Italian Teams in Intertoto 2007

I need some help here.

I understand that 8th-placed Serie A team will get into intertoto cup 2007. I would like to know which Serie A teams have applied for the Intertoto Cup as UEFA needs the clubs' applications in advance for this competition.

at the moment nobody knows who will get in Intertoto cup. Nobody wants to take part in Intertoto here.

If I understood well there is 1 place for italian teams in Intertoto. Sampdoria manager Marotta said they wanna play Intertoto cause for italian team there will be only 1 match in July (22/ ret. 29) and not 3 matches like before, and should be not a problem for them.

Atalanta now is 8th (50 pt.) but didn't get Uefa licence... so they couldn't play in Europe... Samp is 9th (49 pt.) I think they'll probably go into.
