welcome packbad, I will be watching your picks with interest! I applaud your willingness to bet the underdogs, as I find it difficult to do this early in the season, yet they so often pay off. Anyone that has the "cajones" to bet on Indiana regardless of the spread is OK in my book!

Some stats from Covers.com:

Marshall has never beaten a ranked opponent and has lost their last three games against major conferences.
The Herd is 0-8 ATS in their last eight losses and 0-6 ATS in their last six roles as road dog over the past four years.
Virginia Tech is 27-10 ATS when winning SU over the past four years.
The Hokies are 17-2 SU playing at night and 42-24-2 ATS off a SU win.
The Hokies are 15-3 ATS over the last seven years as a home 'dog or favorite of 14 points or less.
V-Tech is a solid team and big favorite to defeat Marshall. I guess they will cover the -11.5 spread.
