Whats your opinion for Parma?

plaz
04-04-07, 15:41
I think that Lazio is perfect for combo. They're in very good form and they play at home. Also they're near 2nd place which leads directly to champions league and their opponent Messina is in terrible form right now. Their away streak is terrible and also this season at home of Messina they lost against Lazio 1-4.
Lazio will still play against Roma and they've perfect opportunity to collect 3 more valuable points and perhaps come closer to Roma.

Edit: oops, got it wrong. Actually Catania will continue to play on neutral field but not anymore with closed doors. So their fans will have access to the stadium in which they will play their home games.

that more people get to see just how Insanely horrible that Shmuck is in net, my god, at what point is Catania going to figure out that they cant win with that Goalie? lol

And Depending on Romas Result today, they may just pound the hell out of Catania lol

im pretty sure ill have that Over 2.5 on Saturday

and i saw someone ask about Parma? Phew Livorno huh? and what are you so intruiged about a team who's pretty much going to be out of this league in a few weeks lol?? i think at best you can hope for a draw With Livo, and dont put too much stock in Livo's thumping of Catania, you see in the Thread for last week i had you guys all over the total for that Game, easy Total paid by Half time, and Livo has hit 4 overs in a row coming in, despite Parma being close to being out and in 19th, they should find away to score, depending on Weather and Inj, i like that Total over 2.5 at first blush, but will do more studying over the next two days to confirm

Catania - Roma 2

They play in neutral stadium.

Roma is in very good form, in my opinion. Yesterday we was watched how they play. For me result was can 3:1 or 4:1.
Totti and Perotta was played with brain.

Saturday Catania will play without Baiocco beacuse he have red card in account.

Everyone Roma player can play in this match.

Sorry from my English.

Atalanta Chievo
Atalanta is in good form, they will play with Doni, Zampagna and Ventola three good players. Chievo is a normal team, is in normal form and I don't think ready for results in Bergamo
HOME WIN 8/10
Fiorentina Ascoli
No match for Ascoli. Fiorentina is too strong for the little team "marchigiano"
HOME WIN 9/10
Lazio Messina
In Messina come back the old coach, Giordano. It is not a good signal because some players had problems with Giordano. Lazio looking for ourself record to consecutive victory.
HOME WIN 9/10
Reggina Inter
Inter looking for to close the season winning the Scudetto. It's need another six points, will play for win so.....
AWAY WIN 8/10
Catania Roma
Strange match. Roma will think to Old Trafford?
No bet for me
Sampdoria Torino
Torino is in a good period, could be result against Sampdoria. Just both in score for me.
DRAW 6/10
Palermo Cagliari
After six match this is a good chance for Palermo to come back in three points.
HOME WIN 6/10
Siena Udinese
Serie A is finishing, a draw for stay quiet?
DRAW 6/10
Parma Livorno
Strange match for me. Maybe both in score.

Good lucky and sorry for my english

Regarding the Catania v Roma game. As someone mentioned already, Roma might have their mind on Old Trafford (their biggest game of the season bar the Roma derby). Probably they can still beat Catania with ease but just a few factors to consider here:

*The 2 games before the Lyon tie they lost 0-1 at Empoli and drew 1-1 at bottom side Ascoli.

*They have no chance to win the Scudetto (mathematically yes but realistically?) as they are now 20 points behind Inter. On the other hand they are pretty safe for the second spot.

*Catania are getting nearer to the relegation zone. They haven't won in the last 8 games (6 losses) since that incident. Now they have their supporters back at least that's a plus and they haven't had a 4-game losing streak this season.

For me small value on Catania +0.75 @ 1.81 (Expekt).

you better hope they change goalies then my Italian friend!!

The day i put Catania on my board this year again !?!?!?!?!

Vs one of the best teams Serie A has, I dont care if Roma plays this game with any aggression or not, Roma is a team that Loves to fire shots on net, AND WITH THIS CLOWN IN NET FOR CATANIA, thats all it takes, you put the ball within the framework, Youve got yourself a goal!!!!!

GL with Catania my friend, youll need more than luck!!!

Fans back to support?? SUPPORT WHAT??? LOLOLOL unless those mentioned fans take the field and make it 16 V 11 ? They still cant defend the GOAL!!!! GL to you on that play !!!!!

Thank you for your kind words. However I don't believe in luck, only probability. Good luck and bad luck cancel each other out (e.g. those dam late goals that made or broke our bets) in the long run. For me luck is a negligible factor in sportsbetting if someone bets long enough.

Anyways, Catania had a 8-6-8 record before that incident and went 0-2-6 since. I don't really understand why you keep going on about the keeper. Have they changed their keeper since that incident or? Maybe the more important reason is that they weren't allowed to play in their own stadium and were without any supporters? And yes supporters don't play but please explain to me why the percentage for home win is bigger than away win in 99% of the leagues?

I said having supporters back is at least a plus. It' not the ONLY reason for my lean on Catania AT THAT LINE AND PRICE (not any line any price). And as I said, 'small value'.

Of course Roma is the better team. No doubt about that. But if sportsbetting is that simple there will be no more bookies. Better teams always win, imagine that. With the way your seeing this game you should definitely put your house on Roma to win SU, as 1.90 (BetUK) and 1.96 (Betfair) are huge prices for a team that is much better than the other both form-wise and squad-wise. And maybe you can enlighten me why Roma didn't win at Ascoli?

I wish sportsbetting was that simple. I really do.

Nothing personal. Just here to discuss.

Lazio seem to have no major injuries. For Messina: M. Zoro (defender) is suspended til 15/04 and N. Caglioni (gk) is suspended indefinitely.

That's all I can find.

Inter will play without - Vieira, Maxwell, Ibrahimovic
Reggina will play only without - Giosa

Inter dismissed Champions leage' and now they can only think about the leage, Mancini said he want Inter will beat a record and make The 100 points this season, Inter without any presure nedd only more 6 points for secure the first place.

I think Inter will keep running allso after this game, anyway i'm with inter.

Palermo - Cagliari

Crucial match for sicilians!Palermo will be looking to maintain fourth place which means Champions League next season.Guana declared:"If we don`t win (against Cagliari) everything will become more difficult and complicated. We are talking about a game we absolutely have to win if we are to stay in charge of fourth place and we simply can not fail in this game."

Palermo who's been struggling recenly after a great start of the season will probably be a hard task for Cagliari who clearly lacks both confidence and quality on the road.Renzo Barbera is a tough ground usually, teams like Fiorentina or Milan have failed to win there, don't see any reason why Cagliari could stop Di Michele, Bresciano or Caracciolo in their way of scoring. However guests have great Suazo who has scored 9 times so far and could tungle Palermo's pretty average defence with 18 goals allowed so far.

The main point here is that I can feel an open play with Palermo eager to score in front of their fans.Being above Cagliari I can hardly think they'll score less than two goals but on the other hand visitors might surprise too.Current odds suggest a greater chance of under 2.5 and I can't agree.

Pick OVER 2.5 at 2.27 with Centrebet,stake 8

Fiorentina - Ascoli

Fiorentina and Ascoli will both be desperate to pick up as many points as possible when they meet at the Stadio Artemio Franchi, even if they are in very different positions in the table. The Viola still have an outside shot at making next season’s Champions League, while the away side’s chances of avoiding relegation are getting slimmer every week. The Tuscan side have crept towards the European places in Serie A, despite their 15-point deduction. But now, just 10 points away from the Champions League, they have hit a slump in form. Three consecutive draws have seen them drop behind the pace set by Lazio and Co in the top four. However, with the tough fixtures against Palermo and Roma behind them, as well as a tricky away tie at Atalanta, without a single defeat they will be confident of victory against struggling Ascoli. Viola Coach Cesare Prandelli has some important absences to deal with though. Midfield stalwart Marco Donadel is out through injury and Manuele Blasi is suspended, meaning Azzurrini star Riccardo Montolivo should keep his place in the side. In defence, Manuel Pasqual has reached the yellow card limit and Dario Dainelli is still banned following his red card against Roma. That means a makeshift back-line that should include Under-21 full-back Alessandro Potenza and a return to the first team for Czech international Tomas Ujfalusi. Ascoli have several missing players of their own that are stretching their limited resources to the limit. Veteran goalkeeper Gianluca Pagliuca is still injured so Greek stopper Dimitrios Eleftheropoulos is expected to continue deputising. Striker Sasa Bjelanovic is also injured while Marco Delvecchio is banned after his moment of madness in last week’s defeat to Empoli, so youngster Michele Paolucci should keep his place. Paolo Foglio is expected to continue as a makeshift midfielder in place of the injured Paolo Zanetti. The Bianconeri are still rock bottom in Serie A and the likes of Reggina and Chievo are threatening to draw away and condemn the minnows to relegation. With six points, not to mention Parma and Messina, between Ascoli and safety it promises to be a difficult final stage of the season at the Stadio Cino e Lilo Del Duca. After already facing Inter and surprise package Empoli in their last two matches, things don’t look likely to get any easier as they face Champions League chasing Fiorentina followed by Lazio next week.

Everybody expects a high scoring game for Viola, although Ascoli have recently shown good form.
Ascoli won't ressist Fiorentina's atomic striking force, in the face of Toni and Mutu
My pick: Home win AH -1,5 odds around 1,75 - medium stakes

Sampdoria - Torino

Sampdoria plays for Euro qualifications. They have 4 games left at Home...The away games form now on are mainly hard ones - Roma, Fiorentina and etc.
So what is required is to win all home games now. I think this is must priority for Sampdoria. So I will take win straight. No serious injuries for hose side.

REGGINA -:- ( -:- ) INTER
Reggina lost unexpectedly in the last match against Siena. They lost valuable points. Now they must regain these points in matches that are much harder. At the moment Reggina is on the 17th place. But the difference between them and Messina who are 18th is only one point. If we don’t take into account the previous match Reggina is showing an excellent game with lots of goals. They scored 8 goals in the matches against Lazio, Parma and Catania. This makes me choose the odd “home team to score”. The home side should have many chances to score. They are not in the situation to sit back and defend all match.
Pick: Home to score 1.67
Stake: 3%

FIORENTINA -:- ( -:- ) ASCOLI
After a number of draws played by Fiorentina, they must take all three points in this match, if they of course want a UEFA Cup spot. The opponent is just what they need for a win. Ascoli managed to concede in the last match four goals. But the attacking potential of Fio and Empoli, who scored the four goals, is of completely different levels. If the guest side has problems with their defense, then this as a rule means they will miss many goals. The most dangerous attacking duo in Serie A Mutu – Toni are all in action today and I do not see Fiorentina having any problems in this match. A home win with a -1.5 handicap.
Probability 1-***1061;-2: 50%-30%-20%
Pick: Home handicap (-1.5) 1.72
Stake: 3%

SIENA -:- ( -:- ) UDINESE
It is time for Udinese to collect points! Udinese have played 10 games already under the rule of Malezani. In these games the team gained 12 points with a goal difference of 17-18. Meaning the average amount of goals per game is around 3,5! Siena is showing very bad football. If we don’t take into account the last match against Reggina, in which Siena won 1-0, then they only collected 2 points out of 5 matches and scored only one goal! The favorites for this match will be the away side and the individual total for them is a nice pick.
Pick: Away individual total > 1 2.10
Stake: 3%

Milan-Empoli

Of all these matches today in Italy, of all the small odds, high odds, valuable odds, unfair and fair odds i'm chosing Milan (-1) Draw ( Milan to win by one goal exactly).
I'm becoming boring with chasing Milan to win by 1 goal but that's exactly how Milan's winning this season.

Out of their 14 wins in serie A , 9 were by exactly one goal. I talked at least 5 times why Milan isn't winning much and why, even when they win a match, they always struggle, so i won't repeat myself again.

This match is highly important for both sides. 5th placed team is visiting 6th placed Milan. Empoli should give 101% tonight because with a defeat they'll find themselves behind Milan , and with the quality they posses they won't be able to overcome both Milan and Palermo till the end, to win the 4th place.
For Milan, it's nothing else but a win. The gap in quality between them and Empoli is big, but the tricky part is Milan has even more important match on Wednesday in CL and many players will be rested, while the ones who'll play won't push too much until they take the lead. Once they score for 1:0, keeping that result will be more important than scoring another.

Nesta, Maldini, Seedorf, Brocchi and Ambrosini will be rested and they aren't included in the 20 men team.
Ronaldo-Gilardino, who won't play in Munich, will form the attacking pair. The midfield looks very strong, but Pirlo, Gattuso and Kaka ( Kaka's not certain to start from the begging tonight though, so it's smarter to wait and see if he'll play before placing the bet) are exausted and still they'll have to play full 90 minutes because only Serginho ( who's just comming back after long term injury and is yet to play an official match for Milan this season) is on the bench from the midfielders. Gourcuff will replace Seedorf, so, Gourcuff aside, the other midfielders will think more about resting themselves for the Munich match then giving it all against Empoli.
Oddo will also find himself on the bench and be replaced by Cafu, while the same thing will probably happen with Jankulovski, whose place will be taken by Kaladze.
Bonera-Simic as CD's and Dida at the goal.

Empoli without suspended or injured players. Pozzi,Saudati, Vannucchi and Almiron are all in top form and they'll be a big threat tonight.
Milan is Milan and i expect them to find a way to win this match. But they'll do it the hard way. Eather an 1:0 win, like against Atalanta 2 weeks ago, eather 2:1 win with a late goal.
