Globet try to cheat me???

I need your help guy!!!! i won 19000 euro with globet and i asked them to receive my money back, this was not my first win but they ask me to send copy of credit card, my passport copy and ecc, for me was strange!!! they ask me only this time, after that i won this money not before in other small winning, i send all documents and i don`t receive any answer, today they told me that they did not receive my e-mail, impossible i send them twice and all other message that i send them are arrived.
Anybody know the situation of that company, they are good??? financial ok??? or like other bookie near to bankrupt????

u shulda withdraw when u had the time with smaller amounts so u know it can be safe like 3 4 5 Thousand!! not 20 thousnad!! if that would be the problem with 3 4 5 then u can take it all out and dont use it again!!

Remember that the phone call it's way faster than email. Had a problem with moneybookers and was waiting for their response by email for more than a week. Phoned them and problem was solved in 5 minutes.
And the identification process it's absolutly necessary, because of the money laundering policy.

as i understand,you've tried to withdraw all your money once.and gamebookers are give you maximum 5000 usd payout per day,so,try to withdraw less amount every day,let's say 1000 euro per day.and do it every day.but now,the point is:you can still see your money in your ballance account when you login,or how is the situation of your account now?

thanks everybody to answer me, i wait 3 days but situation is still hard to solve, i advise to cancel, delete globet from serious bookmakers, i don`t fell so good to receive my money back, they continue to say everything is ok but i don`t see money, i think they are not honest company , maybe close to bankrupt, if you cant` pay 19000 euro how can you be a international bookmakers, if a guy win 80000 euro what they do???? maybe they kill him???? i don`t know what to do......please guy help me... thanks
