Portland-Cleveland -11.5
All the injured players from Portland are coming back today. They have played good without them and with them coming back today Portland will have an additional boost. I believe that Portland can lose under 11. Any opinions?

I would like Indy to cover the handicap if I knew whether o'neal was in, anyone got any news.
Washington to cover the handicap over a frankly awful knicks side also appeals.
Detroit-New Orlean+7, 5 home win.
After a disappointed game and 32 points deficit, Detroit starting a three game home stand. Rip Hamilton return to practices, when he misses last two games and expects to play tonight. Coach Flip Saunders talked about the consistency, which should show his team.
New Orleans has two absentees. The front court starters David West and Tyson Chandler, miss the trip to Detroit due injuries. So, Paul and hot Peja they have a lot of work to do. I can’t imagine these young Hornets, to win this kind of games, without their big men.
Detroit for sure.
The pick: Detroit(-7) to beat Hornets @1,917 @ Pinnaclesports 6/10
Detroit has silly start and they are going to oklohoma to improve their positions. R.Hamilton is back after 2 games miss. It is the biggest advantage for Detroit because Hamilton is the key player, he is 1st in a team by PPG. Meanwhile, Hornets has injury problems. T.Chandler will not play for sure and West is on a big question. Also, Paul feel pain on his groin. IMO, it is time to back into wins road for Detroit. GL
New York-Washington 212,5 UNDER
Think I found a nice one here. NY at home and Washington away not 1 result
over the margin, not even close (except the ORL-WAS 106 -103).
NY started their game tough vs CLE, but lost -6 finally. Now I'm sure they'll
give WAS another tough match and if not finally take the game (where the
odds on HW @2.40 are more than tempting) they will give a fight and play
it UNDER!

The pick: 76ers @ Sonics over209 @1,971 @Pinnaclesports 6/10
Two teams with strong offense. Both has a leader who scores over 25 points per game. I can`t see any good defenders in any team. Both play fast, nice basketball and never think a lot before doing something what causes turnowers. In my opinion, this game hasn`t favorite, but the line for over is good. I think it would be at least 220 points in this game.

Portland Blazers @ Cleveland Cavaliers
Cavaliers FIRST HALF -6.5 @ 1.971 (Pinnacle) 6 units
I quite rarely play big spreads on faves, but i personally think there's a very high likelyhood Cavs will blowout the Blazers out of the building tonight. I prefer the 1st half line as late backdoor covers with double digit spreads happens quite often. Teams sitting on a comfortable lead tend to play bench more in the 4th and sometimes play sloppy. Portland had a nice start for the season winning some good home games and also had couple of lucky late comebacks never giving up and showing a lot of heart. As much as i like the team and give credit for the fighting spirit, their true colors are starting to show. I rate them as the worst team in the league in my power rankings and playing b2b on the road is a situation which spells trouble for them. This is about the same team that won only 5 games on the road last season and this season they've been pretty bad on the road after winning the season opener at Seattle 110-106. 13 point loss @ Golden State, 13 point loss @ Clippers, 12 points loss @ Minnesota. They've also got themselves very often into early hole and has made some comebacks late in the game. Cavaliers haven't been blowing out opponents lately, but now would be a good chance. Cavs are rested playing in front of the home crowd against a young and inexperienced Portland team who was totally dominated by below average Minnesota yesterday. Cavaliers will have a big advantage on the boards with their rebounding and should be able to build a nice lead by halftime if they take this game seriously.
