...a must see movie (movie+TV shows discussion)

I always wanted to know how many great movies I actually saw....

It would be nice if you could write down a name of a movie that you consider to be the best one you ever saw and the one you would recommend to us all....

I'll start with the one that will surely be in everyones favourite list....

    Pulp Fiction (1994)

    Directed By: Quentin Tarantino
    Screenplay: Quentin Tarantino, Roger Avary
Cast: Tim Roth, Samuel L. Jackson, John Travolta, Uma Thurman

...A spectacular mix of explosive action and wickedly funny humor
    another day in paradise...

Good movie of course but not even 1/4 of Usual Suspects.

I think Pulp Fiction is a bit overrated but this is my all time favourite:

            No more betting for me.

Well, there's a lot of good movies well known to wide audience, but I would like to recomend one maybe not so known around the world:

Great master piece from Macedonia and director Milcho Manchevski:
"Before the Rain" from 1994, took Golden Lion in Venice and was nominated for Oscar. Great director, great screenplay, great actors, great photography, great music... Having all what movie art is all about. To enjoy it in full (photograhy, music...), should be watched in cinema, or at some good home theatre system.

              Choose wisely

If you're looking for pure art, this is it !

Briliant screenplay and maybe the lifetime performance by Rade Serbedzija !

                          Nice topic

                          My personal ranking would be:

                          1] Pulp Fiction
                          2] Beautifull mind
                          3] Matrix trilogy
4] Lord of the rings trilogy
                          5] Gladiator
                          6] Saving private Smith
7] The good, the bad and the ugly
                          8] Black hawk down
9] James Bond - all of them!
10] South Park - Bigger, Longer, Uncut
11] Crush - but this new one, not that made by Cronnenbergh
                          12] Le Dobermann
                          13] Terminator, but only 1&2
                          14] Sin City
                          15] Rambo trilogy
                          16] Enter The Dragon
17] Naked gun trilogy - old but still kicks ass!

I'm sure I forgot to mention half of movies, which supoused to be here, but the most important ones are here.

                              2.Star Wars(all of them)
                              3.American Beauty(i love this one)
4.Trainspotting(i just remembered this one and if i had 3 min ago it would be first place, wonderful masterpiece)
5.Raining man - the first movie that touched me deeply, just beautiful

of course all the Matrixes and Pulp fiction are on my list, i'm just mentioning some of the best ones you didn't yet.
