Let me firstly put this in context ... I have maybe 15online sportsbook accounts and the same for casinos. And this for some two years.
I tried to open an account at skybetvegas and they had absolutely no problem taking my money from the account.
But, I couldnt log in. I emailed three times - no reply. I rang, spoke to the unhelpful eddie who said he would sort everything out in "10 minutes". An hour later. I check again but now I have been upgraded to "account suspended".
It turns into such a drawn out affair now ... I am so cross with them ... apparently my address is "a bit funny", etc ... all sorts of off the cuff **** from the guy. Or maybe a software thing (he didnt know and couldnt care less)
End result, as a goodwill gesture they will return my deposit in four to six working days.
Really, read my posts at the Daily Punt, SBR, BA, etc ... I back bookies against rogues and I have lost nothing here (I must say) ... but, god, if skybet and their CS Eddie are the future of the 'online experience' then I am going back to MacBet tommorrow (shudder)
