Expekt hasn't paid me the money from qualifing session to Nürnbergs GP, although Felipe Massa won Giancarlo Fisichella. They say that Giancarlo Fisichella didn't start at all but he drove in first part qualifying to GP.
What should I do? :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:
expekt ? they are cheaters. bad customer service . they answer to your
messages after ( 72 ) hours who knows . the customer has know right in
expekt. I know that i have big problm whith them ? for exampel .........

expekt has the BEST EVER CUSTUMER SERVICE.. They have a mailing programme inside and you don need to mail them.. Just send message and they CALL YOU BACK !!!
And thsi month do they specially offer a 20% EXTRA FUND for your first DEPOSIT during this month. The amount is for max 100eur's but which bookie does offer you a free 20 eur while you are their members for 10 years time ???

I can prove that how they are cheaters . and how they have bad customer
servises? yes I was member of www.expekt.com . but since 3 mounths a go . I did not use them BC my problem is realy biger more than what you think?biger more than ( thorn Case ) I will let you know when this case is ready . its not mistake its just

I got my account credited with polish national currency PLN (1 euro = little less than 5 PLN). I got my own statistics in excel and something was wrong lately. 2,5 PLN (0,5 euro) dissappeared from my account (it was a great amount of money, wasnt' it? huh :P ). I sent them an e-mail. got reply within one hour time (one = 1) and my problems are solved.
so don't tell my that expekt is **** cause I use them for half an year now and never ever got any problems

I don't know what Expect regulations are but in Interwetten and Betandwin they consider that even if one doesn't run and his teammate does a timed lap, then the one doing the timed lap wins. I lost fisichella in 3-4 combo bets and thus I know.
Expect could have different rules and say if both don't start, bet is void. Different rules happen in many bookmakers. For example Betandwin counts as final GP result the result that is at the end of the day by 24:00 hour. Interwetten counts as final the GP classification at the end of the race.
If you betted on the disqualified toyotas/williams you'd win in Interwetten and lose in Betandwin due to taking into consideration the technical scrutineering of the cars and consequent alterations of the result.
I think that Expect are having a different policy and if they do, then the bet is void (1.00). Besides Qualify 1 and Qualify 2 are two different events.
I have sent 3 emails to Expekt's customer service with no response so far, as 6 days pass ...

Well, i finally called them and manager said they never received anything from me. Gonna blame my mail ISP instead :)
