A warning.

Do not bet with these people. I have been trying to make a withdrawl since the begining of December 2004. The latest e-mail from them actually says they WILL NOT PAY ME. My money is still in my account with them, they will still let me bet my money but they will not pay me out.

Stay well away.

These people are crooks

What reason they gave you to not pay?

If you need help to contact them, send me a PM.

They claimed i had multiple accounts. I have talked to them. From the customer service guy, to the ceo. All i get is "send an e-mail" to which they do not reply.

They do not even belong to I.B.A.S.

These people are not proper bookies

benney50, really? Simply I wanted to open account here, but now I don't know - should I do it or not?

Hi :)

I am from the UK. Personally i would be very careful about having an account with bet-at-home.

It is up to you but i am not alone in having huge problems retrieving my money from these people.
There are plenty of other good internet bookies out there.

hope this helps :)

I highly disagree!

Bet-at-home are an excellent bookie for me!
They just processed a bank transfer withdrawal of 3000 euro withing 2 working days!

My compliments for them!
I never had any problems with them.

I'm based in the UK - I have £1,250 with them which I've just tried to withdraw. I've sent my passport and credit card copies and they're telling me it will take up to two weeks to check my details. This is nonsense, surely? It takes no time at all with every other bookmaker.

The money finally arrived in my account today. Not a bookmaker I'll be recommending. :?
