I think Brescia is worth a try, even for the straight victory.

Kalac is awfull and I don't trust him at all. Look at this 2 weeks ago in the first match http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cYOIVs5fqmk

Last game Brescia-Milan was in January,2006 and Milan won 3-4
I think Milan will loss 1-0 or 2-1 :)

Milan need to hold up for a draw, and they will.... ;) They wont lose. It's enough for them to get into another round and they will do it...
And Milan never plays more when it's not necessary...

According to Milan's Coach Carlo Ancelotti, it is expected that Brescia will rotate some of their players as they will do, but as far as I know there is no confirmation of are going for this match.
Be careful guys!!!! Typical situation when bettors just think the missing players and not the one who will play! Pirlo, Jankulovski, Gourcuff ,Oliveira are all class players. Especially Oliveira will be motivated as this guy would like to score a couple and find his confidence again.For me odds of 2 that are available in Pinnacle sure worth.Low stakes as it is cup competition

Where's the motivation for them? They do not need to score to get into another round... and Italian teams know how to be lazy when they dont have to move their ass..

Their motivation lies into the fact that for such a great team the results are dreadful. They need to start winning again and furthermore to score. That's why I wrote that especially Oliveira will be motivated. If I could find a bet Oliveira to score I would have surely taken it.GL

Believe it or not Triestina actually played only 2 first team players in the 1st leg against Roma. Roma played most of their first team. Maybe Roma will rest a few more tomorrow but Triestina don't seem to think they have a hope of winning so I'd expect them to field their reserves again. I think you're safe to put big money on it but just wait for more news from other users.

Inter won with the third team when Messina played home. There were only just couple players from first team. Inter goes never for draw and here should be clear HW. But odds 1.2 are just to poor for an cup game and in these situations. no bet for me

As you can see Palermo will probably field a squad without about 5 of their first team regulars. Knowing their president`s stance toward the UEFA cup I assume that Palermo is not really interested in winning this one. On the other hand Sampdoria will probably field their best squad( more or less) with just 2 players which didnt play in their last match against Roma. So, they are probably taking this match more seriously than Palermo.
Altough the information I wrote above might suggest othervise, my bet for tonight goes to Palermo. Often the players(especially young ones) when given the opportunity to play in such matches give out their best, and I am hoping that would be the case tonight. Beside that Sampdoria is really struglling this season on away matches, so I belive that they will be playing defensive and try to defend their lead from the first match.
So, for me the most probable result here would be a draw or a narrow win for Palermo.
I`ll bet Palermo at asian handicap(0-0).
