I like how Spartak is playing and I don't like how Inter is playing. I don't know if this is enough, but I am going to take Spartak here ... It will be a cold evening in Moscow and Inter won't be as comfortable.

Vieira to miss Inter's trip to Spartak Moscow

http://sports.yahoo.com/sow/news?slug=reu-intervieira&prov=reuters&type=lgns

Inter Milan midfielder Patrick Vieira will miss the away match against Champions League rivals Spartak Moscow on Tuesday after failing to recover from a sprained ankle.

The 30-year-old French international suffered the injury during Inter's 4-3 win over city rivals AC Milan on Saturday and was left out of Inter squad for the trip to Russia, which was announced on Sunday.

His place in the starting line-up is likely to be taken by Javier Zanetti, who also played in midfield during the win over Milan.

Inter have three points from their first three matches in Champions League Group B and need a win over Spartak to stay on course to qualify for the knockout stage of the competition.

Intermilan is highly inconsistent and russian teams, even the low level clubs, are very difficult to crack at home. They play defensively and strike at the right time for the winning goal.

Italian clubs play bad football in out of italy matches, also moscow is full of tension, lol

Better wait, watch n play in this game too..... very difficult than the werder game.

But inter has got some good strikers who can make the difference, just a thought.

I dont know what you guys are saying, but Spartak are playing badly and defence is conceding lots of goals

i watched last league match of spartak against a shite team and already sent a post in russian thread.i must say that spartak has not classical russian league teams defence block.they gives clear positions rival's strikers.even shinnik scored and missed a lot of positions.but probably today they will play more carefully against such a dangerous team.probable under2,5 but i believe that odds are crap in whole bookies.if a rusian writes some infos it will be better for us

Spartak plays in Luzniki, on a synthetic covering.

Is halftime draw possible here in this one? or FT draw? I think Inter can't score and Spartak will have trouble scoring too. We all know that Spartak is real strong at home, but Inter is good too, so why not X with very good odds? :D

02.08.2006 Spartak - Sherif 0-0
23.08.2006 Spartak - Slovan Lib. 2-1
27.09.2006 Spartak - Sporting L. 1-1

I think Inter more strongly contenders against which Spartak played earlier.
And the season in Russia comes to an end. Physical standards of teams become worse.
Moreover. From 14.10.2006 Spartak plays two times a week. Russian teams have not got used so to play. When the team receives such schedule of games, players start to complain.

Defender Geder (Spartak) missed this match. He is not key men. he has come in Spartak in the summer.

In my local draw/inter 4.50

Excuse me for my bad English.

Dobroe vetscher,

We are not usually comparing teams from different leagues, especially as Spartak is not from a rated league. But what we can say is, that, with a rating of 2516, Inter Milano is one of the hottest in-form-teams in our calculations. Currently, they have a higher ranking than Barca or Chelsea, let alone Bayern - achieving it in a hard fought league.

In addition, motivation is also a key factor here, as Inter are in desperate need for a win.

The climatic circumstances might be a small drawback, but let us not forget that other "big names", like Chelsea or Manchester, in similar circumstances only pay odds around 1.50 or 1.60. Today we get 1.90+, and in our opinion that simply has to be taken as a higher medium (6.5/10) bet.

over 10 corners as both teams need to win,yet both will have problems with defences forcing them into wide positions.

good value 2.20

Thanks a lot. This sounded so logical that I took it medium and earned a 90% interest on my stakes :-).
