1bet.com Problem

I am trying to make a withdrawal from 1bet, but all I get is a generic email about what I need to send to verify my account. When I do that, I get no reply, I can just see it has been rejected. I sent numerous emails to try to understand where is the problem, or if I need to send any additional documents, but I have not received any reply from either off their address. I've been using them for last 6 years, and never had a problem, so far they used to reply to their mail . Any suggestions, how to get in touch with them and solve this?
