Lille is a versatile team with many ups and downs. It looks like after a good result it always come a negative performance. The curent run proves this fact: 4-2-3, with a goal line of 14-11. With only 4 points in the last three rounds Lille is far from the good form they showed last year when they finished on the 3rd position.
Lorient is on the 14th position with a 2-4-3 run and a goal line of 9-12. They only managed to take 2 points out of the last 4 games and they will face another difficult challenge today in the game against Lille.
The visitors promoted this year to the first division from the second league 3rd position. These two teams played against each other last year in the Coupe de France and Lille won with the 1-0 score. In the 2001 season, Lille won both games in Ligue 1, 3-1 on the home ground and 4-2 away.
Lille looks strong on their own field, in four games they only droped points once in the game against Lyon. The goal line for the home games is 9-3. Lorient often draws in the away games: 1-3-1 with a goal line of 5-7.

I'm also not very sure about Bordeaux recent performances. They keep losing and their play-quality isn't anything special to me...
Sochaux showed strong skills in their two last matches, first against Lyon and confirmed by win against Nantes.
I really believe in Sochaux win in today's match Sochaux-Bordeaux, esp. when playing at home... :!:

They play better now, mostly wins are made home, Nice is not better thean Renne at the moment. H2H 70% is home win (no metter who play at home)
Nice is just good @ home, they never conceded one match. Besides, they're not very stable when theyre away.
I prefer Rennes in this match. But Nice isn't easy to fight. I see a HW 6/10 1X 8/10

Match between Marseille and Lyon are real derby (the batlle of Olympiques :lol: ) and could end up on thousands ways, so it's very hard to give some prediction with high possibility.
Looking at some statistic details, I noticed that Marseille scored at least a goal on every league match except vs. Sedan back in 1. round (0:0). They collected maximum 12 points from home matches, conceding only one goal.
Lyon lost only 2 points (draw against Toulouse on home ground), which means 5 victories in away matches. They scored 22 goals overall, which is the most in league temporary (Marseille scored 17). Really impressive... :roll:
The bookies prefer Lyon as a winner, but I think that if someone should be closer to the win, that would be Marseille. Reasons for that are:
1) 4 straight home wins,
2) Lyon had to travel to Kyiv to play CL match on Tuesday (no matter they won that match) and
3) less players unavailable due injuries and suspensions:
Marseille w/o: D. Cisse (S), Civelli (D), Valbuena (M)
Lyon w/o: Coupet (1st G), Tiago (M), Muller (D), Berthod (D), Ben Arfa (M), Cacapa ??? (D)
Good news for guests is comeback of their two strikers Fred (from suspension) and Carew (from injury).
An interesting match and I think there will be a couple of goals, so I prefer betting on over as most possible income. 1x2? I wouldn-t touch that. But, it seems nice offer on +0.25 Ah on Marseille and I'll take it with medium stakes.

About the game... I propably stay away from this match (not to mention away win) as Marseille has been preparing for this day for many days while Lyon has been playing UCL. Like Gigx mentioned Marseille with handicap might be nice value bet tonight. In my opinion this is the biggest game of the season for Marseille, but for Lyon this is not so important. GL!

In matter of fact, everybody expected Lyon to be on the top of the table after 10 rounds. But 8 points difference is really huge lead. It is far too early to talk about winning the title this year, but with this performance is hard to believe that someone could challenge them seriously.
About today's match: Although I didn't watch the game, but according to some statistics it seems that Lyon domanited the match. They had 15 shots (7 on goal with 4 goals :roll: ), while Marseille had 8 shots (just 2 on goal).
My prediction that it's going to be more than 2 goals was correct, but I didn't expect such poor performance from O. Marseille :roll:
