News in this post will be edited additionally, 1st I'm posting the new and gone
players and adding the plans each team has + friendlies + my estimation...

      1 DOMZALE

      New players:
      Sunday Chibuke Ibeji (Celje)

      Players left:
Branko Ilic (Betis Sevilla), Slavisa Dvorancic, Darko Karapetrovic, Darko Topic (all Bela krajina)

      Slavisa Stojanovic coach:

"We are a bit weak in the midfield as Juninho is still injured and Maccari's
status unclear, but we're sure we'll do same as in the 1st part."

Good thing is Rakovic stayed and with Cime + Ljubi they are gonna be a
great attacking side again. I don't really see any problems for them to
      stay where they are!

      Estimation: Number 1

      Friendlies:
      24.02. DOMZALE - LIVAR IVANCNA GORICA 1:0
      19.02.2007 DOMZALE - CMC PUBLIKUM 0:0
      16.02.2007 UDINESE - DOMZALE 1:3
13.02.2007 NK DOMZALE - NK BELA KRAJINA 5:0

      2 MARIBOR

      Marijan Pusnik coach:

"Our aim is to get the cup and to qualify for Europe again. The friendlies
result have no meaning for me what the result concerns as I only wanted
to see all my players in action."

Great loss for Maribor is Zeba leaving, but also a good thing is Zajc back
from Siena. I don't know the 3 players arrived, but I trust the coach's decisions
and therefore I'm sure they have certain quality.

      Estimation: Places 2-4

      Players IN:
Dejan Mezga (Cakovec), Gorazd Zajc (Siena), Abdoulaye Diarra (Inter), Miral Samardzic (Triglav Kranj)

      Players OUT:
Zajko Zeba (Kamaz), Marko Pokleka (Teramo), Marko Gasparic (Aluminij), Leon Ragolic (Gleinstatten), Dejan Robnik (Triglav Kranj), Leon Panikvar (Bela krajina), Erdzan Beciri (Kaposvoelgye)

      Miheli**269;
      17.02.2007 Maribor NK Maribor - SK Sturm Graz 0 : 2
      24.02.2007 Ajdovscina: Primorje - NK Maribor 2 : 0

      3 PRIMORJE

      Bojan Prasnikar coach:

"We have to deny the fact Primorje usually plays worse in the second part
and show everyone we earn more respect we are getting also by the media.
Our aim is to land from place 5 up."

The loss of Selimovic (to Alesund) is bad for Primorje, but the two new guys
Flego and Lekic have shown some great games in the preparatories...
They'll have hard times to save the high position imo.

      Estimation: Places 3-6

      IN:
Edo Flego (Sesvete), Ognjen Lekic (Sopron), Denis Baloh (Puntar Kneza), Saso Ogric (Idrija), Luka Prasnikar (Dob)

      OUT:
Denis Selimovic (Aalesund), Danijel Cerne (Adria), Vladimir Karalic, Aleksandar Bajic (both no club)

      Friendlies:

      03.02.2007 Primorje - Zagorje (2:0)
      07.02.2007 Kamen Ingrad - Primorje (0:0)
      15.02.2007 Primorje - Litija (7:1)
      21.02.2007 Primorje - Bonifika (2:2)
      24.02.2007 Primorje - Maribor (2:0)

      4 GORICA

      Mitja Pirih gk, captain:

"The transfers could always be better, but I'm sure we have a good team
to play in the top of the league."

Borivoje Lucic, the coach will still have to prove his qualities as the ghost of
      Pini is still around.
Have my doubts about the high fly of Gorica, but they can prove I'm wrong.
      They're still the reigning champions.

      Estimation: Places 3-6

      IN:
Rok Brajic, Sebastjan Komel (both Bela krajina), Jan Pahor (Koper)

      OUT:
Sasa Ranic (Chiasso), Dejan Ilic (Maccabi Tel Aviv), Miha Pitamic (Vildon), Miran Srebrnic (retired)

      Friendlies:

      18.2.2007 Siroki Brijeg - Gorica 0-0
      19.2.2007 Imotski - Gorica 1-1
      23rd Feb:Brotnjo : HiT Gorica 1:1 (1:0)
      Bevanda 11.; Velikonja 82.

      5 DRAVA

      Drazen Besek coach:

"We did some quality work in the pre season and it should be seen in the
games. I wanted to create a group of healthy young people for the future,
we'll see if there are results already here."

They lost two important players in Lunder and especially Trenevski, therefore
I see them losing places as well ...

      Estimation: Places 6-8

      IN:
Gordan Bunoza (ZET Zagreb), Tomaz Murko (Maribor), Dalibor Pesterac (Zeleznik), Adam Mariusz Soska (Pulstuk), Ivan Filipovic (Zeleznicar)

      OUT:
Matjaz Lunder, Viktor Trenevski (oba Nafta), Senad Tiganj (Kapfenberg), Tomaz Toplak (Mura 05), Dejan Germic, Jani Druzovic, Damir Zagorsek, Dejan Novak (Stojnci), Herolim Osaj (Aluminij), Admir Hrusica (BiH), Matjaz Stelcar (Zeleznicar), Gorazd Gorinsek (no club)

      Friendlies:
      27. feb 2007: MURA 05 – DRAVA 1:0 (0:0)
      DRAVA – RUDAR VELENJE 1:1 (0:1)
      DRAVA – RUDAR KAKANJ 1:1 (0:0)
      DRAVA – KRSKO 1:1 (0:1)
      19. feb 2007 DRAVA – POMORAC 1:1 (0:1)
      16. feb 2007 DRAVA – SLOBODA TUZLA 1:3 (0:1)
      15. feb 2007 DRAVA – **268;ELIK 2:0 (0:0)
      12. feb 2007 DRAVA : ZAGORJE 2:1 (1:1)

      6 NAFTA

      Milko Gjurovski coach:

"We had successfull preparations and the espectations are not small. Being
only 5 points behind the 2nd place and having a quality team all is possible."

Milko knows what he's saying imo and by writing this text I realized the quality
of the coaches is rising in this league. Milko being 1 of the best of course.
Nafta lost Pavlovic who was great and a real engine of the team, but now
Milko brought Lunder and Trenevski and therefore the freekick space is
more than covered as well as some other qualities. Nafta showed they're
great when needed (3-0 1st half vs Hajduk) and I'm sure they will play
      some great attacking games.

      Estimation: Places 2-6

      IN:
Mario Kovacevic (Medzimurje), Milan Macik (Brno), Matjaz Lunder, Viktor Trenevski (both Drava), Ivan Marinsek (Rudes), Deni Celinger (Malecnik)

      OUT:
      Zoran Pavlovic (Interblock) ...OUCH !!!

      Friendlies:
      23.01.2007 Nafta : Varteks 1 : 2 (1:2)
      27.01.2007 Maribor : Nafta 1 : 2 (1:0)
      31.01.2007 Aluminij : Nafta 3 : 2 (1:1)
      04.02.2007 Nafta : Hajduk 3 : 2 (3:0)
      06.02.2007 Varteks : Nafta 0 : 0
      10.02.2007 FC ZTE : Nafta 2 : 1 (1:1)
      14.02.2007 FK Sloboda Tuzla : Nafta 0 :1 (0:0)
      17.02.2007 Hrvatski dragovoljac : Nafta 3 : 0 (2 :0) (a day after their doc. died! )

      7 KOPER

      Sasa Jakomin fw, captain:

"The players put all the needed effort into the preparations, but there were also some
counter fact. I believe we could climd some places quite fast and go out of
the danger zone. It is however different in the cup, where we have to get
to the finals and maybe even to UEFA cup."

I don't see a real hammer comming from the Koper side, as there are still
some questions open and the "big boss" is less and less convincing in his
      Koper story.
I see them struggling down there...

      Estimation: Places 7-10

      IN:
Santos Higo De Oliviera (Chievo), Ivan Brozovic, Vito Plut (both Bela krajina), Cristiano Thomas (Brazilija), Augustin Pavlik (Inter Bratislava), Admir Suhonjic (Apop Pegias), Aleksander Rajcevic, Dalibor Volas (both Bonifika)

      OUT:
Dario Zahora (Slaven Belupo), Junior (Dinamo Zagreb), Jan Pahor (Gorica), Darko Kremenovic (Hiuan), Oskar Drobne (Unior Zrece), Manuel Persic, Andrej Gudic, Edmond Gunjac (Portoroz Piran), Mladen Rudonja (Bezigrad)

      Friendlies:
      FC Koper-NK Izola 8:1, 24.02.2007
      FC Koper - Bonifika 1-1, 18.02.2007
FC Koper : FK Sloboda Tuzla ( bih) 2:1, 17.02.2007

      8 CELJE

      Seslar, captain & Pinni, coah

Seslar: Pinni made us familiar with his vision of the football and now we
are trying to play like that, however it's a porcess, but I think we're coping
      pretty well.

Pinnin could prove as a huge pluss for Celje, but he'll imo need time to adapt
to the new situation as he's been a Gorica coach for too long...

      Estimation: Places 5-9

      IN:
      Jhonnes De Souza (Londrina)

      OUT:
Sunday Chibuike Ibeji (Domzale), Emir Hadzic (Rudar Kakanj), Dejan Naprudnik (Mura 05)

      Friendlies:
23rd Feb: MIK CM Celje : Aluminij 4:1
De Souza, Brulc, Bakaric, Cadikovski; Firer
      17th Feb: Domzale - Celje 0-0
      10th Feb: Khimki (Rus) - Celje 0-0
9th Feb: Cukaricki (Ser) -Celje 0-0

      9 BELA KRAJINA

      Zeljko Mitrakovic captain:

"Our main plan is to stay in the league, of course, but we would also like
to end on the 8th position to avoid the relegation games."

Everyone sees BK as the main candidate for the bottom place and I can
      only join them.

      Estimation: 2nd league

      IN:
Slavisa Dvorancic, Darko Karapetrovic, Darko Topic (vsi Domzale), Leon Panikvar (Maribor), Marco Giovannetti (Siena), Mitja Barboric (Krka)

      OUT:
Savas Gunduz (Belediyespor), Ivan Brozovic (Koper), Rok Brajic, Sebastjan Komel (oba Gorica), Robert Najdenov (Mura 05), Matej Budihna (Adria), Nikola Drkusic (Krka), Ales Music (Slovan)

      Friendlies:
      22nd Feb: Karlovac : Bela krajina 0:1
      Zagar
      17th Feb: Bela krajina : Jedinstvo 3:4 (1:2)
      Josip Špelic, Admir Rascic 2x
      16th Feb: Vitkovice (Cze) - BK 0-0

      10 INTERBLOCK

      Tone Hrovatic sportsmanager:

"Our main goal is to stay in the league and with the new team it shouldn't be
a problem. We brought in 10 new players 5 of them playing either in WC
EC or CL. Our team now has quality that is above the Slovenian league"

I agree they brought some great names, but I'm also sure they'll all need
      some time to adapt.

      Estimiation: Places 7-9

      IN:
Amir Karic (Anorthosis), Marinko Galic (Malecnik), Janez Zavrl (Brann Bergen), Eldin Adilovic (Celik), Adi Adilovic (Sloboda), Aldin Dzidic (Zepce), Suvad Grabus (Celik), Zoran Pavlovic (Nafta), Muamer Vugdalic (Nikivolos), Tadej Steharnik (St. Andrae)

      OUT:
Milan Andjelkovic, Jaka Jakopic (both Fervoros), Milko Kovac (Aluminij Kidricevo), Josip Lukenda, Romeo Krizmanic, Zan Osredkar (vsi Livar), Gregor Kosec, Jaka Ihbeisheh (oba Slovan), Luka Banic (Sencur), Nenad Begovic (Svica), Milorad Perovic (Beograd)

          FTs of 21st round

          Koper : Bela krajina 2:1 (1:1)
          Rajcevic 11., Lovrecic 77./11-m; Dvorancic 27.; R.C.: Panikvar 56./Bela krajina

Koper needed a penalty and an opponent out to win...hmmm

          Nafta : Interblock 3:1 (1:0)
          Benko 20., Trenevski 76., Eterovic 86.; Karic 55.; R.C.: Galic 33./Interblock

Quite convincing looking win, but it doesnt't show that the guests had the
possesion and corners like 13-2 for Interblock despite the fact Nafta was
playing with 1+ man after the 33rd min.

          Domzale : HiT Gorica 4:0 (0:0)
          Ibeji 67., Djukic 79., Ljubijankic 86., Rakovic 88.; R.C.: Jokic 64./HiT Gorica

Gorica was defending successfully until the moment they lost Jokic and then
the attacking machine struck heavily 4 goals in 21'.

          Maribor : MIK CM Celje 2:2 (1:2)
          Pekic 20., Hadzic 71./og.; Bakaric 7., 12.

Great start by the guests, but then they scored the 3rd into the wrong net.

          Primorje : Drava 1:3 (0:1)
          Flego 55.; Kronaveter 45., 76. Tisnikar 67.; R.C.: Arnaut 45./Primorje

Quite a big surprise in this game, but beside the disciplined guests there
was also the famous ref Skomina, who again had his part in the game. A
direct red card to the best Primorje scorer in the 45th min turned the game
totally and the guests knew how to use this gift.

Thanks my friend, even if I know you are exaggerating. Hopefully the predicts
will be better when we see the teams in 2-3 games.

                    Thanks Densa

Maybe not the results as expected, but as it was the 1st Spring round I can
imagine it can only get better!

                    Cheers

                      22nd round FTs

                      HiT Gorica : Interblock 3:2 (1:1)
                      Zivec 44., Pahor 53., N. Kovacevic 90.; Salkic 17., 86.; R.C.: Pahor 68./HiT Gorica

Interblock unlucky in the second Spring game too. They were good had their
chances which ended also due to the great performance of the Gorica
keeper. The 4th min of added time brought the winner for Gorica...

                      MIK CM Celje : Koper 2:3 (0:1)Cadikovski 52, 61..; Rajcevic 27., Mejac 46., Volac 90.; R.C.: Brezic 59./MIK CM Celje; Radulovic 88./Koper

Cadikovski scored twice but as he missed more sitters he can't really get a
positive grade. Celje had the better chances even with 10 men, but didn't
use them and got punished in the last minute of the added time.

                      Drava : Nafta 3:1 (2:1)
                      Prejac 18., Zilic 34.; Drevensek 76.; Ceh 24.

A proof how a prediction can go wrong already after 5 minutes! Nafta lost
2 key players already after the 5th min due to injury. First the keeper and
immediately after that the mentioned Trenevski who especially wanted to
show his qualities in this game. Drava od course took over in the 1st hald
and managed a 2-1 lead after 0-1. Totally different second half when
Nafta rolled some 5-6 great chances and got punished from a counterattack. great value imo to against Drava in the next round!

                      Bela krajina : Primorje 0:0
                      RC: Topic 71./Bela krajina

As expected Primorje started the game better without using any chances though,
BK managed to close up later all untill the 70th minute when they were 1
man down, but again Primorje without firepower.

                      Domzale : Maribor 3:0 (1:0)
                      Rakovic 13., 88., Djukic 47.; RC: Ranilovic 86./Maribor

Domzale again with a high to 0 win and the young Maribot team with too much
respect to achieve more. They had tehir chances, but Domzale played a wise game.

                              Round 25 FTs

                              Koper : HiT Gorica 1:2 (1:1)
                              Bozic 12.; Demirovic 38., 50.

Watched the most of the game and the result doesn't show the real picture.
Koper had two clear chances in the first half and should be infront 2-1 or 3-1,
but Gorica had a great keeper whereas Koper's keeper "achieved" a cheap
OG from a corner kick. Koper was then all over Gorica in the 2nd half
                              but very unlucky...
