Blackhawks entering in this game after defeat caused by St.Louis under their belt with 3:4 result.
They have two defeates in a row and will try to avoid another one.Yes,but in my opinion not tonight.

Blackhawks have problem with injured players for this game.Martin Havlat got injured in game with Dallas and is out two or three weeks.
Forward Michal Handzus and goaltender Nikolai Khabibulin are injured too.Big blow for Chicago rrealy.

Radim Vrbata and veteran Bryan Smolinski will be asked to pick up the scoring load.

Chicago reccaled forwards Dave Bolland and Michael Blunden from its Norfolk affiliate to provide depth.Not naive situation for Blackhawks.

On the net will be probably veteran backup Brian Boucher.

Despite the fact that Canucks dont play good either in last game they show some improvement.They lost tight to Dallas 2:1 but they dominated in that game.But the goalie Martin Turco in that game was like a wall and thats the reason why Canucks didnt get positive result in that one.

Vancouver who have played just two home games will finish five-game road trip tonight.

Vancouver has won nine of the last 10 meetings with Chicago,including all four last season.

Hit by injuries Chicago,good H2H statistic,improvement in game on Canucks side everything is on visitors side.

Atlanta Thrashers (Moneyline) (2.24 @ Mansion) 4 units
Only one play today, but a strong one imo. Atlanta playing great atm and trying for their fifth straight win here. Seven out of nine games are won, and one of those two defeats came at home against...Carolina! Revenge game for the Thrashers that have an in-form offense right now, averaging 3.67 goals per game. Title holders Carolina have struggled so far, especially in defense. Lost the two last games and have only three out of nine games so far. Both home games ended in losses, but against decent teams. They have been on a very long road trip and teams returning home after a big roadtrip, often (at least last season) have a tendency of being very rusty. Going with the Thrashers here. So 4 Units on the moneyline.

Reasoning:

1) Backup goalie Ed Belfour is supposed to be starting tonight and he has been subpar this year to be kind. Rangers should be able to score goals tonight and hopefully I'll get an empty-netter if I need one at the end.
2) Lundqvist hasn't been too good either, so this game has goal-scoring written all over it. Hopefully, at worst, there is a 3-3 tie going into OT, so even though I will lose the -1.5 bet, I'll win this one and break even.
3) Nabakov has been outstanding and Hasek has still played well. Both teams are playing unders for the most part this season so far, so I am hoping for one more Under here.
