For Flamengo to catch copa sudamerica a win would be great because if they draw and Atletice Paranense wins @ Ponte Preta which is already relegated then Atletico will catch the spot for Copa Sudamerica.Brazilian friends please correct me if i`m wrong but I see big value in Flamengo @ 1.5

You are wrong. Flamengo is playing for nothing, they won the Brazilian Cup this year and that qualifies them to the Libertadores which is much more important than the Sudamericana. Its a meaningless match.

Volta Redonda (RJ) - Com seus destinos selados neste Campeonato Brasileiro, Flamengo e São Caetano entram em campo neste sábado, às 18h10 (de Brasília), em Volta Redonda, para se despedirem da competição nacional. Já classificado para a Copa Libertadores da América, o Rubro-negro entra em campo com o objetivo de encerrar o Brasileirão sem a incômoda marca de três derrotas consecutivas.
Justamente essa seqüência negativa que vem aborrecendo os jogadores mais experientes do elenco flamenguista. Para eles, é fundamental o time fechar bem o campeonato para evitar críticas. “Três derrotas seguidas sempre incomoda, ainda mais no Flamengo, onde o grau de cobrança é sempre muito grande. Temos que ganhar o São Caetano e fechar bem o Brasileiro. Pois, do contrário, vão voltar a criticar o time, dizer que o Flamengo só tem elenco para lutar contra o rebaixamento e essas coisas mais”, disse o meia Renato.
Para o técnico Ney Franco, a partida contra o Azulão deve ser encarada com muita seriedade para que ele possa começar a fazer suas observações para a próxima temporada. Para este jogo, ele não poderá contar com o zagueiro Fernando, com o meia Léo Medeiros e nem com o atacante Obina, suspensos, além do volante Paulinho, vetado pelo departamento médico. O treinador não confirma os substitutos, mas já adiantou que pretende dar alguma chance aos juniores que recentemente conquistaram a Taça Otávio Pinto Guimarães.
Já no São Caetano, a partida é encarada como um verdadeiro vestibular para 2007. Rebaixado matematicamente para a Série B, a diretoria do Azulão começou a anunciar os primeiros reforços para 2007 e, com isso, quem quiser ficar no Anacleto Campanella terá que mostrar serviço contra o Flamengo. Pelo menos é isso que pensa o técnico Dorival Júnior.
“O jogo contra o Flamengo será importante para quem quiser mostrar serviço e, por isso, conversei com os atletas dizendo que vou cobrar toda a seriedade do mundo. É um jogo oficial e os atletas são profissionais. Por isso acredito que todos vão se comportar da melhor forma possível”, explicou o treinador.
Para este jogo, Dorival não contará com o meia Jonas, suspenso. Canindé jogará no meio-de-campo, com Alex entrando na lateral esquerda. Apesar disso, o treinador não confirmou o time, o que fará no vestiário, minutos antes da partida.

São Paulo already gave vacation to most of the titular players, they'll play with half of more of the squad with reserve players. They're saying they'll do their best to beat Paraná, but I think this will be hard, specially because Parana really wants the place and needs the victory, I can't find this match to bet anymore, my booker (365)and centrebet removed it =/ bet on your local before he find out. the odds are going down 2 on Fortaleza vs Gremio...
But Sao reserves already quality players.

as to parana match
i am not sure it was few times(international away in fortalenza as far as i remember) and away team played with reserves and this reserves won...
so i think that reserves are not like in europe 3rd league or smth
IMO reserves in brasil are like "chelsea" or like in most italian teams
about the same class (look at the parma results in uefa) and even more motivated so i advice and try put some stake on away win but only when odds will drop at about 1,4 1,5 on hw
and one more think when bookies ban some match it is often(not every time but anyway) that it comes on the side on which odds are going up..

I agree, this is the match of the year to Vasco, they will give their maximum, and Vasco already defeated very strong teams out of home (Internacional/Santos/Gremio), on the otherside figueirense play for nothing, but they've lost only 3 matches at home (Sao paulo/Gremio/Cruzeiro).

Porto Alegre (RS) - Com a vaga na Copa Libertadores de 2007 garantida, o Grêmio só tem um intuito neste domingo, às 18h10 (de Brasília), quando enfrenta o Fortaleza no estádio Castelão. A equipe busca terminar a competição na frente do Inter tomando a segunda colocação do rival no Campeonato Brasileiro. Já o rebaixado Fortaleza está muito mais preocupado com renovações, dispensas e contratações do que com o resultado de campo.
No Grêmio, o clima é semelhante, apesar de a torcida buscar o incentivo na disputa estadual após a goleada sofrida pelo Colorado no sábado. Durante a semana, o volante Jeovânio e o zagueiro Evaldo foram informados que dificilmente ficam, já que Figueirense e Vila Nova, que detêm os direitos dos atletas respectivamente, pensam em negociá-los.
O treinador gremista perdeu ainda reservas importantes como Herrera, espécie de amuleto do treinador em 2006, e Rafinha, que já teve o seu retorno pedido pelo São Paulo em 2007.
Diante das futuras ausências, Mano Menezes assumiu um discurso forte em relação à montagem do grupo para a Libertadores em que prioriza a qualidade. 'Precisamos de qualificação do grupo, seja para jogadores que vão compor as opções ou seja para jogadores que vão ser contratados com credencial para ser titulares', disse.
Segundo ele, a maior preocupação é melhorar o grupo. 'Nós precisamos avançar no conjunto. Se nós trocarmos um jogador de grupo por um jogador de grupo, o jogador de grupo que chegar tem que ser melhor do que o jogador de grupo que estiver saindo. Isso também é qualificação em termos de opção', explicou.
Apesar de toda a movimentação no departamento de futebol , Mano Menezes deverá ter o time titular na despedida do Brasileirão contra o Fortaleza à exceção de Rômulo e Jeovânio, ambos suspensos pelo terceiro cartão amarelo.
Já o Fortaleza chega a Porto Alegre em ruínas. Rebaixado, o time dispensou nada mais nada menos do que 12 jogadores. São eles: os atacantes Finazzi, Geufer e Nunes, o volante Ramalho, os apoiadores Michel, Mazinho Lima e Jorge Mutt, os laterais André Cunha e Patrick, os zagueiros Emerson e Glauber e o goleiro Albérico.
Um dos poucos destaques da equipe, o meia Lúcio também deverá sair, pois teria oferta do futebol turco. Sem muitas opções, o técnico Daniel Frasson deve formar a equipe com juniores e os poucos que devem permanecer em 2007.

I don't know... Fortaleza is a unpredictiable team... two rounds ago they scored 4x1 on Cruzeiro... The Gremio players say that they're motivated to be in the second place, but never trust on those words.... this last round betting in games that are worthless is to risk.

Parana display was very poor and without any spirit.
Usually last rounds are where bookies make most money.
as i said when bookies ban the fixture it is 7-8/10 that it will end against dropping odds in favour of these teams on which odds are rising ;)
