View Full Version : SKI JUMPING K 120-Trondheim 2003-12-06
Ahonen, J - Ljökelsöy, R 1.67 2.05
Goldberger, A - Bardal, A 1.57 2.20
J Hautamäki - Hannawald, S 1.67 2.05
Lie, H - Zonta, P 1.85 1.85
Ma***322;ysz,A - Ingebrigtsen, T 1.47 2.45
Pettersen, S - Lindström, V-M 1.80 1.90
I'm thinking about going to bet on Malysz for some bigger $$$. What do you think? Maybe some other pairs are interesting?
I'm not really sure how Tommy Ingebritsen got here :?
IMO, the odds are fantastic. No bookie(which I ve looked at) is not mentioning Ingebritsen as top 15 favourite, and IMO he will surely not end the jump in top 5, and MALYSZ is a strong favourite to WIN, nevertheless to outbeat Ingebritsen.
1.45 are good odds IMO, I would take it with 8/10.
Next bet would be Malysz overall jump/position.
Malysz is 2.60 to win at Gamebookers, which is not really good odds.
Still, there's a good chance he could win this one, as he is the best in this sport for the last several seasons.
Though Hautamaeki is in very good form, I somehow think this should be the time to bet on ADAM MALYSZ...however ,don't stake big because it is still a start of the season, and some things are quite unkown so far.
I also see a value of taking Velli- Matti Lindstroem, the young Finn who has proven to be one of the greatest stars in Ski Jumping for the next seasons. He will win at least ONE event this season, and low stake every once in a while might be worth investing. The odds on him to win are 11.00 at Gamebookers.
I also agree with Bridges' prediction :::(read his analysis at www.bettingadvice.com) regarding Lie and Zonta...The Slovenian is a much better jumper, with better jumping technique and mostly solid performances...
So my bets for this event would be :::>>>
Havard Lie - Peter Zonta.....................2(1.75).......8/10
Adam Malysz - Tommy Ingebritsen.......1(1.45)......8/10
Adam Malysz to win.............................2.60(Gamebookers). ..4/10.
Velli-Matti Lindstroem..to win................11.00(Gamebookers)..1/10
I also see a big value on Bjorn Einar Romoeren to produce a good jump, and reach top 5.(20.00 to WIN)...so he might also be worth staking low.
This is it from me for now.
I m sure there will be numerous other good bets when all the bookies come up with the odds and "duels".
GL. :)
I'm not really sure how Tommy Ingebritsen got here :?
Ingerbritsen was born in Trondheim. That's why he is joined in pair with Adam. Anyway, Malysz is in great form. His jumps are stable, very impressive. I think it would be an easy win... at least to beat T.Ingerbristsen...

Yes, Ingebritsen is norwegian, I am aware of that. But still, home advantage is rarely crucial in Ski Jumping...and there are 3 Norwegian jumpers better than Ingebritsen IMO.(Pettersen, Ljoekelsoey, Romoeren)...
Malysz should win this duel easily...but we will see;)
Some informaton:
There is very windy in Trondheim at the moment, there is wind up to 35 m/s in middle Norway today. I have doubt it will be a competition tomorow but if they it goas as normall will it most likely be with much wind and there could be some suprieses. Most of norwegian and finish jumpers are good in wind whil the Austerich and German jumpers use to struggle in wind.

Yes, that's why Romoeren is a HUGE value at 20.00.;)
Man again nasty conditions in Tron. Again wind will play with our money like it did last week in Kus.
Pettersen always does good here and he is in good form now..so maybe..
Adam did "poor" here last year. "Only" getting 5 and 6 position.
I hope we don`t get 2 hours long first round jumps

I'm thinking about going to bet on Malysz for some bigger $$$.
it wasn't as easy as I thought, but Adam made some money for me. uffff
too bad, that his performance wasn't so good. I'm sure that new googles will improve his jumps tomorrow :)
Like i told Arbiter and like he told me Urh. is just not a mental guy...
Adam had goggle problems in first but didnt do so good in second either.
Nice win vor Roar..he deserved it. How about Max***729;. 3rd place 8O
Nice
Slovenia: still very poor form for some. Zonta ..like always getting points but never at the top..won my bet
Benkovic the only positive suprise.
13 place is fantastic for 17 y old.
A youngster to watch in the future.

Yep, altrough I don`t really like Uhrmann much, today I feel sorry for him. He always is fantastic on trainings, quals, 1st ruond and loses everything in second round.
He don`t have cold blood needed for this sport.
Schade Uhrmann, you could gave me 2nd spot in +20 picks :(
