The beginning of the French Ligue 2... I don't see easy games here at the moment, but I think that Caen should win it's first game. Last season only lack of luck stopped them from getting to League 1 and I'm sure that they will fight for it in this season. They're playing in their home team, under the pressure of their fans and vs a new team in ligue 2. I don't know too much about Libourne but I beieve in Cae this time....What do you think about it?

Libourne is a newly promoted club in League and they will have to prove themselves.
The first game of the campaign though could not have been any harder than this one.t
Caen are tipped to get promoted and to win the League along with Strasbourg, Metz and possibly Montpellier.
Surely after the sour end of the last season (promotion missed by 2 goals difference) they will try to do the business this season especially cos it seems they have invested some money to win promotion.
Straight home win for me.

Can any French speaker translate this for us???
Merci!

AJACCIO

hi alls ,

for the start of second ligue , the pretty bet to tempt is certainely chateauroux-tours game . Tours acced to ligue 2 this season , this this an inexperimented team and chateauroux is a stronger home team in this league . In a recent friendly game chateauroux beat tours easely 3-0 , i m convinced that they will make the same thing tomorow and win the game . @1.70 and @1.80 for home win is a good value .

27-07-06, 12:33
Was actually looking at that game too (chateauroux-tours) but then I found out that its a local derby so I prefer to stay away from it.
League 2 has taught me last season that every single game is highly unpredictable so Ill stick to Caen v Libourne only for the opener.

this is a translate:

AJACCIO

A statute of relegated always difficult to assume, the choice of a trainer (Krol) who resembles a bet, not badly of movements in manpower, of wounded during the preparation: the calling card of the Corsicans is not reluisante. Will the quality of the players remaining and the traditional insular will be enough they to reverse this tendency?

AMIENS

Less effects of advertisement, a certain stability, a recruitment discrete but not uninteresting: the Picardy group seems not cut for the tops, but can know one season less difficult than the preceding one.

BASTIA

The large one losing will last season go back some? It is all the question concerning a Corsican team which in lost Penneteau, Sauget and Jau more. The base remains all the same of quality and the recruits (Bridonneau, Jarjat, Mendy) do not strip. The departure will undoubtedly be of primary importance.

BREST

Brought back to modesty by a last exercise of most painful, the Breton ones less did not preserve of it their appetite for the troop movements (six arrivals, eleven departures). The presence of Thierry Goudet since the end of last season and the last experiment should constitute a solid base all the same to avoid new concern.

CAEN

How not to make of the Norman team the hot favorite? Two goals of variation only prevented the Residents of Caen from capping Lorient on the wire. The group is almost identical (Proment to the place of R. Zubar) and the best attack of last season finds Mazure, his/her child cherished. Separately an excess of confidence or accidents against the direct rivals, one sees the podium badly escaping to him.

CHÂTEAUROUX

On the impetus of their end of last season, Castelroussins should be operational. Admittedly, the important players left (Issa Ba, Mansouri, Boukari, Ramos, Hima), but to recover a striker as Mauricio can make only good beside other less famous recruits but to discover.

CRÉTEIL

With the kingdom of instability, the club cristollien had made a pause. Result, it animated last season and shone per moments. However, the old demons re-appeared with the intersaison: change of trainer difficult to seize, departure of the major assets (Sessegnon, Aubanel, Me Bodji, Ekobo) and recruitment portugo-Morrocan full with uncertainties. Albert Rust has bread on the board.

GRENOBLE

A little anonymous last season, the club isérois spent time to choose a coach (Pouliquen), lost some frameworks (Francois, Connen, Caillas) and carried out some bets on the level of recruitment (Juan, Chapuis and Yanev). That is likely to be a little right over the duration to aim high.

GUEUGNON

Relegated eternal of the forecasts, the club blacksmith still will annoy of them more one in spite of the loss of his super Liébus guard. The Trojan Adam still will give more weight to the medium and the unit will profit from an unquestionable stability. The only unknown factor remains that of the attack where the young people lent by Lille (Touré) and Strasbourg (Carlier) will may find it beneficial to make the weight within a sector which finished last division the last season.

GUINGAMP

A priori, there is the heavy one. The arrival of a trainer specialist in the rises (Patrick Remy), targeted recruits but which count (Eudeline, Leuguen, Truchet), gold a public, average superiors with the others. However, by fail in its gone up operation, Guingamp a large pressure was put. Will it be able to forget it to touch finally with the goal?

ISTRES

The club of Provence moved much (14 departures, 11 arrivals), but kept the same trainer and a core of quality. Fallen down in anonymity, it seems to have the means of playing the outsiders.

LE HAVRE

And if it were the good year? With a judiciously reinforced group, the club senior seems to have the means of continuing on its impetus of end of last season and of mixing finally with the fight for the rise.

LIBOURNE

The Penguins impressed the National by their offensive spirit and their regularity. On the higher floor, with a recruitment (eight players) which does not dazzle, it will be necessary for them a large spirit of body not to be in difficulty.

METZ

Standard profile of relegated of L1 which will know a new disillusion. Admittedly, the last Metz-native descent had shown an immediate increase, but it was with Jean Fernandez and a core of quality. This time, with much of young people and the risked foreign bets, welcome in the backwater of L2! A good departure and the experiment of Delhommeau and François are the best assets to avoid the skid and to make a success of a blow at Toulouse here the few seasons.

MONTPELLIER

Héraultais do not speak officially any more about rise, but Jean-François Domergue put on continuity and the progression of the young people to pass higher speed finally. Will this be sufficient to shake the moroseness?

NIORT

Undoubtedly armed with promoted best. The Chamois spent only one year in National. They will thus not be dépaysés and their group seems enough solid not to be made frights.

REIMS

The Champagne club lost twelve elements, but well little were titular. The reinforcements (Liébus, Tourenne, Fauré) are weight. A dangerous rival.

STRASBOURG

In spite of the many departures, the group preserves a large potential and the recruits are not negligible. If Jean-Pierre Papin succeeds in making function his offensive play, while insufflating will to gain and relaxation with its men, the Alsatian ones will be all in top. If not.

TOURS

On paper, Tourangeaux seem one of the teams the least best armed. Will the dynamics of the rise be enough to thwart the unfavourable forecasts?

Caen looks a very decent bet at -1 AH 1.909 @365. They were desperately close to promotion last year and played some of the most attractive footie in Ligue 2. At the end of the season they were pretty much in a formidable form and very strong back at home in Normandie as well, usually getting wins with more than a goal at home.
Defo a contender No.1 in my book for promotion.

Libourne is a bit of a unknown quality to me promoted as 3rd team from Ligue Nationale, so I`d guess they`ll find it difficult to adapt to League 2 standards, where tactical play standard in on a much higher level than Ligue Nationale and thus the difference between games goals ratio in Ligue 2 and Nationale. On top of that team news says they got Polovanets and Daranja unavailable for this one.
All in all I think this is a good AH, for me it`ll move to 1,25 soon, and maybe to 1,5 even some hours prior to kick-off.
Being a first game of the season, I`ll be cautious though and stake 4 pts here.
Over seems a good offer here since Caen and Valanciennes wereby far the most offensive sides in Ligue 2 last time round so Betway offers 2.37 for O, and i`ll have some of that price, small stake.

I am looking to back Strasbourg. Papin is coach. New good players. Last year relegated, so they want fast comeback. Does anyone know something about this match ?

Papin is a joke. He had no experience. I don't think it will be important for Strasbourg. Sure he had been already coach but in minor league, not with professionals. Strasbourg lost 5 keys players.
No bet for me on this game.

Dijon is a strong team. It will be a close game. Draw is most probable.

My only pick for today is Chateauroux to win at 1.80
Odds are decent and Chateauroux got Mauricio a new striker.
Tours is a candidate to the relegation, the attraction will Alexi Kossonogov from Moscow.

Chateauroux 1,80 - Stake 5

Hi all,
For me today there are three matches worth betting :
1- Caen-Libourne : If Caen wants to make it this year to league 1 and taking into accounts the disastrous start they had last year, They know for sure that this first match will give the tempo for the following season. Clear HW for me.

2. Strasbourg-Dijon: JP Papin is Strasbourg new coach. He brought with him a fresh air and dynamism to a team which wasn't bad last year at all in the game but lacked chance. Strasbourg had a very entertaining game and the Uefa cup took its toll from them. Most players are still there and preseason matches showed that the reseults also are there ( 2-0 vs Bayern Munich A')
HW stake :9 CS:2-0

3. Le HAvre-Amiens : An ambitious team vs one who only wants to guarantee its ticket for next season League 2. Le HAvre knows the battle for the L1 will be tough and Home win is a must.
HW Stake :8

....chateauroux is a stronger home team in this league .

hmm, last season their record was 6-9-4 25-21 27p only 3 of the other 19 teams had a worse record 8O

Not really what you would call on of the stronger home teams in my opinion.

Maybe a small bet on X2 in game Ajaccio-Niort!
From Ajaccio's official website: Ajaccio will start the championship considerably weakened : Rodrigo, Chafni, Scarpelli, Rocchi, Connen, Mandrichi and Lesueur will be absent in tonight's match.
So with all these absents I see value on X2.

Creteil - Guingamp

Ahead enters the sharp one of the subject
by Amaury
It is the recovery! One month after having begun again the Guingamp drive will find the perfume of League 2. For this springtide, Ahead its label of favourite lost to take again a statute of outsider who corresponds more to his image and his values. Vis-a-vis with Creteil, the stake is double for the men of Patrick Remy: to take a good departure and to overcome the Indian sign: Guingamp did not gain its first match of championship any more since the season 1998-1999...
Surprised beginning of championship of League 2 last season, Creteil hopes well to set out again on the same bases. The club cristolien lived a intersaison very agitated with step less than 12 arrivals to date for 12 departures! It is Albert Rust, the former trainer of the Brest-native Stage, which succeeds Hubert Velud with the head of the team first. At the time of its preparation, the new club of Lionel Bah (which will not play vis-a-vis Guingamp due to wound) carried out four matches of preparation (a victory, no one and two defeats). A mitigated assessment which should all the same be relativized being given the significant number of movements in manpower cristolien. Guingamp knows it, the truth of the friendly matches is not inevitably that of the competition. Then mistrust.

During the intersaison, Creteil lost two players important of its manpower avid to discover League 1. Stephan Sessegnon, the promising cristolien medium left to join Mans whereas its fellow-member Me Bodji chose Lorient in order to express his talents of striker. On the level of the arrivals, Creteil comes to make sign this week tested the Frederic Danjou who evolved/moved last season with AC Ajaccio Leagues 1 of them. Always in the defensive compartment, Cédric Elzéard engaged with the club cristolien after two seasons spent to Brest. The leaders of Creteil also recruited Lionel Bah to reinforce the medium with ground. In attack, Creteil will be able to count on the ex-Clermontois Sabri Tabet and Nabil Baha, arrived coming from Braga at Portugal.

Even if all the season is not exploited this match, one knows the importance to take a good departure. A victory vis-a-vis with Creteil would come to consolidate the work carried out by staff since now a month and would give confidence to a whole group. And without confidence...

Movements of the intersaison:

Bah (Guingamp), Baha (Braga), Danjou (AC Ajaccio), El Omari (Maritimo Funchal), Cédric Elzéard, Lavoyer (Romorantin), Montaroup (Orleans), Mendes (Plymouth, ANG), Ribault (Marseilles), Rui Dolores (Paços Ferreira), Rust (Entr. free), Salze (Cannes), Tabet (Clermont), Vareilles (Bayonne), Elzéard (free)

ISTRES-BASTIA 2.55 2.70 2.85

In spite of a still incomplete manpower but which underwent only very few modifications, Sporting approaches this second season Leagues 2 with the same objective of them, to join the elite. The task will be difficult because the championship is announced more difficult and the applicants more than the last season.
Also, while waiting for the arrival of reinforcements, it is important to start well and, vis-a-vis with a istréenne team which hardly succeeds to them, the Bastians must set out again on the same bases as last year and obtain at the Parsemain stage a victory which appears with their range.

Teams
After a beginning of rather promising championship, Istréens carried out L’last year one season with quickly forgetting. They flirté during the major part of the season with the zone of relegation and it was necessary to wait the very last days to attend a reaction which enabled them to finish in the thirteenth place and to carry on their road Leagues 2 of them. The leaders do not want to live the nightmare of L last’year any more and wish to approach the top of the table. Recruitment was consequent with the arrivals of the defenders Adjamossi (Agreement SSG), Suriano (Auxerre) and Coulibaly (Auxerre), of the mediums Bru (Rennes) and Kharbouch (Racing CF 92), of L’assailing Aubanel (Creteil), for which it is necessary to add the return of N’Diaye which had been lent to L’ACA. L’equips muscular defensively and was thus reinforced sobrement in the offensive construction industry.
It is difficult to have a precise idea about the potential of Istréens. During the preparation, they disputed six friendly matches and obtained a victory vis-a-vis in Troyes (1-0), a defeat against Martigues (0-1) and four results null vis-a-vis in Nice (2-2), Sedan (1-1), Marseilles (1-1) and Montpellier (1-1). Even if one cannot draw from hasty conclusions after these meetings, one can note that Provençaux box few goals but N’do not mark much of it. For each formation, it is important to start well and there is no doubt that Istréens will want to republish their performance of L’last year.

Sporting believed throughout last season in the increase and L’together of the sporting press presented it elsewhere’D like grandissime favorite. Unfortunately, a catastrophic end of season L’relegated to a not very brilliant sixth place. S’there was since questioning of the leaders and much of changes on the level of the structures, with in particular L’arrived of Charles Orlanducci at the post of president, L’effective evolved/moved very little. L’equips standard, five players left, Nicolas Penneteau, David Sauget, Bernt Haas, Fabrice Jau and Mounir Diane. They were replaced by Florian Jarjat, Damien Bridonneau, Franco Dolci and Frederic Mendy, two or three other players should join the group D’here little. While waiting, L’equips preserved a certain homogeneity and it should be powerful from the beginning.
L’objective of the club is identical to that of L’last year, to join League 1 as soon as possible. For that, it will be necessary to be competitive upon the departure bus the championship S’announces tighter than the precedent and the applicants much more. One can quote in the disorder Caen, Le Havre, Strasbourg, Metz and Ajaccio, plus the possible spoilsports such Creteil or Montpellier.
In 2005-2006, Bastia S’was made a speciality of displacements but S’was tilted at Provençaux. It should be wished that the group preserve the same values of combativeness and solidarity which allowed him D’to obtain from so good results with L’external, qu’it takes its revenge against a team which hardly succeeds to him and qu’he starts this championship on good rails.

Referees
The meeting will be directed by Mr Pascal Viléo assisted Messrs Claude Martinez and Hubert Lopez. The fourth referee will be Mr Nicolas Rainville.
Bachelor with the Aquitanian League, federal 1 jusqu’at the end of the season 2003-2004 and currently federal 2, Mr. Viléo was named referee of the Federation in 1993. Last season, it arbitrated Sporting twice, the 11/11/2005 Bastia-Gueugnon (2-0) cash for the sixteenth day of championship (2-0) and the 21/04/2006 Bastia-Caen (0-2) cash for the thirty-fifth day.

CAEN-LIBOURNE 1.55 3.50 5.50

SM Caen - Libourne Saint-Seurin
Friday evening with 20h00, after having disputed five matches of preparation, the malherbists return in the sharp one of the subject by receiving one of the three promoted, the FC Libourne St Seurin. The reds and blue thus will try to start their season 2006/2007 as well as possible.

The men of Franck Dumas remain on good services at the time of their friendly matches with four victories with the key. They garnered besides the full one with confidence at the time of their last match by registering 5 goals with the FC Turns, so recent promoted to him.
The malherbists will find a stage D' Ornano full with hope with orée of this springtide. There is no doubt that the Caen-native supporters will accomodate the players with same enthusiasm as at the end of the last season.
Vis-a-vis to them, the fellow-members of Sebastien Mazure will face one promoted which one will not have to take with light even if on paper confrontation between the two teams does not seem equitable. The objective of the two clubs is opposed with side, the Malherbe Stage which wishes to find the elite, other a club which will discover for the first time of its history the professional world with like ambition remaining there.
For their first match at this level, the men of Didier Tholot certainly will seek to take the temperature. One can thus expect to see a folded up team and probably playing it against.

Finally!!! Since last 26 May, we waited all this moment... This first match of League 2 for the FC Libourne Saint Seurin which, though it arrives, will mark the history of this club nait of the agreement of Libourne and Saint Seurin/l' Isle in 1998....

For this first exit, Didier Tholot and his men will rub with a very serious applicant for the rise Leagues 1 of them. Last season the residents of Caen had failed for 3 small goals of the accession the most level of the French foot. The team of Franck Dumas benefitted besides from the intersaison to be reinforced with the arrivals of the Metz-native defender Grégory Proment and the attacker Sebastien Mazure returned to the fold after a passage last season with Saint Etienne.

As much to say that for the penguins, the mission will be delicate out of Caen-native ground but the libourno holy seurinois us accustomed to see it moving mountains.

For this meeting, Didier Tholot has to make with the wounds of Zvonimir Deranja and Kristijan Polovanec. He also decided to occur from the three last recruits of the club in lack of time of play Thomas Deruda, Fabrice Begeorgi and Anthony Moura.

The new heads will thus be represented by Aurélien Faivre, Maxime Brillault, Romain Salin, Vincent Gragnic and Raphaël Livramento. For these last three, the perfume of League 2 will come to remind the memories of rough combat on the professional lawns, fights that they will carry out throughout the season under the struck shirt of the penguin.

That to say those which lived the CFA2, CFA, out of cut of France and the rise last May. One tends to forget that Lilian Astier, Laurent Delchié, Jef Douence, Régis Castant, Joel Kouassi and Mathieu Ligoule are penguins since long date. For them also this match will be surely particular.

What is sure, they is that the penguins will be justified like never, ready to unstitch some, spearhead solidarity.

It is certain, our hearts will beat strong towards 20h at the time of the entry on the lawn of the men of Didier Tholot. This evening the penguins enter of full foot professional football with for only objective making the best possible match and bringing back the best result of Michel D' Ornano.

(this is from Montpellier's site.)

Ca is there! That made almost two months and half that the epilogist of the season 2005 - 2006 had fallen. Sad a 12e place in one season which promised much. With a trève much longer, due to the World cup which saw Italy triumphing in front of a team over very tempting France, Clubs of League 2 taken again ontr the way of the Drive. They will be 20 at the beginning, Ajaccio, Amiens, Bastia, Brest, Caen, Chateauroux, Creteil, Dijon, Grenoble, Gueugnon, Guingamp, Istres, Le Havre, Libourne Saint Seurin, Metz, Niort, Rheims, Strasbourg, Tours and well on Montpellier H.S.C for only 3 places for the Elite next May.During this intersaison, Montpellier will have misé on stability. Mansour ASSOUMANI signed in Saarbrucken, Herve BUGNET joined the Gold Coast and the club of Dijon. On his side, Sebastien MICHALOWSKI whose contract was not renouvellé carries out some tests including one in Mons lately. With the ray of the arrivals, Montpellier was shown less agitated than the last year. This Intersaison will have made it possible Montaño to engage with Montpellier Herault for 4 years after a first very promising season in loan. Didier NEUMANN, the medium of Sedanais Ground and Robert MALM before resident of Brest center are the two new faces which will raise the Red and White Shirt. This season, marks also the return to the sources of the Club. Exit Blue and Orange! Montpellier will play the house, as at the time of Di Nallo, Ouattara or Valadier. In Red in residence, White outside. The 3e shirt will be of Black Color.Jean François DOMERGUE has also some little altered his Staff. Thierry LAUREY yielded his place of trainer associated to Pascal BAILLS, Jean CASAMATTA leaves the Christian MASI Intendance and it is Ghislain PRINTANT who will direct team CFA of the MHSC instead of Michel DER ZAKARIAN left in the Canaries Nantes. After a rather conclusive series of match friendly which saw the Héraultaise team facing teams of various let us échellons (L1, L2, National, CFA and Régionale selection). No defeat for the band with Carotti! 3 Victories and 2 matches null made it possible to Jean François DOMERGUE to choose the first 16 players who will make displacement in Grenoble.Without LAFON and LAFOURCADE, the Pailladin Coach thus chose Pionnier, Jourdren, Clément, Ngambi, Mendy, Colombo, Chakouri, Neumann, Carotti, Taouil, Delaye, Atik, Darbion, Montaño, Malm and Cissé will leave Montpellier Thursday to join Isere where the first of the 38 steps waits! "to start Well contrary to the preceding years will be Primordial! When one starts well, one has always more chances to finish well!" declare Robert MALM who adds "Didier and me are there to bring one more to the level of the experiment of League 2. Us will not revolutionneront all, there is a group which lives together since 2 years, which has a beautiful enthusiasm and which wants to grow together. It is a true happiness there to be, even if the World cup delayed my arrival! That made one year that we were in contact with the Club, then well on which I have desire for helping this group, but it is together that we will arrive there!"A sentence which does not go without rapeller a slogan become famous since last June....

PS If i am not wrong LAFOURCADE was Montpellier's first scorer last year , if someone knows that pls.

LE HAVRE-AMIENS 1.90 2.90 4.15

Uvenard: "L’objectif must transcend us"

C’est tomorrow evening at 8 p.m. which begins season 2006/2007 with regard to League 2. For its first match, the HAC receives l’équipe d’Amiens. A formation aguerrie on this level of the competition and which could play the spoilsports in this particularly open championship.
The Sky and Navy do not hide behind certain false modesty. L’objectif is clearly posted: The increase Leagues 1 of them. Thierry Uvenard and his group launch out in the great bath, ready to take up the challenge: " To take the three points of the victory, that starts as of tomorrow against Amiens. My speech is simple: With each time l’on gains, one will approach a little more League 1. "
After an intense preparation and favorable friendly matches but which remain above all the friendly matches, l***817;entrainor native of Le Havre known as serene and particularly slackened: " If the coach were tended how you would like that the players are not it. L’objectif must transcend us and not paralyse us ".
Certain of the quality of his manpower, Thierry Uvenard does not seem to disturb by l’absence of several wounded players, or who return very right from wound. Djamel Aït Ben Idir, Didier Digard (who took again l’entraînement normally this week), Frederic Fouré which recovers d’un problem from back, Alim Médaci (knee), Adama Soumaré, will not be on the sheet of match: " My manpower is sufficiently packed to mitigate these absences ".

Indeed, except the left side, where there are three players for two stations, in all the other compartments of the play, the stations are doubled. The HAC version 2006/2007 wants to be conqueror and especially wishes to find more the high-level as of the end of the season. The coach believes in it, the players also, a beautiful victory tomorrow against Amiens and c’est a whole public which would start to dream of League 1. The Native of Le Havre has now awaited that for several years. Let us cross the fingers so that this year is the maid.
Pascal Leclerc
The group retained for the match vis-a-vis in Amiens:
Blondel – Mandanda – Baca – Seck – Ducrocq – Gauvin – Bédimo – Martot – Kharbouchi – Devaux – Anin – – went; Davidas – Lesage – Hoarau – Traoré

This is from Amien's site.

Ludovic BATELLI: "the v?t?c' is the comp?tion"

It is not without a certain?tion that Ludovic BATELLI goes d?ter one season in L2 since?areille?que last year, it was in qu? of a club.
This is why it appr?e much these moments.

It is also for us, the occasion, to draw up with him the situation of the?ipe?8 hours of the blow of sending of the match in Le Havre:
"A the exit of the last entra?ment, Thursday morning July 27, we will make a first choice of group, indicates the entra?ur ami?is. It will?demment relate to only the match of Le Havre because there will remain about it still 37?ffectuer. It is the history of a group, a human adventure which starts. It is to also do what could never?e r?is?usqu'?r?nt, it is?anger to finish at least 8?.
We are well pr?r? We have well travaill?Ce which int?sse also, it is me to see how we will be located compared to the others in the qualit?e manpower, in the qualit?e what we will be able to produce on the level of the play. It is thus with the d?t a m?nge of impatience but a also little nervosit?br />Les matches of pr?ration have apport?or batch of information but the v?t?c' is the championship, the comp?tion.
It is only at the end of five matches that we will be able to make a small assessment because we have four of them tr?cors?m? if I wonder whether it is not to better meet such adversaries when they are still in grinding ".

When it is asked to him whether it is not a little concerned in this d?t of season (choice?ertains stations and especially wounds), Ludovic BATELLI r?nd which it has no?t? at the moment o?bsp; it must compose its?ipe.
"Each entra?ur must make choices and it is jug??essus. Most difficult, it is not statement with the player whom it will not play but to make the good choice. I do not have any?t? and I am pay?our that and to advance the group. I have only one concern, it is that to put best the?ipe on the ground and to have the best possible bench.
I do not know any entra?ur in the world which composes its?ipe so that it loses. Lastly, I hold account also of all the?ments which are pr?nt?durant the pr?ration.
Now, if we have concern, it is on the level small p?ns concerning in particular Tristan LAHAYE. It has a small breakdown of the fastener of the right ant?or and it will not be able to play in Le Havre ".

In addition, Ludovic BATELLI will not align Issiar DIA which is not entered? since 48 hours:
"For Issiar, it is a psychological preoccupation with an order. It is currently in a psychological vacuum which makes that it is not in the best provisions to start a comp?tion. It is not well pr?r?u all and it did anything a little. With its d?arge, it is living things compliqu? on the mental level. It is 19 years old and it is young. It falls to him a trick like?sur T?. Personally, I am not upset with him but simply, I told him not g?er a thing: its qualit?e player. I tell him entra?r, to work and progress: what it does not do in this moment.

REIMS-BREST 2.40 2.80 2.95

Rheims - Brest-native StageMatch Friday 28.07.06 to 8 p.m. at the stage Auguste Delaune. Withrbitre of the meeting: Gaël Lecellier27.07.06 | The Brest-native groupHere the group of sixteen players retained by Thierry Goudet for this first day of championship. Few surprises to be noted. Marco Randrianantoanina, finally qualified, formed part of displacement. The resident of Brest coach should align the following team tomorrow evening:Elana - Bourgis, Charpenet, Poulard, Massot - Auriac, Guégan, Bigné, Liabeuf - Jock, De CarvalhoSubstitutes: Lachuer, Randrianantoanina, Oliveira, Sarr, El HajriA new departure And it set out again for a springtide! The 20 teams are aligned on the starting line for this race of 38 stages. And like often, considerable teams have the ambition to take down a place on the podium. But year by year, the championship of League 2 becomes increasingly tight, increasingly difficult, "accessible" of the teams with strong potential like Strasbourg and Metz, just relegated of League 1 or Montpellier, Caen, Le Havre which dream to go back rapidement.Pour there this starts championship, the Brest-native Stage moves out of Champagne in order to face the Stage of Rheims. Last season, Rémois finished 14e with 45 points by ensuring a maintenance less stressing that that of the previous season. Like the Residents of Brest, Rémois will begin to them 3e consecutive season Leagues 2 of them. The old stage Auguste Delaune which knew the great hours of the Stage of Rheims in the Fifties is currently in work. A first section was carried out with the construction of two new platforms (presidential and northern). The stage Auguste Delaune is thus currently a half-stage. The 2e section of work must be completed during 2007. With this tool, the leaders rémois hope to see growing their club.During the intersaison, Rémois separated from a certain number of players like Wéber (Istres), Bah (Guingamp), Balijon (Laval), Delmotte (fine of career), Truchet (Lyon then Guingamp). But the leaders rémois have many ambitions for this season and n the other hand, they obtained the signatures of Barralon (Lille), Burle (Valencian), Fontenette (Beveren, Belgium), Liébus (Gueugnon), Tourenne (Troyes) like Fauré (Istres). Two old Residents of Brest, Didot and Maspimby always appear in manpower rémois. The friendly matches of the "stadists" gave place to a mitigated assessment: after two victories against Saint-Dié and Dudelange, Rémois fell in front of Mouscron and Cherbourg before making null match against Sedan. It would be illusory to draw some conclusions from them on the level from Rémois; the competition begins this Friday and has nothing to do with the matches preparation!

Yoann Bigné will discover League 2 Friday in Rheims.
Brest-native side, one will thus begin the third consecutive season Leagues 2 with the hope of them to take a new departure and to erase the against-performances of the preceding exercise in order to live until next May a little peacefully. After being gradually gone up in power progressively with the matches of preparation, Olivier Guegan and his fellow-members are in a hurry now to return in the sharp one of the subject. By this displacement out of ground rémoise, the players of Thierry Goudet know that they approach a delicate beginning of season, on paper in any case, with four displacements into six matches and of the meetings vis-a-vis to serious candidates with the accession like Caen, Metz or Bastia. Admittedly it is always early to draw from the assessments at the end of five or six days but a good departure in a championship as tight as that of League 2 is always an asset undeniable and often synonymous with good season! To note with the passage that, for the first time since four years, the Residents of Brest will begin their championship by a match outside. It would be interesting to bring back at least a point of Rheims in order to tackle the season well. Effective side, Thierry Goudet will have to deplore two absences: that of Matthieu Bochu which looks after its ankle sprain contracted at the time of the meeting held on July 15 vis-a-vis in Guingamp and Nicolas Sahnoun, always in delicacy with its knee (and suffering of a light tendinitis since the beginning of the week). On the other hand, two last recruits Brest-native, Jérémie Jock and Marco Randrianantoanina, which signed Tuesday (and which hopes to be qualified Friday), should answer the call.

I have read this sentence in Le Havre match preview;

" The coach believes in it, the players also, a beautiful victory tomorrow against Amiens and c’est a whole public which would start to dream of League 1. "

I don't know how Le Havre's players r good but if players and their coach think to finish the league top 3, they can win Amiens tonight..

For Grenoble Montpellier

Montpellier has made that 2 transfers for this season :

The arrived of Didier Neumann ( very good player ,ex midfield of Sedan )
and the arrived of Robert Malm ( very good player too, ex great striker of Brest ).

This match is a " little derby " ( just 200 Km ). THe last match enter Montpellier and Grenoble at Montpellier was 1-1 ( last year ) whit 300 people of grenoble ! and the last match at grenoble was 2-2 ! ( the montpellierains were very tired because was 3 days after league cup ! )

The " palladais " have do 5 good match friendly : win 12-0 vs vittel ( Amateur team ), win2-1 At Sete ( goals of Lafourcade and Chakouri ), draw vs Toulouse ! :o , 2-0 vs Rodez and last draw vs Istres ( goal of Delaye ) PERFECT PREPARATION :)

For this match against Grenoble, the montpellierains will play completely released!

For Grenoble , they have a new "experimantiv" coach ( Yvon Pouliquen ).
Good preparation for GF38 too : lose 0-5 vs Lyon, draw 0 0 vs Nice, 2-1 Vs Yverdon and 1-2 vs Nice.

Arrived of WIMBEE ( keeper of Metz ) , CHapuis ( striker ), Robin ( Of Ajjacio )

In the 1st match all is posible. The team of MHSC is very motivate and GF38 Too. I think 4500-5000 people for this match. Montpellier is " feW better " and more ambitions .

The key of the match evening between the 2 teams will be the capacity to defend and not to miss the possiblities of goal :P .Match can be closed too.

My bet Montpellier X2 and under 2.5

I read after finish of last season, that there will be some changes i.e.
win over 2 goals - 4 points
draw - 0 points (if score is 0:0)
and so on
Are there any changes actually or rules are the same?

....chateauroux is a stronger home team in this league .

hmm, last season their record was 6-9-4 25-21 27p only 3 of the other 19 teams had a worse record 8O

Not really what you would call on of the stronger home teams in my opinion.

well maybe i have not a very nice english language , i would to say that chateauroux is a strong team at home , very difficult to beat even they had not good records last year . tours is a poor team and a new team , chateauroux must win these kind of games . And they won it :D

Nice start for me and you if you see my predictions.

I have watched Strasbourg-Dijon and it was a hard narrow game. Even if Dijon miss a penalty they have some ability to play counter-attack. At home it's more difficult. Strasbourg will be better in few weeks. Tum is a good play and need only confidence.
