in tournament, not over 70 points in a match. IMO Panama's defence won't let New
Zealand score many points. Today New Zealand won narrowly against Japan. I think
Panama may win this, but New Zealand sure will give them hard time and points
won't come easy.

Greece - Turkey, under 145,5 total points. Today Greece scored many points over Brazil, but tomorrow this
won't be happening any more, because Turkey will give Greece hard time to score.
Turkey can't score much against Greece anyway, they couldn't score even more than
80 points today against Qatar. Definitely Greece will win this, but Turkey may
overplay them, this under will be in danger for sure. So only minimum stakes on this one!

gasol will play but but not much..probablly 10min or smth..coach said that now he will let play some players that was more on the bench.....but this spain team is superb...and even if gasol,garbajosa,navvaro,calderon will not play much they have a lot of others very very good players like rudy,mumbru,rodriguez......and others they can easilly make handi without best players
us should cover 35points if they dont use their second team .Senegal already has no hope to qualify.they might fight a bit hard at the start..once they cant see a hope..they might just give up.and today china beat them by 17points

Guard Zisis is out for the rest of Mundobasket, due to an injury by a DELIBERATE foul by that jerk Varejao.
If Zisis was healthy, I wouldnt doubt about Greece win, but taking into account how good player is he, and the fact he is most reliable shooter of Greecem furthermoreafter seeing today how that hit to Zisis affected whole team and lost the margin, Turkey have a big chance to take revenge (sports-terms of course) for that defeat in Sweden, 3 years ago.

I agree with eurobasketas about this game. Japan lost all real chances to qualify in match against new zeland. Only if Panama beat New zealand they have chance to get 4 place. Spain has 12 great players and "B" squad will try to prove that they are as good as spanish stars so I expect that Spain will beat 19.5 points handicaop (Sportingbet).

Lithuania, Brazil, Australia would all have 7 point and point difference between them would be Lithuania +6 Brazil +2 and Australia -8.
So Lithuania fans is it possible that Lithuania will calculate in this game?

China is a better team than P C imo. P C won over china by 3points at extra time,but it was a 8v5 game. both ming yao and zhi zhi was out at 4th. no way for china to beat em without these 2 key players. guaranteed at least 26points will be made by ming yao tomorrow, he scored more than this when against usa and italy. tomorrow under the huge pressure i expect him to score 30+. and glad to see zhizhi reached his form today. the first asian NBA player has been out of his form for long time,and he was useless at first a few mathes. today he is the second high scorer in chinese team who scored 19points, as ming yao said today"zhizhi is the first cup water for me after i was stranded in dersert for 10days". i am sure zhizhi will definitly help alot tomorrow.

Of course that Spain is better than Japan for at least 20 points. But as Spain secured first place, players from the bench will be given more chance. And that is not nice for Spain: Rudy Fernandez is good, Sergio Rodriguez very good but young and unexperienced, while Berni Rodriguez, Cabezas, Mumbru and other Gasol are pretty limited players. Home team Japan will do best in front of their fans for farewell from championship while I don't expect Spainards to be to harsh to them, after all they have probably 4 more games to play in Japan.
Germany - Angola
I think bookeis did very good job here. Germans are weaker than expected, Angola stronger than expected. Germany to win by not by much. Germany to score their usual about 80 and with slow tempo to reduce Angola from their usal about 85 to about 75. Germany too much depends on Dirk so it's not too wise to take them ML in case of Dirk's foul trouble or bad day. However, that's little probable so good bet here would be special on Nowitzky to score many points. Angola have no player to stop him so I expect Dirk scoring in 30's.
New Zealand - Panama
Probably New Zealand will win very weak and eliminated Panama, but 1.40 is by no means value. Tall Blacks were 38-20 down at halftime today versus Japan and no my money goes on such a team.

Yesterday we got 2 won and 1 lost pick, so that means a plus all in all, hopefully we will manage to get more wins day by day. Now we have 8 won and 9 lost picks, so a minus in all our picks, but we are sure we will get a plus by the end of World Championship.

Today we saw another surprise – Lebanon victory over France. That wasn’t what we all expected at all. I think the main reason was that France didn’t take so much responsibility to defense and thought that they will take this one without any problems. When they saw that everything is not the way they planed they took care about their defense and let their opponents score only 31pts in second half. The key to the victory in France’s game is defense and tomorrow they have only one choice – to win that game. I would say France will win about 20pts, but it is a bit risky to take the handicap, so we’ve decided to take under for Venesuela.
2nd pick. Nigeria under 79,5 @ 1,8 Orakulas
Nigeria. The team that is very similar to France- they also start the game from defense. The team hasn’t got many good shooters (although they still manage to shoot some 3 pointers from very hard positions), but they play quite slow game. We would have taken under for the match (under 151,5), but Lebanon is very unpredictable team and we are a little bit afraid of what they did in this WC. They’ve won against Venesuela – that was a surprise, but if they manage to win again a team like France so we give them all the respect and hope for a real fight tomorrow against Nigeria. So we should see another low scoring game here and take Nigeria to score under 79,5pts.

Everything points on Greece win, but same was when Turkey played against Lithuania. As Zisis is out for Greece and Kutluay and Erdogan not fully fit for Turkey, it makes things even harder to predict. Looks like under without some or all of those shooters. I would like Greece to win as I made bet on them to win group, so I might be biased here.
Lithuania - Brazil Lithuania ML @1.44 9/10 Pinnacle
Lithuania without Jaskevicius and Siskauskas is not title contender, but after surprise loss to Turkey on opening day, they are doing very well. Lost to Greece but only in overtime, then trashed Qatar and easily won Australia. This is new Lithuania scoring only 6.5 3-pointer per game but with 40 rebounds per game (10 more than Brazil) thanks to very strong frontcourt. So with Lithuanian advantage in frontcourt and roughly equal backcourts plus fact that Brazil lost 3 games in close 4th quarter (which shows some mental instability) I expect close game but quality to prevail.
Australia - Qatar under 153.0 1.99 Pinnacle 5/10
Australia scores 69 points per match, Qatar scores 66 points per match. Australia commits 21 turnover per match, Qatar even more, 25. Australia shots from field only 53 times per game plus 20 free throws, Qatar 59 plus 12 FT. This data says we have two not well organised, slow tempo playing and low scoring teams. Besides that Qatar is very weak but constantly scoring beteen 64 poins and 69 points in 4 games. I think they will not go over their average of 66 in 5th game already tired. Australia will go for sure over their average of 69, but I don't expect them to go 18 points over that line to score 87. After all, they'll be more interested in Lithuanian win which gives them place in last 16, this is just job they had to do, then watch more interesting game.

China is not the team that is scoring many points. Except Yao they don’t have much to offer and I think Slovenia’s centers will stop the big guy a little bit. What china could do is to stop Slovenia’s offense with hard work in defense. They have quite a good coach from Lithuania, who knows how to play smart and to win the game. I don’t think China is able to win this one, but we expect at least a slow match here too with many fouls and missed shots from both sides. 166,5 for these teams are a little bit too high.

The thing is that Spain has already guaranted the first place in a group and starters should get some rest, so we expect main players to play about 10-15 min, and to score under 22pts. Bad news for the french team with the injury of Aymeric Jeanneau (old injury on the thigh) the substitute of Tony Parker in the game. France must win tomorrow and he is probably playing against Venezuela (wish of the french coach). But he is very decreased. The french attack is on difficult :cry: and poor.

We should be careful about these games cause it is possible teams to choose their opponents. Good example is the Italy-Puerto Rico game. Slovenia-China game is earlier so they know the result. In case of Slovenia's win then both Italy and Purto Rico have qualified and probably will try to get the 4th place of group. Why? Because 4th placed team will play against winner of Greece-Turkey and if qualify against the winner of A2-B3. A2 will be Lebanon (if win) or France in case of Nigeria Argentina wins or Serbia and B3 will be looser of game Germany-Angola. So it is possible for the 4th of group D if qualify to quarters to meet Angola or Lebanon !! Second placed teams of group D will find Lithuania and if qualify Spain. Third placed will find looser of Greece-Turkey and then Argentina. So if Slovenia win then Italy is second if win, third if loose up to 5 points and 4th if loose by 6 or more. Puerto Rico is 4th in case of loose or win up to 5 3rd if win 6-12 and 2nd if win by 13 or more. Also you can see same balance in assits. 4 long players have nearly same number of rebounds. What does it show us? It shows us that we play as a team, there isnt "a best player" in our team.
to the game; we can see very bad Turkish side today. Because;
1- We, as a nation have problem about concentrating on these kind of games.
2- Our rival is much experienced than us, in fact the real target of this team was 2010 before this tournament.
3- As we are young and unexperienced we can make very easy mistakes and lose temper very quickly.
4- Small or not we have many injury problems which can surely effect physical condition of players.

I agree. The very tense matches against Australia, Lithuania and Brazil do not make it easier. Brazil and Lithuania matches were decided in the last seconds, Turkey were 15 points down in the 2nd quarter. Turkish players worked really hard to win and I am not sure if they are mentally fit for this match. Also the match against Brazil was very physical(Thanks to Varejao the Butcher and firends)

in match betwen slovenia and china was match 6 sec to long...so slovenia put compaint to fiba...mayne someone who had slovenia win will win.also will portoriko go through if fiba will see that mistake...also when china score in last sec for 3pts and won by one it was clear that china player did steps.
