispute.
Ajjacio-Creteil smells like under from half round Europe. Shy offensive football from both teams, neither being able to reach the 1 goal/match ratio. History of meetings also states clearly the outcome of this match: boring and low-scored.
Reims-Niort looks like a HW, but i can't oversee the fact that poor Niort manages to lose only 1 match in the last 5 ( snatched draws away at Bordeaux and Auxerre in the French Cup, lost closely at Strasbourg 1-0 and also drew with Istres and Guegnon. As Reims are not playing high quality football thgese days, i'd advise ppl to stay away until Niort re-enters a losing streak

Reims was my first idea too- but they
1. plays draw too often (3x at the last 6 homes)
2. Niort with a new Manager, Frank Hadzibegic (former Troyes trainer, the last years committed in Turkey)
3. Niort are ostensible a great deal better than tabs and stats. A lot of french don´t understand current crisis aof Niort. In my opinion are odds of ~1,7 too poor...

Istres -vs- Chateauroux
chateauroux won last 3 matches. now they are fifth of the table , 4 pts different from the third lehavre . their hope for promotion still possible . the strong point for chateauroux is away game , their away record is 5-1-5.
istres still in relegation zone. equal points with guingamp , but worst goal diff. their goal different is the worst in league (-18). and also the worst attack only gf 16. last game they had only 9 men for half an hour but draw at niort 0-0.
istres w/o doumbia & gallon.
chateauroux w/o kebe.
more info and other matches info here : http://forum.french-football.com/viewforum.php?id=45
important for each , one for survival , one for promotion.
but istres have bad attack , last 5 matches only get 1 goal . best for istres is draw. but if they will be the winner , chateaurou is better.
back the away side at level ball ah @.83
good luck

My pick:
Caen - Le Havre X 3.00
Strasbourg - Tours FC : No Bet
Strasbourg expect that Le Havre will lost points with Caen, and they must win with Tours. They will play under pression and they could overrride Tours.

This smells on draw. Both parties will be happy with points.
Gueugnon 4-3-3
Guingamp 2-5-3
I you don't want bet on X this game is 100% chances for under........
but my bet is on draw and my local give 2.90 and this is too good to miss.....

My 2 bets ( i haven't the time ).
Caen Vs Le havre : Caen should win this little derby who could be so nice !
2 good teams but really, Caen is better with more good players than Le Havre...
Le Havre has youngs players good but at Caen, its " mission nopossible"( i say it personnally).
I watched game before Le Havre and Guingamp :
They have been 100 % lucky, 2 cross bar for guingamp, 3 big saved...
This can't continue how this and i am almost sure that Caen will win !
Ajaccio Creteil :
Poor Ajaccio this year, they play bad but vs Creteil, 3pts stay possible...
Match open but normally, ACA should win vs a poor team like Creteil at away...
The experience may speak in this match

Match: Bastia v Metz
Date: 12/2/07
Time: 20:30 cet
Recommended bet: Bastia (0) AH @ 1.99 Bet1128 4/10
After a bad period of results, Bastia finally got back to winning ways last weekend when they obtained a shock 2-0 against promotion chasing Caen. This was a superb performance from the Corsicans and now they face top of the table Metz who have lost just 1 match all season. There’s no doubt that Bastia will be after more blood and love to get one over Les Grenets.
Traditionally at home they are a strong team but went through a nightmare period of 3 months without a victory at Le Stade Furiani. But now they have won their last 2 here and confidence is high. Midtable looks to be the bets they can finish this season, but 3 points would move them up to 34 in the table and still with an outside promotion chance. A few players such as Ghisolfi are injured, but in general, the squad is in good condition.
Metz are unbeaten in 19 ligue 2 matches but have won just a couple of their last 7. Suddenly the chasing teams such as Le Havre and Strasbourg are closing in on Les Grenets and they need to get back to winning ways soon. This Monday they face a really tough match away in Bastia who are on a high after beating Caen 2-0. Metz just haven’t been playing as they are capable of recently, the latest setback being a 0-0 home draw against struggling Brest. The loss of Ludovic Obraniak to Lille was a severe blow and they lack creativity in the midfield as a result.
At least they welcome back key striker, Babacar Gueye from suspension and he will add a different dimension to their attack force. Metz have to be very careful here on Corsica and might need a very good defensive performance to get any points. If they don’t play well, then Bastia are the sort of club who could easily punish them. They might be 19 unbeaten, but that run will come to an end soon if they don’t raise their level a bit.
Bastia Injured: Nee (C, att). Barthelmy (B, mid)
Bastia suspended: Dolci (C, def/mid)
Metz Injured: Unconfirmed
Metz suspended: None
