Atletico de Madrid has a player suspended for the match, the team captain Gabi.

It is a very important low as it is a key player, I think I replaced Tiago, and play Mario Suarez and Tiago in the middle.

Cheers mate. I must have missed his booking in the quarters...

Not that his absence will make much of a difference. I've already seen the vision: Costa does the damage

what will chelsea do without petr cech, john obi mikel, john terry and frank lampard i really wonder. and i doubt whether jose mourinho will park the bus again or not. i dont think so this time. it would be quite difficult with these absent players.

Jose will be mindful of Atletico's dangerous counter attacking style and he does need to go all out like with Paris St Germain, to overcome a deficit.
Chelsea can manage a win, but of course it's wide open. Cech is a great loss.

Why should Chelsea go all out? First game was 0-0. It will be another cautious , tactical game, as one goal can decide the outcome.

Eden Hazard, runner-up to Luiz Suarez in the vote for PFA Player of the Year and who won the Young Player award, said: "I'm fine for Wednesday, I can play.
              @DailyMirror

That will be a huge plus for Chelsea if he will really play on Wednesday...

I believe Chelsea will play on the counter again. Got to go with Chelsea win here. If they can stop 2 of the best attacking teams in Europe, why can't they stop Atletico Madrid?

And you think Atletico will attack?

If chelsea gets knocked out mourinho will look like a joker. Playing the same style of football only more negative and having a budget 4 times that of Atletico

Will be a match where noone want to have the Ball or attack

A goal for Atletico will be double reward since Chelsea has no away goal. Even if Atletico concede 1st, all they need is 1 goal. For Chelsea to concede a goal, they will need 2 goals so they will surely be the more cautious side even though they are at home.

Hard to predict what will be the outcome, but this will be a hell of a fight. I expect a lot of dirt, Rizzoli isn't shy to put cards out, 4/10 on red card @ 3.3 Unibet. As well trying 3/10 on Juanfran to receive a yellow @ 4.2, he will be up against Hazard and received 4 yellows already this season,

I believe they will park a bus. again 0-0, and then penalties. If they attack and open, Chelsea will suffer a lot.

The game will open immediately if Atletico will score. otherwise, I expect 0-0 again.

Your logic can apply to both sides.

Atletico will not attack. They are a counter team. I dont expect chelsea to attack either. Will be boring

Same can be said about Atletico. If they can stop Barcelona and Real Madrid, why not Chelsea? Outcome is hard to tell here...

I really don't get the odds here

odds for qualification are 50-50 at the moment while odds for the outcome of this game are different.. How is that possible since the first leg ended 0-0? is there any chance Chelsea to win and Atletico will qualify?

If we go with qualification odds this is a typical 1-1 CS
