Wednesday 21.02.2017 Odd - Jerv:

This friendly game will be played at Odds home stadium, Skagerak Arena.

Game start: 14:00 CET.

Odd (12-6-12) ended in a disappointing 6th place in Eliteserien 2017, much due to the departures of Fredrik Oldrup Jensen (Mid - Zulte Waregem) and Rafik Zeknini (Mid/Att - Fiorentina) in the summer.
Odd are 3 weeks from the start of the Norwegian Eliteserien.
In front of the 2018 season, Odd have lost even more first team players:
Oliver Berg (Mid 25/1 - Dalkurd), Etzaz Hussain (Mid 11/3 - Molde, loan deal expired) and Olivier Occean (Att 24/2 - Out of contract).
Former Odd starlet Torgeir Børven (Att) has been signed from Brann. Tobias Lauritsen (Att) has been signed from local side Pors.
Odd are 3-2-0 during their pre-season, and they won 4-0 at home against Stabæk last week.

------------------------------------------------------------------

Jerv (8-8-14) have been close to promotion a couple of seasons, but they disappointed a lot and ended at 13th position in OBOS-Ligaen 2017.
5 straight defeats in the end of last season.

Sandefjords reserve goalie Øystein Øvretveit (Kee 1/0), and 2.Div side Brynes key attacker Aram Khalili (Att) have been signed.

Stian Christensen (Kee 2/0 - Out of contract), Nils Petter Andersen (Def 22/2 - Fløy), Christopher McConnagher (Mid 17/1 - Retired), Erixon Danso (Mid 25/2 - Sandnes Ulf), Idelino Gomez (Att 11/2 - Boavista, loan deal expired), Jakob Toft (Att 14/4 - Out of contract) and David Akintola (Att 11/0 - Midtjylland, Loan deal expired) have all left.

Odd - Jerv ended 3-2 in a pre-season friendly last year.

Pre-Season battle between a mid-table/upper half Eliteserie side, and a mid-table OBOS-Liga side.
Odd have seen many key players left the latest year, but their first eleven still seem strong, and Torgeir Børven (Att) has just arrived from Brann.
Jerv have also seen many players left the latest season, but players like Berglann and Khalili will be hard to stop for the weaker teams in OBOS-Ligaen this season.
I doubt Jerv will cause much trouble for the in-form Odd side today though, both teams reserves will face each other after this game, and both teams first team will face each other in this game.
Last years reserve striker Torbjørn Agdestein scored 4 goals against Stabæk, and will most likely be very motivated to impress once more, just 3 weeks before the start of the season.

Pick: Odd (-1.5 AH), 9/10 stakes, odds 1.75@Unibet. Good luck!

Thursday 22.02.2017 Vålerenga - Molde:

This friendly game will be played at neutral pitch, in Marbella, Spain.

Game start: 18:00 CET.

Vålerenga (11-6-13) disappointed and ended up as a mid-table side in Eliteserien 2017, and lots of changes have been made during the pre-season.
Vålerenga have lost 0-3 against Tromsø and Rubin Kazan during their Marbella training camp, the latest week.
Both centre backs, Carvalho (Def) and Tollås Nation (Def) got injured earlier during their stay at Marbella, and will not play this game. The new defenders Nouri and Adekugbe are also out.
Sam Adekugbe (Def - Vancouver), Felipe Carvalho (Def - Malmø), Amin Nouri (Def - Brann) and Sam Johnson (Att - Wuhan) have been signed.

Robert Lundstrøm (Def 28/1 - AIK), Herman Stengel (Mid 21/6 - Strømsgodset), Christian Grindheim (Mid 23/5 - Haugesund) and Mohammed Abdellaoue (Att 12/2 - Retired) have left.

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Molde (16-6-8) ended 2nd in Eliteserien 2017, but Ole Gunnar Solskjærs blue and whites have lost their star attacker Bjørn Bergmann Sigurdarson (Att 27/16 - Rostov) up front.
Former key attacker Daniel Chima Chukwu (Att) has been signed from Legia Warszawa to replace Sigurdarson, and if he reaches his former standards, the trio Brustad/Chima/Amang can surely be hard to stop up front.
Kristoffer Haugen (Def) has been signed from the relegated side Viking.
Joona Toivio (Def 12/1 - Nieciecza) has left during the pre-season.

Vålerenga - Molde ended 1-2 in 2017. (Molde - Vålerenga ended 4-0)

Pre-season friendly in Marbella, between two upper half Eliteserie sides.
Vålerengas first team squad have many changes in front of this season, and one by one their defensive new signings have struggled with injuries/knocks.
Both centre backs Carvalho and Tollås Nation are out, reserve centre back Nouri got injured during last friendly game, and young talent Markus Nakkim (Def (8/0) did just sign a season long loan deal with OBOS-Liga side Viking.
Molde lost 1-2 against Russian side Krasnodar last week, and they havent really impressed so far in their pre-season. Now that were closing in to the season premiere, we will most likely see the first choice 11 start tonight though, and then they should have the advantage here, due to Vålerengas missing centre-backs.
Tempting to go for Molde -0.5, but Molde (money back if draw) will be my call.

Pick: Molde (DNB), 9/10 stakes, odds 1.63@Unibet. Good luck!

Friday 23.02.2018 Kongsvinger - Ullensaker Kisa:

This game will be played at neutral pitch - indoors in LSK Hallen (Lillestrøms indoor training facility)

Game start 12:00 CET.

Kongsvinger (10-6-14) ended up as a mid-table side in OBOS-Ligaen 2017, and they seemed clearly reduced after they sold their midfield gem Martin Ellingsen (Mid) to Eliteserie side Molde in the summer.
Now key player Maikel Nieves (Att 25/9) has left as well, and Kongsvingers squad are very thin at the moment.
Kirill Suslov (Def 9/0) has signed for Russian side Amkar Perm.
Brazilian midfielder Marlinho (Mid/Att) has been signed from Aalesund.
Aleksey Gorodovoy (Kee 20/0), Adrian Ovlien (Def 29/1), Johan Wennberg (Mid 18/1), Fredrik Skjølstad (Mid 26/1), Pär Ericsson (Att 7/2) and star attacker Adem Guven (Att 24/10) are all expected out for this game.
Kongsvinger have played 1-7 loss against Stabæk, 0-1 loss against HamKam, 0-4 loss against Vålerenga, 4-0 victory against Nybergsund, and 0-2 loss against Mjøndalen, so far during pre-season.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Ullensaker Kisa (15-3-12) ended 6th in OBOS-Ligaen 2017, and reached the playoffs, even though they allowed more goals against, than Elverum that relegated.
Eric Kitolano (Def/Mid - Notodden) and Morten Sundli (Def - Øster) have been signed.
Kristoffer Ødemarksbakken (Mid/Att 30/12 - Lillestrøm) has left.
Solid pre-season results so far: 5-1 against Stabæk (reserves), 7-0 against KFUM Oslo, 0-0 against HamKam, and 3-0 against Raufoss.

Kongsvinger - Ullensaker Kisa ended 1-3 in 2017. (Ullensaker Kisa - Kongsvinger ended 0-3)

Meeting between two OBOS-Liga sides that are clearly better in the attacking end, than to defend.
Kongsvinger have lost 4 of 5 pre-season friendlies, and 5 regulars are expected out for this game.
Ullensaker Kisa are 3-1-0 so far during pre-season, and the Jessheim side are often involved in high scoring games.
Kongsvinger still have a capable starting lineup even though they are missing many key players, but I doubt they can match Ullensaker Kisa in front of goal today. Ullensaker Kisa (+0 AH) will be my call, money back if draw.

Pick: Ullensaker Kisa (+0 AH), 9/10 stakes, odds 1.90@Bet365. Good luck!

Saturday 24.02.2017 Arendal - Fram Larvik:

Arendal are using artificial pitch at their home stadium. Fram Larvik are using natural grass at their home stadium.

Game start 14:00 CET.

Arendal (5-6-19) will play in 2.Division Group 2 this season, as they relegated from OBOS-Ligaen 2017.
They have kept most of their squad, and they are one of many promotion candidates in 2.Division Group 2.
Grzegorz Flasza (Kee - Tromsdalen), Jens Kristian Skogmo (Def - Start), Petter Aukland (Def - Start - loan deal) and Preben Skeie (Mid - Vindbjart) have been signed.
Ylldren Ibrahimaj (Mid/Att 29/2 - Mjøndalen) and Peter Kovacs (Att 10/1 - Retired) have left.

---------------------------------------------------------------

Fram Larvik (12-6-8) ended 5th in 2.Division Group 1, 12 points behind Nest Sotra and Notodden.
Henrik Bredeli (Def) has been signed from Strømsgodset.
The blue and reds have lost some key players since last season: Alexander Betten Hansen (Def 23/0 - Mjøndalen), Erik Rosland (Att 22/10 - Bryne) and Omar Fonstad El Ghaouti (Att 26/19 - Bryne).

Arendal - Fram Larvik ended 7-3 in a pre-season friendly here one year ago.

Arendal relegated from OBOS-Ligaen 2017, but coach Mattias Andersson have kept a solid first 11 for this level, and they should fight for promotion with Bryne and Skeid in the top of 2.Division Group 2 this season.
Fram Larvik have lost some key players since last season, and I cant see them fighting in the upper half in 2018.
Its just a early pre-season game, but I rate Arendal as a better side at the moment, and they have made solid performances against Fram Larvik the latest seasons.

Pick: Arendal, 9/10 stakes, odds 2.00@Unibet. Good luck!

Interesting bet on Arendal, Mighty. Especially with the high stakes for a friendly. I will have a sniff at this game based on your advice, but do not dare to stake that high

Sunday 25.02.2018 Kristiansund - Haugesund:

This friendly game will be played at neutral pitch in Marbella, Spain.

Game start: 16:00 CET.

Kristiansund (10-10-10) impressed as they ended 7th in Eliteserien 2017, as a newly promoted side.
Only Jean Alassane Mendy (Att - Lokeren) has left.
Andreas Vaikla (Kee - Mariehamn), Bent Sørmo (Def - Levanger), Stian Aasmundsen (Mid - Jønkøpings Sødra), Brent Lepistu (Mid - Flora Tallinn) and Bendik Bye (Att - Sogndal) have been signed.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

Haugesund (11-6-13) ended 10th in Eliteserien 2017, and they had 5 straight losses at the end of the season. The white and blues were clearly reduced after Filip Kiss (Mid) and Haris Hajradinovic (Mid) left last summer.
Haugesund are 0-2-2 so far during pre-season in 2018, 1-2 loss against OBOS-Liga side Viking two weeks ago.
Joakim Våge Nilsen (Def/Mid - Odd), Torbjørn Kallevåg (Mid - Hødd), Christian Grindheim (Mid - Vålerenga) and Babajide David Akintola (Att - Midtjylland, loan deal) have been signed.

Sverre Bjørkkjær (Def 2/0 - Strømmen), Jakub Serafin (Mid 10/1 - Lech Poznan, loan period expired), Eirik Mæland (Mid 4/0 - Fredrikstad), Erik Huseklepp (Att 15/1 - Åsane), Johnny Buduson (Att 10/0 - HamKam) and Liban Abdi (Att 24/5 - Al Ittifaq) have left.

Kristiansund - Haugesund ended 3-2 in 2017 (Haugesund - Kristiansund ended 2-3)

Pre-season battle between two mid-table/lower half Eliteserie sides.
Kristiansund impressed as a newly promoted side last season, they have kept their starting lineup, and added some players capable of playing in the starting eleven, and to add extra depth in several positions.
Haugesund have lost profiles like Troost-Ekong, Kiss, Hajradinovic and Abdi the latest seasons, and they seem like a team that will have to fight against relegation this season.
Kristiansund won 3-0 against Russian side Krasnodar one week ago in Marbella, while Haugesund lost 1-2 against OBOS-Liga side Viking two weeks ago. Kristiansund won both meetings against Haugesund last year.
Kristiansund (DNB) will be my call here, money back if draw.

Pick: Kristiansund (DNB), 9/10 stakes, odds 1.70@Unibet. Good luck!

Monday 26.02.2018 Sarpsborg 08 - Skeid:

Both teams are using artificial turf at their home stadiums.

Game start: 17:45 CET.

Sarpsborg 08 (13-12-5) ended 3rd in Eliteserien 2017, and they were the runner-up in the Cup (2-3 loss against Lillestrøm in the Cup final).
Their "first eleven" won 3-2 away against Strømsgodset in a pre-season friendly yesterday.
Their latest Pre-Season friendlies: 1-0 Kalmar, 1-0 Dynamo Kiev, 1-0 Rubin Kazan, 2-3 Brann, 3-2 Strømsgodset.

Aslak Falch (Kee - Norrkøping), Bjørn Inge Utvik (Def - Sogndal), Nikola Tkalcic (Def - Norrkøping), Joonas Tamm (Def - Flora Tallinn), Orri Sigurdur Omarsson (Def - Valur), Edu (Mid - Uniao Madeira), Harmeet Singh (Mid - Kalmar), Gaute Vetti (Mid - Nest Sotra), Kristoffer Larsen (Mid/Att - Lyngby), Alexander Ruud Tveter (Att - Halmstad), Mikkel Agger (Att - Thisted) and Ronnie Schwartz Nielsen (Att - Waasland Beveren) have signed for the blue and whites.

Stefan Cupic (Kee 0/0 - Vozdovac), Henri Toivomaki (Def 4/0 - KuPS), Andreas Albech (Def 13/0 - Vendsyssel), Alexander Groven (Def 4/0 - Hønefoss), Sigurd Rosted (Def 27/4 - Gent), Tor Øyvind Hovda (Def/Mid 10/0 - Hønefoss), Nenass (Mid 1/0 - Aalesund), Nicolai Poulsen (Mid 8/0 - Randers, loan period ended), Jonas Lindberg (Att 24/1 - GAIS), Krepin Diatta (Att 22/3 - Club Brugge) and Kachi (Att 0/0 - Sandnes Ulf) have left.

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Skeid (13-5-8) ended 5th in 2.Division Group 1, but they were only 3 points from Raufoss at the playoff spot.
They have the experienced coach Tom Nordlie in charge (former Odd, Sandefjord, Start, Vålerenga, Viking, Fredrikstad, Lillestrøm, Kongsvinger), and the squad seem capable of being a promotion candidate in 2.Division Group 2.
Their latest Pre-Season friendlies: 3-3 Moss, 5-0 Alta, 0-0 Fredrikstad, 1-2 Strømmen.

Sarpsborg 08 - Skeid ended 0-0 in 2009.

Sarpsborg 08 had the best season of Sarpsborg 08s history last year, and once again the blue and whites seem like a medal contender. Interesting alternatives for most positions, but with double digit signings and departures in the first team squad, we may see them use some time to adapt to each other.
Sarpsborg 08 won 3-2 away against Strømsgodset yesterday, with pretty much their first choice eleven from start. Its likely the rest of their squad will get their chances here against 2.Div side Skeid.
Skeid are often involved in high scoring games when playing against other 2.Div sides, but 0-0 against Fredrikstad and 1-2 against Strømmen have showed signs of focus on defense for Tom Nordlies Oslo side lately.
Sarpsborg 08 still have some firepower, even though they might use their 2nd unit from start here, and Skeid will really get their defense tested again. They managed 0-0 against Fredrikstad though, and Sarpsborg 08s second unit shouldnt be that different.
Temperatures around -10 degrees C outdoors at artificial turf are not ideal, and Under 3.5 goals will be my call.

Pick: Under 3.5 goals, 9/10 stakes, odds 2.10@Paddy Power. Good luck!

Thursday 01.03.2018 Ullensaker Kisa - Sandnes Ulf:

The game will be played at neutral pitch, in Marbella, Spain.

Game start: 16:00 CET.

Pre-season results so far: 5-1 against Stabæk (reserves), 7-0 against KFUM Oslo, 0-0 against HamKam, 3-0 against Raufoss and 1-2 against Kongsvinger.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sandnes Ulf (14-9-7) have been among the promotion favorites the latest seasons of OBOS-Ligaen, but they have struggled to deliver steady performances during the entire season.
Many changes in the squad this season:

Deniss Komelciks (Kee - Brodd), Herman Kleppa (Def - Viking), Akinsola Akinyemi (Def - Fredrikstad), Daniel Edvardsen (Def - Bodø/Glimt), Ari Jonsson (Def - HB Torshavn), Erixon Danso (Mid/Att - Jerv), "Kachi" (Mid/Att - Sarpsborg 08) and Niels Vorthoren (Mid/Att - Start) have been signed.

Jonas Høidahl (Kee 0/0 - Out of contract), Egil Selvik (Kee 3/0 - Nest-Sotra - Loan deal), Mads Nielsen (Def 30/1 - Out of contract), Kenneth Sola (Def 28/1 - Retired), Jørgen Olsen (Def 8/0 - Egersund), Nicolai Geertsen (Def 29/0 - Out of contract), Viljar Vevatne (Def/Mid 30/1 - Viking), Roy Miljeteig (Mid/Att 27/1 - Egersund), Oddbjørn Skartun (Att 29/4 - Out of contract) and Kjell Rune Sellin (Att 30/11 - Fredrikstad) have all left.

Ullensaker Kisa - Sandnes Ulf ended 3-3 in 2017. (Sandnes Ulf - Ullensaker Kisa ended 0-0)

Pre-Season friendly between two playoff candidates in OBOS-Ligaen 2018.
Ullensaker Kisa are 3-1-1 so far during pre-season, and the Jessheim side are often involved in high scoring games, Sandnes Ulf are also a team that is capable of scoring many goals, but they have struggled to keep the same high level for an entire season.
Sandnes Ulf have made many interesting defensive signings in front of this season, and once the new players adapt to the first team, we might see an improved defense this season.
Both teams have another game set on Sunday, Ull Kisa will face Florø, while Sandnes Ulf will face the Finnish champions HJK.
Sandnes Ulf will miss their first choice goalkeeper Saku-Pekka Sahlgren for this game, and Sandnes Ulf may use new signing Komelciks (signed from 3.Division side Brodd) from start here.
The weather forecasts are rain and strong wind today, and these teams havent played at natural grass for a while.
Under 3 goals will be my call, money back if the game ends at 3 goals scored.

Pick: Under 3 goals, 9/10 stakes, odds 2.10@Unibet. Good luck!

Saturday 03.03.2018 Sogndal - Brann:

Pre-season friendly played at neutral pitch - indoors in Sognahallen. Home advantage.

Game start: 14:00 CET.

Sogndal (8-8-14) lost the relegation playoff final against Ranheim, and will have to play in OBOS-Ligaen in the 2018 season.
Ole Martin Rindarøy (Def - Molde), Magnus Pedersen (Def - Elverum), Henrik Furebotn (Mid - Fredrikstad) and Sigurd Haugen (Att - Odd) have been signed.

Bjørn Inge Utvik (Def 14/0 - Sarpsborg 08), Taijo Teniste (Def 26/1 - Brann), Christophe Psyche (Def 6/0 - Banik Ostrava) and Gilbert Koomson (Att 28/7 - Brann) have left.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Brann (13-8-9) ended 5th in Eliteserien 2017, and they ended 4 points behind Sarpsborg 08 at 3rd.
Branns first choice goalkeeper for 7 years, Piotr Leciejewski (Kee 25/0 - Zaglebie Lubin), has left, Amin Nouri (Def 27/1 - Vålerenga), and rotation striker Jakob Orlov (Att 23/5 - Out of contract) have also played their final games for the Bergen side.
Branns keeper reserves, Alex Horwath (Kee 0/0 - Out of contract) and Lars Cramer (Kee 0/0 - Retired) have also left.
Brann have signed Samuel Sahin-Radlinger (Kee - Hannover 96, loan deal), Taijo Teniste (Def - Sogndal), Amer Ordagic (Mid - Sloboda Tuzla), Gilbert Koomson (Mid/Att - Sogndal) and Henrik Kjelsrud Johansen (Att - Vålerenga).

Azar Karadas (Def), Vito Wormgoor (Def), Deyver Vega (Mid/Att), Daniel Braaten (Mid/Att) and Ludcinio Marengo (Mid/Att) are all out for this game.

Sogndal - Brann ended 2-3 in 2017. (Brann - Sogndal ended 2-1)

Meeting between a medal candidate, and a newly relegated OBOS-Liga side.
Normally very open games between these sides, and rarely clear wins.
Sogndal have normally been solid defensivly, but they have changed a lot of players in their defense during pre-season.
Brann have just signed reserve striker Henrik Kjelsrud Johansen from Vålerenga, and will most likely use him directly in a friendly game before the season premiere.
Brann should have the upper hand here, as they are only one week from the start of Eliteserien, while Sogndal still have one month left before OBOS-Ligaen 2018 will start.
If Kjelsrud Johansen will start up front, he will most likely use some time to adapt to his new team mates though, and hes more a hard working attacker, more than a top goal scorer.
Sogndals main focus will be to drill their new defense against top level opposition, Under will be my call.

Pick: Under 3.5 goals, 9/10 stakes, odds 1.64@1Xbet. Good luck!

Sunday 04.03.2018 Odd - Sandefjord:

This friendly game will be played at Odds home stadium, Skagerak Arena.

Game start: 16:00 CET.

Odd (12-6-12) ended in a disappointing 6th place in Eliteserien 2017, much due to the departures of Fredrik Oldrup Jensen (Mid - Zulte Waregem) and Rafik Zeknini (Mid/Att - Fiorentina) last summer.
Oliver Berg (Mid 25/1 - Dalkurd), Etzaz Hussain (Mid 11/3 - Molde, loan deal expired) and Olivier Occean (Att 24/2 - Out of contract) have left since last season.
Former Odd starlet Torgeir Børven (Att) has been signed from Brann. Tobias Lauritsen (Att) has been signed from local side Pors.
Odd are 4-2-0 during their pre-season, and they won 2-0 at home against OBOS-Liga side Jerv last week.
Reserve striker Torbjørn Agdestein (Att) is expected to leave Skagerak Arena soon, and is reported to not be in the squad for this game.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Sandefjord (11-3-16) ended 13th in Eliteserien 2017, as a newly promoted side, and "against all odds" managed to stay clear of relegation.
Coach Lars Bohinen has signed for Aalesund, and former Levanger coach Magnus Powell will head into his debut as head coach at top level this season.
Øystein Øvretveit (Kee 1/0 - Jerv), Carlos Grossmuller (Mid 12/3 - Danubio, loan deal expired) and Facundo Rodriguez (Att 7/2 - Penarol, loan deal expired) have left.

Eirik Holmen Johansen (Kee - New York City), Emil Palsson (Mid - FH, Iceland) and Pontus Engblom (Att - Strømsgodset) have been signed.

First choice goalkeeper Ingvar Jonsson (Kee 30/0) is out for this friendly game. New signing Holmen Johansen will most likely start.
Key defender Christer Reppesgård Hansen (Def 29/0) is doubtful as he is close to return from injury.

Odd - Sandefjord ended 1-0 in 2017.

Pre-Season friendly between a upper half side, and a relegation candidate in Eliteserien 2018.
Odd have lost many regulars the latest seasons, but their first eleven can still match any team on a good day. 4-2-0 so far during pre-season, and the recent signing of former Odd-starlet Torgeir Børven up front, may have been the perfect timing to gain some much needed optimism before the season started.
Sandefjord proved me wrong, and stayed clear of relegation as a newly promoted side in 2017. Now coach Bohinen has left, key midfielder Grossmullers loan deal has expired, and key players Jonsson (Kee) and Reppesgård Hansen (Def) have struggled with injuries in front of the start of the season. 1-0-4 during pre-season, including 0-6 loss against Strømsgodset and 1-6 loss against Mjøndalen.
Outdoor friendlies in -3 / -5 degrees C at artificial turf may not be ideal, but with only one week left to the season premiere, we will most likely see two well prepared teams.
Odd were 10-2-3 at home, while Sandefjord were 3-1-11 on the road, in Eliteserien 2017.
Good chance for Odd today.

Pick: Odd (-0.5 AH), 9/10 stakes, odds 1.89@SBO. Good luck!

Thursday 22.03.2018 Strømsgodset - Notodden:

Game start: 17:00 CET.

Both teams are using artificial turf at their home stadiums.

Strømsgodset (14-8-8) ended 4th in Eliteserien 2018, one point behind Sarpsborg 08 at 3rd.
The Drammen side were 11-2-2 (including 4 away victories in a row!) since early July, and they are a clear medal candidate/dark horse for the title in Eliteserien 2018.
They have signed Aalesunds topscorer the latest seasons, Mos Abdellaoue (Att 30/16), as well as OBOS-Liga side Mjøndalens star winger/attacker Amahl Pellegrino (Att 30/18).
Herman Stengel (Mid 21/6) has been signed in central midfield position from Vålerenga.
Strømsgodset played 2-2 draw at home against Stabæk in the season opener, in snow conditions.
Eirik Ulland Andersen (Mid/Att) and Kristoffer Tokstad (Mid/Att) are out.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

Notodden (17-3-6) won the playoff final against Fredrikstad at the end of last season, and promoted to OBOS-Ligaen.
Notodden were clearly better at home in 2017 (11-0-2).
Notodden have lost against better opposition 1-3 Jerv, 1-2 Sandefjord, and they are 1-1-1 against 2.Div opposition (4-1 Bærum, 2-2 KFUM Oslo, 0-1 Arendal) during pre-season.

Strømsgodset - Notodden ended 3-2 in 2012.

Medal candidates Strømsgodsets season opener were a open game with goals for both sides as expected. The hosts were also involved in many high scoring games during pre-season (2-1 Bodø Glimt, 1-2 Krasnodar, 2-2 Lokomotiv Moscow, 6-0 Sandefjord, 2-3 Sarpsborg 08 and 5-0 Mjøndalen).
Newly promoted OBOS-Liga side Notodden are still 2 weeks from their season opener, and they are clearly best when playing at home.
Strømsgodset got their latest Eliteserie game postponed, and should be extra motivated to gain some match fitness for their first eleven during the International break imo.

Pick: Strømsgodset (-1.5 AH), 9/10 stakes, odds 1.94@SBO. Good luck!
