IMO Brondby is a good banker for ACCAs. Difference in class is obvious

Brondby is known for some bad results against lower team in means of European football. Remember 2 years ago when they were eliminated by Ventspils - 0:0 and 1:1 was the result.

It's first match, and unlike the game in Iceland when Brondby didn't have to win, I think in this one they will push more and will able to prevail.

Flora is perfect opponent for them... For me it's easy win for Danish side. I remember Brondby winning easy away with Dinamo Tbillisi few years back...

I definitely go with Brondby this time.
I dont know any Brondby team news but what I know is that difference between Danish and Estonian leagues is enormous. Probably danish side wants to make everything clear in this away match so they could play their home game without any extra preassure on them.
Brondby has started their season in their domestic league very well and this gives me confidence that they are in very good shape at this moment.

imo odds around 1.6 have quite high value.

Agree with Daywalker here.
Flora will play with same squad as vs Lyn in previous round and I still quite amazed how Lyn couldnt create absolutely anything in second game in Tallinn. Bröndby should be clear favourite here but odds lower than 1.60 aint worth to take imo.

hei, Danish friends, what are the latest news about BIF? Injuries, probable line-up, tactics etc... What have the coach and players said prior to away game?

hei, Danish friends

Hej, report from Denmark here!

BIF squad vs Flora Tallinn

1. Casper Ankergren
4. Per Nielsen
5. Mark Howard
6. Marcus Lantz
7. Kasper Lorentzen
8. Kim Daugaard
10. Martin Ericsson
11. Mads Jørgensen
13. Stefan Schmidt
14. Joseph Elanga
17. Morten D. Rasmussen
18. Henrik Kildentoft
19. Peguera Jean Philippe
20. Asbjørn Sennels
21. Thomas Rasmussen
22. Morten Rasmussen
23. Martin Spelmann
26. Mike Jensen
30. Michael Tørnes

Last UEFA cup match against Valur Reykjavik BIF fielded this starting 11:

Casper Ankergren
Per Nielsen
Marcus Lantz
Martin Ericsson
Mads Jørgensen
Joseph Elanga
Henrik Kildentoft
Thomas Rasmussen
Morten Rasmussen
Martin Spelmann
Kim Christensen

Match ended 0-0 (BIF had already won 1st leg 3-1)

Last league game vs Horsens (last weekend) they fielded this 11:

Casper Ankergren
Per Nielsen
Mark Howard
Marcus Lantz
Kim Daugaard
Martin Ericsson
Joseph Elanga
Morten D. Rasmussen
Henrik Kildentoft
Peguero Jean Philippe
Thomas Rasmussen

They trashed Horsens 3-0

This squad included newly signings defender Mark Howard from Manchester United and striker Peguero Jean Philippe from Red Bull New York who scored an excellent goal in this match which was his debut. Also Mark Howard had his debut in this match and performed well.

Against Flora Tallinn a similar starting 11 can be expected which includes the new signings. BIF has also started the danish league well: 3 won, 1 draw in 4 games. BIF coach Meulensteen says before tha Talinn game: "we dont plan to play defensive, we want to control the game and create chances and if we accomplish that we will score the goals".

I expeckt a BIF win like 0-2 or 0-3.

Hard to say if it's a win or not. I think a draw here is very possible too. Flora has had 2 last UEFA games(both draws). Under 2,5 here is very possible too, because Flora has a good defense...

[quote="MvP"][quote=tarzan] I remember Brondby winning easy away with Dinamo Tbillisi few years back...

No friend it was not easy win :!: I was on stadium and watched the game Dinamo was better but in first half was outed Dinamo defender and after it the game was equal... it was very hard game for Brondby :!: Dinamo forwards missed about 5-6 good moments to score..
I don't know flora but I think it will be under or 0-1/2 will win Brondby :)

Brondy looks like a banker but i think it's kinda tricky match.

Brondy lost its good players lately, It s not a easy match for them and i ll try DRAW at this competition.

Brøndby have 2 new players in their squad compared to the last game in the Uefa Cup against Valur, and that is defender Mark Howard who did just got from Manchester U and striker Peguero who they got from New York.

In my opinion Peguero looked very good against Horsens where him and Mark Howard got their debuts, Brøndby won the game with 3-0 and Peguero scored the last goal in the game.

I expect Brøndby to switch from their usual 4-3-3 (4-5-1) to a new 4-4-2 formation, which in my opinion is much better then the other. I think that if Brøndby will attack more then they did against Valur away we will see a comfortable Brøndby victory.

I think it's a hard call.

Two players who's just played one game with the team, and that was against a very bad playing Horsens-team.

Brøndby won't loose the game I'm pretty sure, but it's hard to say if they'll win it, because it's okay to get the draw.

Its righ that both players only have played one game for the club, but in that game Peguero playde very well and improved that team alot, if think with a 4-4-2 formation and attacking mind they will win it.

I think that danish football is overrated.I remember when i lost huge amount of money when very poor Estonian national team played against best squad of Denmark and match ended with 2:2 draw.

Lindpere scored last goal of this match and he is very good form tonight.

Last year Flora lost home against Esjeberg and that was because their coach was very poor then.

Flora lost 6-0 at home to them, surely cant be coach fault all of it.

It's right, but it was against a very bad team, and it was in Brøndby.

@nbamoney.

You can't compare club and national teams. Besides that the danish national team had some very bad month, in the last qualifikation to the WC.

But it's right that most of the danish teams are playing awfull in the european competitions, but Brøndby have shown us before, that they're without competition the best danish team outside Denmark.

They won first leg in Denmark?

This coach was young and dumb.Never player himself.

Current coach is Pasi Rautianen from Finland and he has clear game plan.
