Lille's last game was for uefa champion's league and ended with a 2-2 which quite disapointed everyone here in france, so i believe they will put in all efforts for this game against monaco.

Marseille played truly terrible in last match. I had them and watched the game and have to say in the end I felt sooooo lucky. Valenciennes should have taken at least 1 point as they missed 4 or 5 clear chances in 1 on 1 situations. IMO there is no reason to back Marseille at the current moment. I am seriously thinking on 1X or even home win with AH 0.

Welll I totally agree with Zaxx... I was on Olympic as well but they were awful and very lucky to escape with a win. They really missed Ribery...

However I really think that they will not lose against IMO worst team of the league Troyes...

Odds are not bad, but you should wait for team news first....

Nice could be an option however Sedan (a very bad team as well as Troyes) cannot lose all the time and odds are not that great... If you manage to get sth above 1.9 then it would be ok.
Nice surely is a tough ground to visit especially if you are Sedan.. :D

Hi friends, what about Nantes-PSG. PSG is in the terrible form, yesterday lost against Hapoel in the UEFA CUP, the morale in the team aren't probably the best. What do you think about this match?

Bordeaux - St. Etienne

I can understand the odds, but the current situation is simply not the best for Bordeaux. They had tough match on Wednesday against Galatasaray, the players are not fully rested and some players are still injured. Darcheville will be back after serving one-game suspension, but talented striker Marouane Chamakh, Rio Mavuba and Vladimir Smicer are all out injured. They are very strong on home ground losing just 5 points from possible 21 (5 wins with one draw and a loss), but also they defeated PSG in Paris by 2:0.

St. Etienne is placed very high at the moment, on 5th position with 2 points more than Bordeaux. Just as Bordeaux St. Etienne is collecting much more points on home ground, but they are also quite good playing away (1-3-2 record), but that one and only win so far was way back in second round when they defeated Monaco (2:1). Positive record is that they've scored at least a goal in every of last 7 matches (12 goals overall). There's no important absentees in team for today (all injured players haven't played a single minute in Ligue 1 matches this season).

This match could easily be decided with just one goal, but I'm counting on Bordeaux tough schedule (3rd match in 7 days) and I rate St. Etienne as very good opponent capable taking points because they showed they know how to play against such good opponents.

- Pick: St. Etienne +0.5 (1.93 @ StanJames) 7/10

Just quick tohughts cause i dont have pretty much time.

I think that on the first game the away team is closer to the win - i think that Marseille can get all 3 points in the game against Troyes. Under being as better bet, i think that 0 - 1 qould be the victory here.

Bordeaux is also rather closer to the win, but both teams are really unpredictable here, yet small stakes are going on the home team.

Lille are also my favourites here, but small stakes again, Monaco are awful but i just can understand why. They may explode in every following game, but i dont think that it is going to be in this one.

Lorient - Sochaux - this is my no bet game, but if i would have to pick something i would defintely go for the draw.

Nice is IMO the best bet from todays; French games as games like these simply must be won for Nice because these games are the way to save the season and not be relegated.

Only Nice is my medium-high bet, every other bets aer small stakes except the no-bet games :)

Good Luck...

Lorient - Sochaux

Even though Lorient has serious injury problems during the season, they managed to play very well, staying in the middle of the table. They are in good form with 3 wins (without conceding a goal) and 2-2 draw with Monaco. Serious injury problems because they have almost half of regulars on injury list - Fabien Audard (1st GK and Cpt), David Amadou M'Bodji, Michael Ciani, Jeremy Morel, Kemal Bouhrani and David Recorbet are all due injuries. Lorient haven't conceded a single goal for more than 270 minutes, but with absence of first goalie it will will be very tough for them to keep that statistic after this match.

Sochaux started this season very well collecting 23 points in 14 matches so far which keeps them on 7th position before this round. They are undefeated for 6 matches (after 0:1 loss against Lyon) allowing just 2 goals in their net in that period. 3-3-1 (12 points) away record is looking very good and they are currently the best away team in France (excluding Lyon, of course). Defender Lionel Potillon recovered from injury. They still have few players injured, but all of played a little or haven't played at all.

Lorient is not bad team, but with all those injuries I simply can't see them winning tonight. Sochaux has very good squad and as I said they are very good playing away, so they should take away a point or three from Lorient.

- Pick: Sochaux +0.25 (1.95 @ Canbet) 9/10

elmander come back to squad and he will play tonight.. but i dont know something about Utaka.. if Utaka wont play, I agree for UNDER bet...

Note: Since 1990, in matches in Toulouse, only one team can score just 1 goal, and won the game.. only score 1-0 for Toulouse or Rennes.. Clear Under statistically, but i expect Under logically tonight after a boring game..

Lille definately won't find a place in my bets today. Why? There played in CL match with Anderlecht who was hit-injured and get out just a 2:2 draw which was really dissapointing result for them becuase they needed a win. I rate Monaco as very good team and for today they are expecting to have Koller, Monsoreau and Perez back in team. Still, they have Kallon, Di Vaio and some other players missing, but they are not so important and Monaco could field good 11 without all of them. Hard match to predict. I would say that draw might be good solution, but I won't bet on this one.

An i was wondering the same...I haven't found no any info that Elmander will play. He is rated doubtful (because of back injury), but with no so good chances for play.

NICE play excellent football in last matches but with negative results. Today has full squad and play for win. Next match away against AUXERE.

SEDAN has bad defense line in form matches. She eat 14 goals in 6 matches. Today has big absentiesand especially in defense and making weaker.

I believe at NICE win today and i bet it with 1.70 in betfair.
