i'm going with Angola...in these 2 games they proved that they have very good players, hitting many 3 pointers...i belive that they can defeat the N.Zeeland team, and 1,83 for that represents a very good value :wink:

Possible, but Angola did have any good opponents too, New Zealand had better oponents. Japan and Panama aren't nothing compared to Spain and Germany... It's gonna be a hard one for sure! I expect many fouls and dramatic scenes.
France – Nigeria Under 159,5 @ 1,85 Orakulas
Both teams are playing more defensively than offensively. France lost their leader Parker, so there is one more minus for France’s offense. The way to win here will be defense, because both teams hasn’t got many “super” shooters as other teams have. Yes Nigeria showed their character in match between Serbia and got their first win, and yes they were shooting quite good, but I don’t think it will be the same in this match. Both team’s players are well prepared physically and can play tough in defense, so I expect a game with many fouls and unprepared shoots from both team. I predict France victory here about 10 pts, but the result shouldn’t be higher than 80-70 or even lower.

Gasol is one of the leaders, but there are many other (at least 5) players who can take his points and score 20+ points. Germany team also showed today that they have not only Nowitzky in their team and that other players can score too, but I think that in this match he should take his 20+ points and hopefully he will score some 3 pointers. Nowitzky’s minutes in game + quite good Germany’s defense and we should have a win here.

I saw NZ today vs. Germany and I was really disappointed! They are well known to lack depth in offence as they do not have regular No 5 and even No 4 position isnt convincing. Earlier they were compensating that with some fast transition, good passing and great shooting. I havent seen anything like that today. They were slow, static in both offense and defense and without idea in attack - lot of shooting from no positions. Pero doesnt seem to be that good anymore, and I dont see All Blacks as a team that should be favorite against Angola.

also, i don't think it will be an under game...after watching the Panama - Angola game...the africans scored almost 2/3 of their points form 3 throws..if they'll keep on scoring 3 pointers it will be very hard to maintain a low score

serbia lost first two games. against nigeria and france. today venecuela beats nigeria and yesterday lebanon beats venecuela

Again rather high line on France game, which surprised me cause they were far from a scoring machine so far. Against Argentina (70-80), but in slow tempo game with lots of points in last 5 minutes, and against Serbia M. (65-61) final score says enough. On the other side Nigerians surprised SCG in a weird game on day 1 (82-75), and then failed to Venezuela yesterday (77-84). Today we’ll see a game of two teams who play very physical basketball, with difference that France is more athetic and has more quality of course. France shouldn’t have troubles to limit Nigerians to less than 70 points, and make this under very probable.

Looking at both teams players the quality is on the side of the Tall Blacks i think...they have qutie good players like Penney,Jones and Dickel...
Also their test matches were ok...tough it doesn't mean a lot but they played good matches with strong teams..
Tough i don't know a lot about Angolna but they were very poor in test matches and now they have only beaten 2 very bad teams...

Nothing interesting in early games.
Mark Dickel is absent for New Zealand but he was absent for first two games two, he got some 10 days suspension (for marijuana found in blood I think) and he'll be available for 4th match. Anyway, both of teams have no inner game and we will see shooting festival here with at least 50 3-pointers shot combined. That may go either way, and although Africans seems to be better shooters, Tall Blacks should be better defenders.
Argentina vs Venezuela. Those two teams played two friendlis 3 weeks ago at Argentina. First one Argentina won by 14 points, second by 39 points. So depending on Argentians motivation it may finish again by 30+ difference but may finish by only about 10 points difference.
France vs Nigeria under 156.5 @1.91 10bet 7/10
Agreeing with prija here completely. Nigeria played two fast tempo games so far, SCG accepted fast game as they were behind trying to catch Nigerians lead, while Panama had nothing against fast tempo. France will slow down Nigeria and it is not to forget this is 3rd game in 3 days for Nigerians which is certainly something they're not used to so it is to expect they shoot less than so far average of 40% for 3 points and 43% for 2 points. Definitely Nigeria at 70 points at most and it's very hard to see France scoring 87 without Tony Parker.

Lebanon played hide and seek game with future opponents in group yesterday. Five starters that brought them surprise win over Venezuela (scored 79 of 82 team points playing average 33 minutes in that game) yesterday against Argentina played average only 18 minutes. Lebanon rested players in this game from begin starting without 2 starters, rotating 8 players in 1st quarter(that much their coach used in entire first game), using 10 players in 1st half and finishing with all 12 players being in game between 8 and 25 minutes. Lebanon will have day off tommorrow, so I think they'll go with strongest lineup today trying for win. Well, I don't think they'll manage to deliver third loss in a row to Serbia & Montenegro, but I believe Lebanon should me much fresher team here. Serbia & Montenegro have 3 hours rest less, they played two intensive match losing close endings both times, so I don't think they'll exactly fly in this match.
now ppl seem to be on lebanon's side...ok~what about serbia margin 1-10 @ 4.25 ? isnt this super? if yo guys think serbia can only make 5-10

Lebanon is a like a Phoenix Suns on this tournament. They like fast basketball and allow their opponents to make 70+ FG shots + 25 FT shots + 17-20 TO... Honestly speaking I like Lebanon to score more than 70 points in this game but I have some seriuos doubts on this bet because Serbia are low tempo team, they had problems yesterday with France in 1 quarter where were a lot of fast breaks... when game rythm became slower serbians take the lead.. So today a lot will depend on the game tempo but I think that it should be an open game and Serbian will get more easy points than in first 2 games and probably they will reach 90 pts mark.
I don't about HC.. sure it's quite big one but if I understand correctly Serbia needs a points difference now because there are some chances that they will have the same wins amount with Nigeria or Lebanon at the end of group stage. So maybe it's a chance for them to get this points difference. But over 159.5 looks better for me here.
Panama - Japan
Both teams don't have good centers but have good defenders. During last 2 years Panama scored only 2 times more than 79 points in friendly with Puerto Rico and in FIBA Americas championship when they lost to Brazil (80-95). In all others games they scored less than 79 points. On this tournament they still have problems in offense with Angola and Spain. In 7 of 8 played quarters they failed to score 20 points.
Japan is a defensive minded team with fast players but not experienced. They can't score from 3 second zone so they are trying to score points by shooting 3pts shots and penetrating. Today japanese defenders will have tough time because Panama quards are really experienced players and they will try to defend well to get this win and stay in the game for playoff spot.
I expect that Japan would not score 70 points today while Panama players would score somewhere between 70-75 points. They only problem I see here is a low class of the teams and their willness to make shots. If they will make their shots this bet could be a nervous one so only a medium stake is recommended.

i dont understand why it should be UNDER ???...watching the previous games of both team i have seen two very hard games for france against some great defences and a lot of easy misses....nigeria was very lucky in 1st match and played expected in 2nd game...and they wre able to score allways over 70......my prediction is that FRA will score at least 85-90 so i guess that NIG should score 55-60 (expect round 75)...
so in my case...i will go for OVER 154,5

Serbia is angry...
They had the French game in their pockets, just to lose it in the penalty shootout in the last 12 seconds. But, however painful that had to be, good thing from that game was the fact the youngsters realized they have what it takes, and just a bot more self-confidence would do it. The play was much better then vs Nigeria, Milicic woke up, Rakocevic too, and the most important they got joined by Askrabic and Popovic, so the team has getting into form.
I see Lebanon game as the perfect ocassion to boost the morale of the team, as this would be the first one they would play without fear, which was their biggest opponent in the opening two games. Also, Jorovic should be back, which would provide a lot more options on 3 and 4, which was obviously the problematic area.
I expect around 30 pts difference.

guys,please write about tomorrow's games, very good chances to earn some money imo,my early predictions are Australia Brazil and Slovenia(i am not expecting USA to trash them)
australia? no. why? because they cant play against defensive style teams. lost their last friendly game against china in defensive basketball. won against Brasilia in totally offensive basketball, and next day lost to Turkey, who demonstrate great defence in second half. Greece defence is better than Turkish. also i think that australia scoring leader Bruton, will score not much points, because it is the same situation as against Lithuania, when Macijauskas after fantastic game against Turkey, was almost nothing in game versus Greece. so probably, first time in this tournament we will see A.Bogut high scoring game

if we talk about Brasil - Turkey, so probably the same chances for both teams, but i can't imagine that Turkey will have 3 victories after 3 matches.
usa - slovenia... i have usa total 102 in my local, and i think i will take over, because slovenia dont like to work in defence. also looks good totals over by small Slovenian players, such as Becirovic, because it will be fast basketball with many 3pointers

I got in on Panama under(seems like I won it already), match almost done. Your opinions here confused me about France(everybody here just doesn't seem to understand, that France is a low scoring team). Japan wins Panama today(Panama sucks too much IMO).
Greece has a major shoting problem, very law percentage,how can you expect to win a match under such bad shoting abilities?? is like if you have 30-33% first serve in tennis, NO WAY to win,unless the opponent is a muppet, and i dont beleive that australia is a muppet,i am waiting my bookie to decide the handicap lines, if any 8.5 in favour of australia or more, i will back aussies with maximum stake as single

It all depends of your opponents, and their strenght. And Australia ain't no Lithuania that's for sure..
