After the nice winnings in the GS thread from today, I checked already the early odds at Back2Bet, where already some hundreds Euros are available on a couple of duels.

Firstly, unfortunately, I see only value in Karlsson 1.75 against Buraas. As a backup of my opinion, Austrian bookmaker Betandwin has Karlsson for win @ 30.0 tomorrow, and list racers until to 80.0, but Buraas is not listed.

For me 60-65% winning of Karlsson.

For other duels, I hope that odds will rise, no value so far, but we will see! :D

Adding two more:

Neureuther - Grubelnik 1, 1.65 Expekt, 6/10

Neureuther very strong in Beaver Creek, finishing on 6th spot and certainly one of the young drivers from whom we will hear a lot this season. I expect him to repeat his performance today, while Grubelnik shall not be placed better than around 15th spot. 75:25 this.

Matt - Tissot 1, 1.47 Back2Bet, 7/10

What is this? matt certainly a racer in the wider circle of winning candidates, but who is Tissot? If Matt doesnt drop out, this must be very sure money. And Sestriere isnt a track that makes me worry too much, apart from the short starting passage, this piste is quite easy.

Expekt has 16 duels !!!, and Back2Bet also 10 and by far the best exchange offer with alpines. So, if other sites do not equalize my picks will most likely alweays come from one of these two for this season ...

Good luck for the race and the bets![/b]

I have an generally question, how many athletes reach the second Run?
The first 30?

Wow, Tissot and Matt in a pair, that looks like as he the setter had never seen a slalom in all his life.

Also Neureuther vs Grubelnik, very funny!!!!

Are they always so stupid????

Hmm, they are not stupid, they certainly know, Matt is not in the best form, and when he is not, he rarely finishes both races.. they are not stupid...
On the other side, Neureuther certainly is a (near) future top-5 candidate, his form looks awesome, he needs to enter top 15 quickly, to get bether piste... and he will be top... so couple of good results and he is there!

Grubelnik always makes one surprise per season, but noone is ready to wait, when will it come (it mainly comes on hard and technically tough piste, but there are plenty... )

I checked results now and Matt fell in the first run, I didnt know that but it is a confirmation of my thoughts... of course, Tissot isnt a racer, who would regularly finish the race too, but this way, at B&W you lose your bet, since they have a third option, both racers not to finish... hehe, I think, they are clever... bastards...
