I have run out of patience with Bet-at-home.com... I had heard they are a decent bookie and seen them advertised here too, so when I wanted to place a good bet in a Greek League game the odds of which were not available at the bookies I use, I registered with them and placed my bet. I had a very good experience with the payouts of Austrian companies like Betandwin and Interwetten and thought the strict rules there are some sort of guarantee for your money. Sad truth was Bet-at-Home has been the most terrible online betting experience I've ever had by far. The bet won and next morning I saw the money was credited into my account. I always make my first withdrawal before I continue betting with a bookie to see how fast and reliable they are. So I asked for the withdrawal and got an e-mail which requested identification of my credit card and id. No problem, standard procedure I thought.
On 28/3 I sent them an e-mail with my passport and card which they have confirmed they received at that time. Now it's 14/4 and after 17 days I am still waiting for them to verify my data! Every time they answer we are trying to verify your data or sorry for the delay but it is actually now 27 days since I placed my first bet with them and they are literaly holding my money. There is no question that I will never play with them again.
I just want to ask if anybody knows whether they delay like this regularly or if I am just an exception cause I have run out of patience and although I thought about being patient at the beggining, I see no other way than going the legal way although it is a hussle. They even asked me for my phone number yesterday and when I said I have no problem to give it but I want an explanation why this is happening, they disappeared again. I don't accept any bookie to hold my money for a whole month. Any experiences?
