Österreichischen Buchmacherverband ?

I would like to hear if anybody know or have any experience about the Austrian Bookmakerassociation? Are they capable to help punters that have complains/pay-out-problems with a bookmaker that are "signed up" at the association ?

I haven´t got a 2000 euro pay out from a austrian bookmaker, that I requested the 15. May. Since then I have emailed the bookmaker a couple of times and the 7. July they said the money was sent to me - but I haven´t got my pay out . The 25. July I sent the Österreichischen Buchmacherverband a complain about the bookmaker, where I described my "problem", BUT I haven´t got any reply .

It isn´t a bet that is the problem. All my bets are/have been allright and my pay out was shown:

The "only problem" is that I haven´t received the pay out :!:

Misses Söllner will surely try to help you but maybe they have holidays now..i phoned with her many times in last years.

Last year have had big payout problems with Certbet too,but nowadays they have bew big sponsor and payout shouldn't be any problem.

I sent the complain (25.07) both to >Ihre anfrage< at http://www.buchmacherverband.at , and to Monika Söllner (as I have previously asked if I could write in english, cause my german is too bad)
But as you mention, maybe all have still holiday ? Except punters that can´t afford it, cause bookies won´t pay out :cry:

My "story" is:

The 15.05: I requested a payout at Certbet.com and the amount was also removed from my bettingaccount

About a month later, the 13. June, I haven´t received my payout and I emailed Certbet, but they didn´t reply
The 16.06 I again emailed Certbet, but still I got no answer
The 20.06 I emailed Certbet for the third time, and a Mag. Günther Schartner replied:
>>I`m gonna check out what`s going on and contact you soon! <<

14 days later I had not heard from Certbet, so the 5. July I emailed once again Certbet and Mag. Günther Schartner replied:
>>Dear Mr. , we have sent the cheque this week! Best regards <<

The 25.07 I sent the complain , because I got NO MONEY :!:

Today I´ve got my payout from Certbet and I think it´s the complain to Certbet, made through the austrian bookmakerassociation, that have turned it out the right way for me.

But it´s too bad to wait more than 3 months, and to have to write several emails to the bookie and a complain to the austrian bookmakerassociation ! Shame on Certbet !

In some way, I doesn´t hope some longterm bets at Certbet are going to be right - so I have to "struggle" once again :?
