Egaleo (+3.5) - Maroussi (-3.5)
Egaleo got a strong home in their tiny court and are a typical home-side. On the other hand, Maroussi is coming from a rather unsatisfying start, counting only one win in 5 games played, while they were enjoying a regular stay in the top of the table in last years. The team is trying to find its way, after coach Yannakis' and guard Blackney's departures, but they hadn't it so far. They signed center Javcin, who will play, but their main problem is Blacney's replacement, Thomas who despite his good potential, hasn't lived up to expectations so far. Yet, I believe that Maroussi has started playing better in the recent weeks. They left behind their easy loss by Olympiacos last weekend, and went on to smash Vojvodina in the midweek game for the Eurocup. What is more, according to latest news, Egaleo's best player, Cadren Clarke, was injured and his participation will be decided before game. Well, he might play in the end (most times this happens), but it's a fact he won't be in his best situation. Apart from that, Egaleo has a bunch of decent Greeks and a couple of good foreigners, such as foward Sarovic, who has been impressive, and they fight every game in their home, as mentioned before. However, I think that Maroussi will show up better, as that win at Eurocup was a big boost for them. They do have the quality needed to defeat Egaleo and climb a bit up in the table, and I don't think they will let this chance go.
Pick: A, Odds: 1.86, Stake: 6, Bookmaker: 10bet
Panellinios - Panionios
This could be a good chance for Panionios to make up for their loss to Aris last week. Before that game, Panionios were counting nothing but wins, yet Aris managed to take them into a slow tempo and took a prescious win. Panionios though possess quality in their roster, despite some players such as Chantzis don't deliver as much as they were expected to, and despite the team is still in the search for a worthy point-guard. They managed to register a week against strong Turk Telecom some days ago, mainly thanks to another dominant perfomance of Andre Hudson, who has been the best player of the team so far. They face problems also inside basket, as their players are "soft" (Hudson, Dojcin, Dragojlovic), but Panellinios don't have that kind of player to give them trouble, and the hosts' frontline can be matched by Panionios' guys in quality terms. What Panionios should pay attention to, though, is the arrival of american veteran Antony Goldwire, who replaced Dixon, for Panellinios. A new american coming and making the difference at his first game is a common case in the greek league, and in my opinion this is the only field that Panionios could face significant problems. Overall, having watched Panellinios in a couple of games, and despite the arrival of their new coach, who is trying to transmit a fresh air in the team, I fancy Panionios being able to control the game here, and resist to the press of Panellinios, who will probably try to get advantage of Panionios' weakness in point-guard. Odds for the win of the guests are quite tempting.
Pick: A, Odds: 2.15, Stake: 5, Bookmaker: 10bet
Olympiakos (-22.5) - Makedonikos (+22.5)
Not many words needed here, there's this chaotic class-difference, which leaves no doubt about the final winner, and promises a big margin for the hosts. Olympiacos are unstoppable when they play their fast and run-n-gun game, which only few teams in Europe are able to stop, and surely Makedonikos isn't one of them. The guests registered their first win last win over AEK, but AEK is a crazy team, that can lose from anybody in the league. Makedonikos still in the midst of financial problems, players come and go, center Wingate, who could be helpful, found a new team in Turkey, while their new signing, an African named Ralimi, still doesn't have the card required for his participation. Even if Gershon uses his reserves for much time, it'll be kinda a surprise if Olympiacos doesn't win this game big time, and players like Mulaomerovic, Bourousis, Papamakarios and Barlos are able to smash the visitors, as they will be eager to show to their coach, that he can also rely on them. I expect a huge margin, more than the line suggests.

Egaleo-Maroussi
I expect a very tight game here.Maroussi hasn't started well in the league.Sure, they are good team, but i don't think that they can achive a win with over 3 points.I believe that Egaleo, even without Clarke, will make the game pretty difficult for Marrousi.
AEK-Olympia
AEK is a really crazy team. They had financial problems this summer, but their coach achieved to sign some pretty good greek players, like Kommatos,Vetoulas and Tapoutos.Beside their last defeat from Makedonikos,AEK had some pretty good performances till now.Olympia has a mediocre team and i believe that their latest American player,Matt Walsh will need some time to settle himself
Personally,i will play the two match combo,at bet365
Egaleo +7.5 @1.44
AEK -2.5 @1.40
So,combo total @2
But,i think that if someone want to risk more,Egaleo +4.5 @1.83,Sportingbet,is pretty good too.

what do you say about :
PAOK over 156
AEK over 154
you know better.....could this happen ?????
If I had a good feeling about those two as possible results, I would have written already.
AEK-Olympia game is totally unpredictable for me. Due to some speculation that atmosphere in AEK's locker-room is bad, prolly Olympia could upset them, but Over/Under I realy don't have a clue. It can go either way, Olympia will try to keep a low tempo, but AEK's game is really crazy. If those long-distant shots they like trying go in, there will be an Over. But better skip it.
PAOK-PAO, well normally it would go an Over (there's tradition, besides), but this PAOK has changed a bit under new coach, who wants his guys to play defence, even if they are to lose (coz he knows they will probably do so, if they also don't play defence). PAO usually don't employ their famous defensive pressing in such kind of games, they tend to take greek leagues games in a more relaxed way, but memories from their last season's defeat by PAOK are still fresh, so I believe they will be kinda more careful and will try to keep PAOK at around 65 points, in order to secure an easy win. Possible score for me would be 65-80, or something like that.
That's my humble opinion about these two games, but I'm not that confident about O/U here, as I said, so good luck with your selections.
