Neteller

Hi all
Does anybody use Neteller account to transfer money?
Why to use credit card and send them ID or passport photos after that,wait for confirmation?Will somebody explain me please?

I actually have an account in Neteller and it took just 6 hours to deposit
money from my bank account in Israel to Barclays bank in London.I also
registered and verified my bank account with them,so in future i will be
able to withdraw money from Neteller to my local bank(i hope that there
will be something to withdraw if i not lose it all) :lol:
