Despite that fact, I still believe that hosts are too strong.They have made an unbelievable start to the season in Denmark and they have a great chance to go through the next round in order to qualify to a group phase. I wish`em every luck.
Anyway, Copenhagen prefers attacking style of play and I am also looking forward to lots of goals.

Yes I agree on that, this is one of the games, I expect high win from the home side. 3-0 or about look like possible result to me. Simply, the difference between Danish and Finnish teams is huge. Besides, FCK is the best Danish team at the moment, while MyPa only represent an average in Finnland at the time.

Even if MyPa was the best team in the Finnish league, they would still lose to FCK, just by mentioning the huge difference between Finnish and Danish soccer leagues...
I agree FCK are huge favourite, and I am sure santos would like to end his Danish stay in style...he will play last game Wednesday.
But but but. 1,35 on FCK! I see no value whatsoever! I know FCK are tough at home, but who doesnt remember the 0-5 game against Slovenians Gorica 2 years ago!
Unless Mypa are missing players, I can only see the bookies celebrate about those taking that odds!

I would say, that the difference between FCK and Broendby and any Finnish team is so unbelievable, that I just cannot see any other result but a clear HW.
Will wait, till someone gives any clues, whether the handicap -1,5 is worth a shot.
I agree in the class difference. But Danish team somehow doesnt leave uo to expectations in Europe the last 5 years. Both FCK and Brondby have been really dissapointing
I can just repeat what's been said here before, I can't see MyPa getting anything here either. MyPa will just try and defend for the 0-0 as long as possible, but with FCK seemingly being in good form, a HW is very much expected.
The odds are of course nothing to get excited about and I'lll stay away.

well, a local bookie...I don't expect anything higher :) I dream of the time I get 18 (10 months to go) and start betting on the net. Now I must satisfy with this.

Well...I´m from Denmark and I follow FCK in our league. I must say they are looking really strong this year. They will for sure win the danish premier ship but FCK always have trouble in the big games. And yes this is one of them, even though MYPA is a lower ranked team. So be careful with the handicap odds. Copenhagen will be happy with 2-0 in this game for sure.
Well if we look at MYPA...I would say y guys are making them worse than they really are. Alright Finish football is not as good as the danish league that´s true, but I will rank MYPA as the same level as mid/low in the danish super Liga.
This should mean that FCK will beat these guys fairly easy. But remember this is a ticket for CL. MYPA will fight for 90. min and live on the few chances they will get.
I´m sure FCK will go through to the next stage...but as a fan of FCK I tell..this might not be a walkover. I expect FCK to win with 1 or 2 goals. But most important = No goals for MYPA...

If I'd get 1.4 in odds for HW somewhere, I'd probably take it too. But the best odds I can find for HW is 1.25, so I'll stay away,

Because I estimate 3-0 at around 10% and couldn´t find sufficient odds (>10) anywhere.
MyPa continues UCL qualifying against FCK (FC Copenhagen) tomorrow quite late comparing to normal league games, 21.45 Finnish time.
MyPa head coach Ilkka Mäkelä hopes late time won't disturb MyPa.

FCK is generally rated as a top team of Nordic countries. According to Mäkelä this is good challenge for MyPa players.
- We must get up to this challenge and do our task. Enjoy every minute and have courage to play our game, says Mäkelä.
Mäkelä saw FCK against Silkeborg last weekend as FCK won 4-1.
- I didn't really saw any weakness of FCK but now I know how they attack.
Mäkelä thinks FCK controls the game and underlines that MyPa must produce on chances they have.
- They'll keep the ball but we must play and move well to create something. I also hope we defense wisely, says Mäkelä.
- We can't either lose the ball every time. We must also attack, not only defense.
MyPa has played well in recent euro cup away matches with scoring a goal in last four of them.

F.C. Copenhagen’s brazilian striker, Álvaro Santos, moves to french club FC Sochaux. Both clubs do not wish to publish any financial numbers of the agreement.
Álvaro completes his switch August 1st 2006, and is therefore eligible to play F.C. Copenhagens Champions League qualifier wednesday against finnish side Mypa-47. The match will be the last in the Copenhagen jersey.

I think Kopenhagen is going to win tonight. MyPa is not in good form althoygh they have many more official games than Kopenhagen.

Linderoth and Alback? No way I'm gona play on them again after WC. :? And definetely after FC Kopenhagen had that 0-5 with Gorica few years back.
They are not a team to back with low odds imo. And you cannot trust them outside Danish league.
And I think Mypa can give them decent fight, even though they ain't doing particulary good in their league. But as you all know, results in the league sometimes doesn't mean anything...
Meeting MyPa is a bit another affair for Allbäck and Linderoth than playing in the WC. :wink:
I can't still think of any other outcome than HW here, otherwise it would be the surprise of the year, so far IMO.
Well well out of what the hell is this HYPE about FCK created? They bought half-decent players below the peak of their careers like Tobias Linderoth and Markus Alback. Played 2 games in SASligaen and all of a sudden huge favs here. Ok Mypa is poor and a shadow of the team that won Veikkaus but still this is a Scandinavian derby, CL match and I know Finns are not great footballers but they have a lot of pride and would make life tough for FCK, make no mistake of that.
FCK probably wins this one, but I won`t put my money on such crappy odds. Odds for HW should 1,4+
I dont know what makes ppl bet on such odds for FCK, while there are few far better offers than this one tonite .
Just checked 365 hdcps MyPa +2.5 is 1,4 that is they give 30% chance for 3+ margin victory of FCK, and this is surreal... If anything Mypa who has pathetic attack, has solid defensive line... Really too much hype about FCK here :roll:

Forget about the match against Gorica, this team is totally different since FCK let almost all players from that match go! A lot og things has changed since then, and FCK is now - with no doubt - the top club i Scandinavia, and financially one of the best run in the world :!:
As for Linderoth and Allback...well Linderoth was one of the best swedes and many from sweden preffered Allback instead of Ibrahimovic...why? Because he played well! And what a header against England...
Grønkjær is, in my oppinion one of the best attacking wings around, he just dont have the mentality to play abroad, far from friends and family, and unlike many others money is not that important!
FCK has NT players on all positions and even on the bench, this is unique for Scandinavian standards.
Still, danish teams tend to fail in europe, so personally I haven´t decided yet
