id go for an away win on this one simply bcause rochdale has been playing some real football lately and scored alot of goals the match has no real importance so i don't see the home side fighting for anything meanwhile the change of manager rochdale've made in mid-season has been a real buzz for the team so i see value in betting x2 ,2 over 2,5 all with medium stakes

      England League 2

Make or break day for both of these sides today as well as Macclesfield.

      21 Wrexham 48 -24
      22 Macclesfield 47 -22
      23 Boston 46 -27
      24 Torquay (already relegated)

As you can see from above, Boston need 3 points to guarantee survival as a draw is highly unlikely to be enough with Macclesfield having a better goal difference. Wrexham however need only 1 point to guarantee their place in this division for next season.

Wrexham have midfielder Mark Jones back but fellow midfielder Robbie Garrett has finished his loan spell and returned to Stoke, and Danny Williams has a back injury but should be able to play. Boston are without midfield quartet Stewart Talbot, Stephen Vaughan, Simon Rusk and Richie Ryan, plus defender Shane Nicholson. Paul Ellender, Colin Cryan and David Galbraith all face late fitness tests.

The odds look to be stacked against Boston with the players that are missing, but they do have a slight psychological advantage as they beat Wrexham 4-0 just before Xmas. Trying to pick a winner is hard, but one thing I expect is a fairly open game with a high number of scoring chances which makes Pinnacles odds definite value.

Pick: >2.5, Odds: 2.17, Stake: 3, Bookmaker: Pinnacle
